Nikt w ITACE nie uprzedził mnie, że wersja oferty: "pokój standard boczny widok na morze", to wersja nieomal dla survivalowców. Na szczęście udało mi się wyprosić zdezelowany czajnik, sporadycznie w kranie pojawiała się ciepła woda, lodówka była pusta - żadnego minibarku. Prośba o drugi klucz do pokoju została skwitowana - system nie pozwala. 5€ spowodowało, że system pozwolił, pomimo że wcześniej przekazałem recepcjoniście spory bakszysz.

Na terenie resortu czysto i zielono. Poza, trochę przerażająco bo pustkowie i brudno. Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Wymieniane ręczniki i prześcieradła, a kosmetyki uzupełniane. Trzy posiłki (jedzenie dobre, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie). Między posiłkami przekąski, w tym świeża pizza, focaccia i frytki. Drinki wiadomo, miejscowy alkohol i słodkie. Co ważne- codziennie butelka wody dostarczana do pokoju, a w hotelu sporo dystrybutorów z wodą. Internet dostępny nawet w pokojach,bez dopłaty, chociaż nie zawsze najlepszej jakości. Na kanapach przy recepcji zdecydowanie najlepszy. Oczywiście kelnerzy liczą na napiwki i za 1$ dziennie można mieć miłą obsługę (np. przynoszenie napojów do stolika). Inaczej można się oburzać, że trzeba chodzić samemu.

Výborný hotel s dobrou atmosférou a super obsluhou.Hotel má nádhernou zahradu,krásnou čistou pláž s 2 bary.Další 2 bary jsou u bazénu/z toho bar Gazebo se živou hudbou,výbornou pizzou a kávou/.Šnorchlování v laguně nebo z mola.Korály v laguně vymřelé.Jinak v moři spousta barevných ryb i želvy. Možnost využití diving centra.Hotel má svůj hotelový čas + 1hod.,hosté mají delší slunečný den. Byli jsme již 5x s CK ITAKA z Polska.Vše bylo výborně zorganizované.Byla to krásná relaxační dovolená. Díky CK Itaka jsme byli na výlětě na Asuánu s výborným průvodcem .Doporučujeme i návštěvu pláže s bílým pískem a nádherným šnorchlováním Sharm El Luli - egyptské Maledivy. Opět se těšíme příští rok do Egypta.

Co prawda już trochę lat minęło od czasu jego budowy- to widać ale w pobycie nie przeszkadza.Okna i balkony są tak usytuowane aby ewentualny hałas nie przeszkadzał w pobycie. Łóżka duże wygodne ( materac sprężynowy -ale ok) ,codziennie sprzątane,woda dostarczana.Piękne widoki z balkonu. Polecam.

Fantazja okazała się 'idealnym' pod każdym względem miejscem na spędzenie wakacji.Hotel absolutnie fantastyczny.Bardzo czysto|pokoje komfortowe,przestronne , a co ważne każdy z widokiem jak z bajki.Obsługa bardzo miła|posiłki urozmaicone |restauracja fantastyczna.Plaża z możliwością wejścia dla słabo pływających ,oraz pomost dla tych lepiej snurkujących.Cisza,spokój|na każdym kroku pełna profesjonalna obsługa.Byliśmy 9 raz w Egipcie i ten wyjazd uważamy za najlepszy.Itaka jako Biuro bez zastrzeżeń.Podróż bezstresowa .Bardzo polecam ten Hotel !!!!!! Hotel jest wspaniały, świetnie zagospodarowany, posiada duży ogród i piękne baseny. Restauracje i kawiarnie bez zastrzeżeń. Liczba leżaków na plaży czy przy basenie jest wystarczająca przy maksymalnym obłożeniu hotelu. To już mój 6-ty pobyt w Egipcie i polecam ten hotel osobom chcącym miło spędzić wakacje w spokojnym miejscu.

Hotel bardzo ładny, duże pokoje są jego atutem. Prawie z każdego balkonu jest widok na morze. Obsługa miła poza 'Bossami', którzy byli służbistami. Hotel bardzo polecam osobom z zamiłowaniem do nurkowania ze względu na przepiękną rafę koralową ciągnącą się wzdłuż całej plaży. Cisza i spokój, pozwalają na odpoczynek. Jedzenie było bardzo smaczne iróżnorodne-codziennie inne potrawy z grilla, dużo ryb i owoców morza. Duży wybór świeżych owoców i deserów. Bardzo rozwinięty program animacji, od rana do nocy nie da się tam nudzić a animatorzy są świetni i bardzo przyjaźnie nastawieni dla każdego gościa hotelu.

To nasz 4 pobyt w Egipcie i najgorszy ze wszystkich. Hotel położony bardzo daleko od lotniska Marsa Alam 1,5 godziny autokarem na kompletnym bezludziu. Rafa koralowa zniszczona. Wyżywienie na poziomie średnim i pierwszy raz dopadła nas zemsta faraona - mimo bardzo restrykcyjnego przestrzegania higieny - w barach plastikowe kubeczki wielokrotnego użytku - fatalne stąd zapewne zemsta faraona. Po zgłoszeniu do ubezpieczyciela koniecznej wizyty u lekarza wysłano nas taxi w godzinną podróż w jedną stronę do gabinetu lekarskiego. Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego hotelu

Znakomita obsługa , bardzo duży wybór potraw ( w większości włoskich - pizza, makarony itp ) , wszystkie napoje butelkowane ( jedyny minus za brak możliwości napełniania butelek wodą ) , bardzo duże i czyste pokoje - sprzątane codziennie! wolne leżaki i parasole o każdej porze zarówno nad morzem jak i na basenie, bar na plaży , bar przy basenie , codzienne animacje na basenie i na plaży , animacje wieczorne w amfiteatrze ( przeważnie po włosku - większość gości w hotelu to włosi ) ,codziennie dyskoteka na plaży , piękna rafa przy samym brzegu , zejście do morza bardzo łagodne piaszczyste ( woda płyciusieńka ) obok molo i centrum nurkowe - głębokość przy molo ok. 5-7 metrów ,w hotelu panuje czas fantazyjny - jest godzinę później niż w całym Egipcie , hotel położony jest na całkowitym pustkowiu - w odległości ok. 30 km nic nie ma , jest idealny dla osób lubiących ciszę i spokój !

Hotel i pokój bardzo ładny,śniadania monotonne ale na pozostałych posiłkach każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie,animacje wyłącznie w języku Włoskim.Obsługa hotelowa dyskryminuje wszystkie narodowości oprócz Włochów,animatorzy zajmują się wyłącznie dziećmi Włoskimi,barmani obsługują poza kolejnością Włochów jak i kelnerzy w pierwszej kolejności obsługują Włochów.Włosi mogą spożywać posiłki na leżakach a Polacy tylko w barze przy stoliku,Włosi nie muszą stać w kolejce tylko wpychają się jako pierwsi i oczywiście są obsłużeni.Byliśmy rozliczani z napoi i posiłków,chcieliśmy skosztować kurczaka i rybę z grilla ale niestety musieliśmy wybierać albo jedno albo drugie,ponieważ kucharz nie chciał nam nałożyć na talerz ale Włochom oczywiście nakładał ile wlazło.W barze przy basenie chciałam wziąć napój dla siebie i męża,który leżał na leżaku ale barman nie chciał mi wydać dwóch napoi oczywiście Włosi brali po 4 napoje.Animatorzy wypraszali z basenu gości innych narodowości,ponieważ Włosi chcieli zagrać w piłkę wodną.Ogólne wrażenie mogę opisać jednym słowem dyskryminacja Polaków jak i innych narodowości pod każdym względem, faworyzacja Włochów.
