Przeważający goście hotelu to Rumuni, Rosjanie i młodzież niemiecka. Dużo jest rodzin z dziećmi, co nie dziwi,biorąc pod uwagę fakt, że jest sporo animacji.

Hotel położony na wzgórzu, teren dookoła hotelu bardzo mały, baseny, mini plac zabaw, boisko przez ukształtowanie terenu ułożone piętrowo :) pospacerować po terenie hotelu nie ma gdzie. Budynek odnowiony, pokoje po remoncie, bardzo ładne. Śniadania - codziennie to samo, obiady i obiadokolacje - często dania się powtarzały.

Kolacje i obiady w porządku, ale wszystko zawsze było letnio-zimne-brak podgrzewaczy. Obsługa Poza jednym Panem wszyscy mili i przyjaźnie nastawieni. Minus za to, że nikt nie potrafił po angielsku rozmawiać. Położenie Duży plus za lokalizację, ponieważ z dala od tych wszystkich kiczshopów, a jednocześnie blisko do centrum/plaży.

Trzy posiłki, odhaczane na listach bez możliwości powrotu np. po owoc, śmierdzący bar z drinkami na zewnątrz hotelu(!!!), brak plaży hotelowej, beznadziejna obsługa, brak znajomości języków przez pracowników hotelu, brudne pokoje, brudne stoliki, zatkane odpływy w brodziku i umywalce, których przez 14 dni nikt nie naprawił pomimo interwencji.

Możliwe że kelnerzy mieli taki nakaz od kierownika hotelu.

Balchik - White City — afternoon trip to the town of Balchik called the White City due to the colour of the stone that was once used to erect houses. Visiting the Quiet Nest - the summer residence of the Romanian queen Mary and the botanical garden situated right next to it with 3 thousand species of plants, including 250 species of cacti. Drive and walk around the picturesque cape of Kaliakra, the monumental cliffs where there was an enormous fortress located at the farthest point. Kaliakra, in free translation "wonderful cape", once a great inspiration for artists, today is the most beautiful part of the Bulgarian coast. In the evening, a traditional, rich in wine and Rakia Bulgarian feast combined with a folklore programme and show of "Nestinarka dance” on burning coal. Ancient Nessebar — a trip to the historical Nessebar, scenically located on the peninsula, inscribed onto the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List.
