Grand tour – around the island - the route of the tour runs through the east coast and central part of Gran Canaria. In the programme: Caldera de Bandama - a vantage point by a crater, a collection of cacti in Jardin Canario - Spain's largest botanical garden and the flagship of the island - the city Teror with the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Pine. Break for lunch at the vantage point in Valleseco. Another attraction is Cruz de Tejeda, indicating the geographic centre of Gran Canaria. The road runs through the mountainous centre of the island, abundant with winding roads. Stops at vantage points, from which provided good visibility you can see Tenerife, the famous monoliths Roque Bentaiga, Roque Nublo, Pico de Las Nieves - the highest elevation point (1949 m a.s.l.) and a beautiful panorama. Passage through Ayacata, famous for the cultivation of almond trees, the gorges Fataga and Colorado, as well as the Valley A Thousand Palm Trees. Las Palmas (the capital city of Gran Canaria) – a walk around Vegueta, the oldest district of Las Palmas, where the beautiful Cathedral of St Anna is located. Visiting Casa de Colón - Columbus Museum, located in the Governor's House kept in a charming, Canarian style. A visit to Triana district, famous for its huge number of shops. Most of them are located near Calle Mayor de Triana, with interesting Canarian architecture, mainly in the style of Spanish modernism - the equivalent of Art Nouveau. Transfer to Arucas and a visit to the factory of the famous Canarian ron miel - honey rum. Half-day trip. Price – approx. 35 EUR, children (2-11 y.o.) – approx. 15 EUR.
Diving (in Polish) – The Polish diving base offers diving trips and individual training (even for people who are afraid of the water and don't know how to swim!). Price – from approx. 75 EUR (includes: transport, coffee, tea, individual care of a Polish instructor).
Tenerife and Loro PARQUE - depart early in the morning, transfer to the port, sail to Tenerife on a fast ferry - a catamaran. Transfer to the Teide National Park and Loro Park. A visit to the giant park, the largest Zoo on the islands and the greatest attraction of Tenerife, where you can enjoy dolphins, sea lions and trained parrots shows, the aquarium with orcas and an iceberg with penguins. In the footsteps of the first inhabitants - day trip to the historical centre and the capital of the island. Travel to Aguimes. Barranco de Guayadeque Gorge formerly inhabited by Guanches - the original residents of the island. A great attraction is the chapel forged in the rock, as well as the Guanche caves. Travel to Telde - the second largest city of Gran Canaria and the former centre of life of the indigenous people. A walk through the old town and visiting the Church of St. John the Baptist. Travel to Las Palmas. A walk through the oldest suburb of the city – Vegueta, which is overlooked by the beautiful cathedral of St. Anna from the 15th century. The square in front of the cathedral is surrounded by historic buildings that are guarded by Canarian dogs cast in bronze. Visiting Casa de Colón - the museum of Columbus - commemorating the traveller's visit to the island during his famous expedition to the Americas. Time for shopping.
