Pobyt w hotelu uważam za jak najbardziej udany. Dużym plusem był brak rozwrzeszczanych dzieci i nawiedzonych mamusiek, dzięki czemu w 100% mój wypoczynek się udał. Obiekt przyjemny i zadbany. Bardzo miła obsługa hotelu. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane,wymiana ręczników na życzenie. Posiłki wydawane były w formie bufetu. Bardzo dobre, codziennie coś innego. Można by urozmaicić kartę drinków all-in ponieważ jest troszkę uboga. Jedynym minusem była dla mnie wykładzina w pokoju, ale ja po prostu jej nie lubię. Do plaży jakieś 10minut spacerkiem. Plaża podzielona była na dwie strefy:płatna/nie platna. Leżak 10lv, parasol 10lv i materac 3lv. Jeśli ktoś liczy na zwiedzanie miasta, tu może się rozczarować. Nam jednak brak zabytków nie przeszkadzał. Wycieczka i hotel jak najbardziej godne polecenia.

Hotel fajny ładny ale jest kilka minusów. Zimna woda w basenie, brak jakiegokolwiek nadzoru nad gośćmi (niektórzy pijani halasujacy). Śniadania wręcz jednakowe. Obsługa barowa jak widzi gościa kilka razy tego samego dnia to wydaje mi się że już kręci nosem. Jedzenie to kwestia dostosowania się.... Czasem było ok a czasami mięso twarde jak podeszwa, przekąski robione z resztek z obiadu. Rozumiem że serwują kuchnie regionalną, ale nie wszystkim pasują takie smaki.... Do plaży 300m jest ale w linii prostej przez hotele chyba normalnie droga jest ok pół km jak nie więcej. Łazienki ładne ale zdarzają się małe usterki tj. cieknąca kabina prysznicowa i późniejsza powódź w łazience. Podsumowując hotel na 4 gwiazdki może zasługuje, ale człowiek lecąc na wakacje nie leci tam żeby spędzić je w hotelu.

Wakacje miło spędzone ,dojście do morza około 10 minut uliczkami wypełnionymi różnymi sklepikami.Fajna promenada wzdłuż brzegu morza z tętniącym życiem .Mało miejsca na plaży na własne maty, większość wyznaczona sznurkami na odpłatne leżaki,parasole,materace około 30 lewa.Ogólnie wesoło.

Hotel przestronny, zapewniający komfort gościom. Położony w dobrym względem centrum miasta i plaży miejscu. Obsługa profesjonalna, zawsze zachowująca się odpowiednio względem gości. Warunki zakwaterowania jak i okolice hotelu zapewniały miły wypoczynek. Lokalizacja i atrakcje z nią związane bez zarzutu. Jedne z lepiej spędzonych przez nas wakacji. Na szczególną pochwałę zasługuje przedstawiciel biura ITAKA z Bydgoszczy, dzięki któremu hotel wpłynął na wakacyjny komfort.

Hotel ładny czysty zadbany. Sprzątany bardzo często i dokładnie ręczniki wymieniane codzienne nawet gdy tego nie chcieliśmy. Niestety w łazience w kilku miejscach pod prysznicem pojawił się grzyb co na pewno zauważyła obsługa gdyż był on 'zamalowany' białym silikonem. Największy minus to niestety wyżywienie które stoi na bardzo niskim poziomie. Produkty z których były robione potrawy bardzo słabej jakości. Zupy pomimo bardzo dużej ilości składników codziennie smakowały tak jakby pod koniec gotowania dolano do nich sporą ilość wody, były strasznie rozwodnione. Wędliny niedobre królowała mortadela. Nawet frytki które były podawane codziennie do kolacji i obiadu były wyschnięte i niedobre. Mięso także całkowicie bez smaku tylko raz na wyjazd (7dni) w przedostatni dzień jedna potrawa była dobrze doprawiona! Na plus śniadania bardzo dobra jajecznica jajka na miękko i twardo na słodko naleśniki z dżemami i czekoladą. Wino białe czerwone różowe dostępne nawet do śniadania bardzo dobre. Soki podawane z automatu (pomarańczowy, jabłkowy) także bardzo słabej jakości mocno rozwodnione. Alkohole lokalne dobre aczkolwiek w barze przy basenie można zamówić jedynie gotowe drinki z karty (5 rożnych) które mają przygotowane wcześniej i dorzucają do nich tylko lód. Baseny czyste aczkolwiek woda bardzo zimna. Do plaży z hotelu idzie się ok 10 minut spacerkiem. Ogólnie hotel skierowany głównie na niemieckich turystów których w hotelu jest zdecydowana większość. Animacje w języku niemieckim. Z personelem czasami ciężko dogadać się po angielsku ale w języku niemieckim mówią tak dobrze jak w ojczystym |). Wakacje ogólnie udane ale hotel musi podciągnąć jakość jedzenia.

Wakacje udane , ładna pogoda , nie za gorąco 27-30 C , przyzwoite ceny w sklepach , w miarę czyste plaże zbyt głośni turyści z Rosji . Hotel godny polecenia i właściwie nic nie można mu zarzucić. Położony w drugiej linii brzegowej, a więc oddalony od plaży (spacerkiem 10 minut, trzeba się liczyć z pokonaniem stromych schodów). Ale dzięki temu położeniu można liczyć na odrobinę spokoju, zwłaszcza w godzinach nocnych. Obsługa profesjonalna i uprzejma. Ze sprzątaniem bywało różnie, pościel przez tydzień pobytu nie była zmieniona, raz nie zmieniono ręczników, innym razem pani sprzątaczka ograniczyła się tylko do zasłania łóżka (nie opróżniła koszów, nie zmieniła ręczników, nie dała papieru toaletowego, nie sprzątnęła stolika na balkonie). Posiłki smaczne, stale uzupełnianie dania. W Snacks Terrace pyszna pizza oraz lody, które samemu się nakładało wg własnego uznania (10 rodzajów). Drinki nie najgorsze, non stop dostępna woda, soki, kawa. W hotelu kantor i co ważne, wymiana odbywała się bez pobierania prowizji, co w Bułgarii jest ponoć normą. Fajny basen, może trochę za mały na taką ilość klientów. Leżaki tradycyjnie zajmowane w godzinach rannych, ale to już norma wszędzie. Animacje to nie moja bajka, ale dla tych, którzy lubią tego rodzaju rozrywkę myślę, ze zadowalające. Hotel nie posiada własnej, wydzielonej części plażowej i to się wiąże z dodatkowym wydatkiem, jeżeli ktoś chce poleżeć pod parasolem. Odpoczęłam i jestem zadowolona z pobytu w tym hotelu.

Hotel jest przyzwoity, miła obsługa, zbyt mało miejsc przy basenach na lezakach to jedyny mankament. W sumie jestem zafdowolony z pobytu. Wakacje były udane pogoda sprzyjała i morze było ciepłe.

Hotel raczej powinien mieć trzy gwiazdki a nie cztery, obsługa na ogół się stara i jest pomocna, na plus baseny i animacje a na minus jedzenie (można trafić na coś dobrego lub beznadziejnego). Jeżeli chodzi o hotel plażę i morze to mogę polecić, natomiast sama miejscowość to tragedia, brud, bałagan, zaniedbane chodniki,ulice,śmieci na ulicach. Wygląda to tak jakby czas się zatrzymał 30 lat temu, nie polecam.

Przyjechaliśmy do hotelu o godz 1.00 w nocy (45 minut spóźniony wylot)i nie otrzymaliśmy w hotelu nic ani wody ani żadnych kanapek i to było przykre. 1 dzień zapłacony ale niestety gdy w hotelu się jest następnego dnia to coś powinno być w gratis prezencik za te utrudnienia. Polecam Bułgarię jeśli chodzi o ceny ale następnym razem hotel przy morzu ponieważ wolę odpoczywa przy morzu a niestety cały dzień daleko od hotelu to są podwójne koszty.

Balchik - White City — afternoon trip to the town of Balchik called the White City due to the colour of the stone that was once used to erect houses. Visiting the Quiet Nest - the summer residence of the Romanian queen Mary and the botanical garden situated right next to it with 3 thousand species of plants, including 250 species of cacti. Drive and walk around the picturesque cape of Kaliakra, the monumental cliffs where there was an enormous fortress located at the farthest point. Kaliakra, in free translation "wonderful cape", once a great inspiration for artists, today is the most beautiful part of the Bulgarian coast. In the evening, a traditional, rich in wine and Rakia Bulgarian feast combined with a folklore programme and show of "Nestinarka dance” on burning coal. Ancient Nessebar — a trip to the historical Nessebar, scenically located on the peninsula, inscribed onto the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List. The architecture of the city, one of the oldest in Europe, is considered to be the best-preserved medieval building in the Balkans. Nessebar, called the pearl of the Black Sea and the symbol of the Orthodox civilization, is the biggest attraction of the coast. Varna - Dolphinarium — a trip to the dolphinarium in Varna combined with a panoramic tour of the city.
