Hotel Costa Adeje na wysokim poziomie.Wygląd hotelu jak z zewnątrz tak i wewnątrz bardzo ładny,jest duży wszechstronny i cieszy oko klienta.Przede wszystkim czysty zadbany i przemiła wręcz obsługa.Zawsze my Polscy turyści jesteśmy na drugim trzecim planie a tu nie dało się wcale tego odczuć.Restauracja główna bardzo czysta zadbana,pyszne jedzenie i duży wybór.Kelnerzy obrotni i mili.Baseny czyste duże i nie ma problemów z leżakami.Bary przy basenach i w holu hotelu dobrze zaopatrzone,pięknie ubrane i podane drinki.Po prostu wszystko SUPER!!!

Hotel elegancki, na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Położony w najlepszej dzielnicy miejscowości, choć spacer do plaży zajmuje kilkanaście minut. Miła, kompetentna obsługa hotelu. Już na początku dobre wrażenie zrobiło na nas to, że czas potrzebny na przygotowanie pokoju goście spędzają nie oparci o ścianę pod recepcją, lecz siedząc w wygodnych fotelach przy kieliszku szampana. W hotelu jest możliwość wypożyczenia samochodu na miejscu, bez zbędnych formalności. Wyżywienie doskonałej jakości - co do zasady w formie bufetu, przy czym część potraw przygotowują na bieżąco kucharze. W hotelu jest kilka barów i restauracji. Obsługa kelnerska bardzo dobra i sprawna - goście są z reguły odprowadzani do stolików, kelnerzy co chwilę sprawdzają, czy gość czegoś nie potrzebuje. Pokoje duże, czyste, dobrze wyposażone. Codziennie dokładnie sprzątane, wymieniane ręczniki, pościel itd. Duży basen ze sporą liczbą leżaków - nigdy nie było problemów z miejscami. Hotel zdecydowanie godny polecenia i wart swojej ceny.

Hotel, niestety, wymaga odświeżenia, widać oznaki zużycia ( np. popękanie ruchome kafle ceramiczne, wszędzie ślady penetracji wody - ściany z wybrzuszonym odpadającym tynkiem). Remont jednego z basenów. Brak kanałów telewizyjnych, nie tylko polskich,ale również angielskich informacyjnych. Była informacja, że hotel stara się usunąć usterkę, ale podczas naszego tygodniowego pobytu to się nie wydarzyło. Wyżywienie urozmaicone, obfite i świeże. Nie poinformowano nas o przesunięciu godzin podróży.
