Urokliwa plaża San Agustin 10 min od hotelu ( jakie piekne widoki!!!!). Jedyny minus to animacje, które były STRASZNIE głośne, mogłyby być trochę cichsze ;) Nie rozumiem złych opinii o tym hotelu.... Łóżka wygodne, spało się dobrze, pokój codziennie sprzątany.

Świetny hotel na rodzinne wakacje oraz bazę wypadową do zwiedzania Gran Canarii - a jest co zwiedzać :) Obiekt ma już swoje lata, jednak jest dobrze utrzymany, bardzo czysty, obsługa jest pomocna i niesamowicie miła. Do teraz się zastanawiam na jakie szkolenia motywacyjne jeździ personel, że ma tyle pozytywnej energii i takie życzliwe, indywidualne podejście do gości ;) Jak dla mnie największy plus hotelu to jedzenie - smaczne, różnorodne no i po raz pierwszy cała rodzina obyła się bez jakichkolwiek problemów żołądkowych :D Zejście na plażę stromymi schodami lub okrężną drogą deptakiem.

Dużo leżaków, bar przy basenie, brak kolejek do jedzenia i picia brak. Jedzenie smaczne, ale mało urozmaicone przy siedmiodniowym pobycie. Odległość od plaży niewielka,acz trzeba podejść pod górkę, co jest meczace, poniewaz hotel znajduje sie na wzniesieniu. Do przystanku autobusowego jest około 15 min, a do najbliższego sklepu 10 min.

Hotel dobrze zlokalizowany, do plaży spacerkiem 15 minut.Piękny, zielony park na terenie hotelu pozwala na wypoczynek wśród przyrody a przy wysokich temperaturach daje znakomite wytchnienie. Bardzo atrakcyjny kompleks basenowy składający się z trzech basenów - dwa dla dorosłych i trzeci dla dzieci oraz jakuzzi Jedzenie bardzo smaczne. Ogromny wybór warzyw, owoców oraz serów. Miłośnicy mięs i wędlin również mogli znaleźć duży wybór. Jestem wegetarianką więc nie próbowałam ale widziałam, że wybór było bardzo duży Hotel czysty, przyjazny dla osób niepełnosprawnych i dzieci. Jedyna niezbyt przyjemna sytuacja miała miejsce w dniu wyjazdu - zbyt wcześnie, jeszcze przed godziną wymeldowania, został zablokowany dostęp do pokoi hotelowych. Na szczęście sytuacja została szybko i sprawnie rozwiązana na recepcji.

Pobyt w Marcu , bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości . Hotel godny polecenia zwłaszcza z uwagi na czystość pokoi , wspaniałą obsługę oraz ogrom animacji dla dzieci oraz dorosłych. Pokoje z tarasem lub balkonem, codziennie sprzątane. Teren hotelowy bardzo zadbany, ogród z palmami na terenie całego obiektu, czyste baseny z wodą miejscami sięgającą 1.8m i widokiem na wybrzeże . Wyżywienie dobre , mało potraw regionalnych czy też hiszpańskich ale sporo owoców, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Bar obok basenu bardzo duży, spory wybór przekąsek na zimno i ciepło , słodkości w tym lodów także dużo. Napoje w tym drinki bardzo dobre. W środku obok restauracji głównej znajduje się teatr w którym codziennie wieczorem organizowane są różne animacje oraz można na spokojnie usiąść i wypić drinka :). Hotel położony w dobrej okolicy(postój taxi obok hotelu do przystanku ok 10min) blisko do miasta oraz do promenady którą można dojść do wydm, zejście na najbliższą plaże stromymi schodami, piasek ciemny możliwość korzystania z płatnych leżaków. Pani rezydent miła oraz pomocna, polecamy wycieczkę do stolicy Las Palmas i akwarium Poema del Mar które robi olbrzymie wrażenie.

Nie ma klimatyzacji, co może mieć znaczenie w czerwcu-wrześniu, w innych miesiącach nie sądzę. Jak na hotel 3. gwiazdkowy wszystko jest super.

Wyżywienie bardzo urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, świeże owoce: melon, papaja, mandarynki (wyjątkowo smaczne), pomarańcze, grejpfruty, na obiady i kolacje duży wybór potraw na ciepło, sałatek i deserów. Postój taxi obok hotelu, do przystanku autobusowego około 10 minut. Bilet do wielu ciekawych miejsc od 1,4 euro/osoba. Przy hotelu zejście do dwóch plaż strzeżonej i dzikiej. Pięknie miejsce, spokojne. Do najbliższego sklepu 5 minut pieszo. Baseny położone w pieknym ogrodzie. Przed wyjazdem sprawdzałam opinię i ktoś napisał ze są na terenie obiektu 2 koty - rzeczywiście są - dla miłośników to bardzo miłe. Zwłaszcza ze goście hotelu bardzo troskliwie się z nami obchodzili. Trafiliśmy na rozpoczęcie karnawału i wybory królowej karnawału - niezapomniane chwile. Wizyta w Palmitos Park również. Pogoda gwarantowana, klimat również zapewnia świetne samopoczucie. Polecam!

Jednak dostaliśmy pokój w budynku oddalonym od innych i widok z balkonu był nieciekawy, gdyż wychodził na jakieś podwórze. Fajnie, gdyby istniała możliwość zmiany pokoju, ale o takiej nic nie słyszałam. Mankamentem też były łóżka na kółkach, które się w nocy rozjeżdzały.

Oceniajac hotel 3* nalezy podkreślić znakomitą relacje ceny do jakości świadczonych usług. Obsługa bardzo pomocna, bez problemu zmieniono nam pokój z powodu widoku za oknem, na taki spełniający nasze oczekiwanie. Czysto, pokój sprzątany codziennie, łacznie z wymianą ręczników. Wyżywienie znakomite, powyżej oczekiwań 3* hotelu. Jeśli ktos narzeka na monotonnie np. śniadań to zastanawiam sie pod iloma postaciami serwuje sobie np. jajka na śniadanie, bo Hotel IFA Interclub Atlantic robi to na 3 sposoby codziennie. Do wszystkich posiłków podawane są warzywa i owoce, świeże to melony, papaje, gruszki, jabłka, banany, cytrusy pozostałe z puszki (marzec). Lunch (nie mylić z polskim obiadem) można było zjeść równiez w barze przy basenie, choć dania były tam skromniejsze niż w restauracji głównej. Obiado-kolacja to wybór miedzy daniami wegańskimi, mięsnymi (wieprzowina, wołowina, drób dwa rodzaje, jagnięcina ) i rybami. Oferta sosów i przypraw pozwalała codziennie do wszystkich posiłków, komponować sałatki i surówki wg własnego uznania. Najsłabszym elementem były napoje z automatów, natomiast te serwowane przez barmanów bez uwag. Na szczególne uznanie zasługuje piękny ogród i wystarczająca liczba leżaków. Nie oceniamy pracy animatorów, poniewaz nie korzystaliśmy z ich oferty. W sporadycznym kontakcie byli bardzo sympayczni i nienachalni. Z czystym sumieniem można polecić hotele zarówno dla rodzin z dziećmi jak i dla dojrzałych osób pragnących oddechu czystym, bez smogu powietrezm.
