Zaletą hotelu jest jego położenie w pięknym otoczeniu luksusowych hoteli i rezydencji, blisko pięknych plaż, nad oceanicznych deptaków i wielu atrakcji, a także środków komunikacji - autobusów , portu i lotniska. Niedogodny hałas ruchliwej ulicy rekompensował piękny widok na Ocean i wielkość apartamentu. Problemem jest brak brodzika (prysznic w wannie) i głośna klimatyzacja, z której po wyłączeniu wydobywał się nieprzyjemny zapach. Pokoje czyste, schludne, codziennie sprzątane, ale bez wymiany ręczników. Zaskoczyła nas konieczność podpisania zobowiązania o nie wynoszeniu niczego z restauracji pod grozbą usunięcia z hotelu .Jedzenie urozmaicone, duży wybór. Obsługa miła i pomocna,

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w hotelu Isla Bonita. Mieliśmy bardzo ładny pokój, blisko do plaży. Posiłki były bardzo smaczne i różnorodne, poza śniadaniami, które były robione pod Anglików (jedyny minus pobytu). Wieczorami zawsze był nowy program artystyczny animatorów. Obsługa hotelowa była bardzo pomocna i sympatyczna. Będziemy polecać znajomym zarówno Teneryfę, jak i sam hotel. Jesteśmy z mężem bardzo zadowoleni. Wyjazd był naszą podróżą poślubną.

Super wakacje głównie ze względu na to iż jest mnóstwo ciekawych miejsc do zobaczenie i jest co robić podczas całego pobytu

Hotel praktycznie w centrum Costa Adeje, doskonałe duże patio ze sceną i 2 barami. Świetna obsługa w recepcji i barach. Blisko do 2 plaż. Przystanek autobusowy tuż przy wejściu do hotelu, z którego można dojechać do La Calety i w drugą strony do Los Cristianos i dalej z przesiadką do La Tejity i El Medano, jest dużym plusem. Praktycznie codziennie można być na innej plaży. Fantastyczny płetwonurek Kamil, który zabrał moją żonę na 9-cio metrową głębię, ( i zwrócił ją w całości). Urokliwe szlaki górskie, z których można podziwiać przepiękne widoki. Ciekawa wycieczka na La Gomerę. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Wybierając hotel czterogwiazdkowy w Hiszpanii liczyliśmy na lepsze warunki mieszkalne niż te, które zastaliśmy. Hotel już dosyć stary, szary moloch (na ok. 400 pokoi), negatywnie wyróżniający się na tle, znajdujących się tuż obok nowych białych hoteli (również **** - przykro było koło nich przechodzić). Część pokoi odnowiona, jednak większość nie. Stare, wysłużone meble, 'baranek na ścianie', skrzypiące i osiadające drzwi, tragiczne łóżka - skrzypiące, z wystającymi częściami, a łazienka.. szkoda gadać - okropna, stare baterie, grzyb na ścianie. Ogólnie kiepski standard. Animacje, owszem, były, ale tylko w języku angielskim, niemieckim, hiszpańskim bądź francuskim, mimo że ok. 1/3 - 1/4 gości stanowili Polacy, przykre to. Jedzenie również dostosowane do angielskich gości, np. fasolka na śniadanie, pudding na deser. Różnorodne, ale bez smaku (zupełnie niedoprawione), niczym nie zaskakiwało, niestety. Basen dla dzieci miał być podgrzewany, nie był, mimo że nie było gorąco - ok. 23 st. C. Jedynym plusem było położenie - blisko plaży, a także niedaleko sławnego Siam Parku. Ogólnie nie polecamy tego hotelu.

Hotel jak na tę cenę został oceniony przez nas pozytywnie. Należy go trochę odnowić, najbardziej chodzi o pokoje, ale ogólna opinia pozytywna. Najbardziej na plus było jedzenie i miła obsługa, dodatkowo plaża znajdowała się blisko hotelu (ok. 10 min drogi pieszo), a widoki i okolica miło wpadały w oko swoją egzotyką. W nocy również spokojna i bezpieczna okolica do wypoczynku i miłych spacerów. W ramach animacji były różne pokazy, tańce, czy gra w piłkę wodną. Jedzenie było dobre i można było wybierać z wielu potraw. Z porządkiem oprócz kilku mankamentów także było dobrze. Obsługa robiła co mogła. Ogólnie hotel w cichej lokalizacji, blisko plaży i z dobrym jedzeniem, a dodatkowo z dwoma basenami i bezpłatnymi leżakami z parasolami.

Hotel bardzo dobrze położony, obsługa bardzo miła,pokój czysty ( polecam pokoje superior , z nowymi meblami i lepiej położone na wyższych piętrach z ciekawszym widokiem z balkonu). Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone wyżywienie. W hotelu można było wypożyczyć rowery i zwiedzać okolicę. Jeżeli ktoś chciał więcej wycieczek lub w innych terminach niż oferował to rezydent Itaki na miejscu w hotelu był duży punkt turystyczny. Bardzo udane wakacje. Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Wycieczki dobrze zorganizowane. Pogoda wspaniała. Wspaniałe widoki z Teide i na La Gomerze. Trochę zawodu sprawił mi Loro Park, moim zdaniem prze reklamowany.

Hotel położony w rewelacyjnym miejscu, tuż przy zejściu do plaży, centrum handlowego czy przystanków komunikacji m.in autobusu do Siam Parku. Hotel moim zdaniem to raczej max 3*. W niektórych miejscach widać, iż hotel jest trochę nadgryziony przez ząb czasu, wymaga remontu. Część pokoi jest odnowiona - dopłaciliśmy do pokoju rodzinnego (na 5p.) z widokiem na ocean - rewelacyjny wybór. Wspaniała, zawsze uśmiechnięta obsługa- chyba nie ma rzeczy ktorej pracownicy nie załatwią. Animacje hotelowe nie zachwycały. Wyżywienie natomiast smaczne, urozmaicone każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Океан совсем рядом. Пляж великолепен, пейзажи фантастические. Лучшего места для отдыха не придумаешь. А главное-климат! Всегда стабильно умеренно жарко днем и слегка прохладно ночью,Касательнотельно отеля больших восторгов не испытала. Обшарпанная мебель, практически отсутствие уборки . при этом номера очень просторные, большие кровати, две комнаты и уютный балкончик. Телевизор настроили на русскоязычный канал сами. Положительные моменты, как все и пишут-качественное питание, вежливый и позитивный персонал. Это, кстати, типичные особенности канарского населения-чувство юмора, всегда весёлое настроение, как у официантов, продавцов, так и водителей автобусов. Ужин в ресторане с барбекю не понравился. Главной приправой к мясу были соль и едкий дым.. Да и место проведения барбекю крайне неуютно. Лучше ужинать в обычном ресторане, где вкусно, разнообразно и очередей не бывает. Да, и ещё скучная анимация. Каждый день бинго-бинго и бесконечные фокусники, слава богу разные. Скучно и неинтересно. Единственный раз публика оживилась от неплохого исполнения кавербендом песен группы Квин. Где традиционные танцы фламенко? Где зажигательная испанская музыка? Ничего такого нет.
