Ogólny wizerunek hotelu jest w stanie spełnić oczekiwania nawet najbardziej wymagającego klienta. Sam hotel i miejsce wokół hotelu są bardzo zadbane. Obsługa dba o klienta, jest wrażliwa na drobne uwagi. Pokój schludny, czysty, ładnie urządzony, doskonale wyposażony (sejf, deska i żelazko do prasowania, suszarka, szlafroki). Wyżywienie bardzo urozmaicone, zaspokajające nawet najbardziej wyrafinowane podniebienie. Hotel oferuje wiele dodatkowych atrakcji i możliwości. W lobby hotelu bezpłatny Internet. Hotel jest położony w niezwykle urokliwym miejscu z pięknym widokiem na morze i wyspę Tiran. Zastanawialiśmy się czy to Hilton czy może Hulton lub Helton. Jest to hotel maksymalnie 3 gwiazdkowy. Byliśmy bardzo zawiedzeni, szczególnie że wycieczki przez nas wybranej (inny hotel 5*) nie mogliście Państwo zrealizować mimo opłacenia jej przez nas i ten hotel został przez Państwa polecony. Szczerze mówiąc, już po pierwszym dniu na miejscu czuliśmy się oszukani.

Hotel wewnątrz piękny ale tylko na zretuszowanych zdjęciach. Pokoje lekko przestarzałe, łazienka wymagałaby odświeżenia - odniosłam wrażenie że na suficie pojawił się lekki grzyb. Wadą łazienki jest brak prysznica, niestety tylko wanna z zasłoną. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane, z możliwością wymiany codziennie pościeli na nową. Klimatyzacja sprawnie działająca, chociaż w listopadzie nie musieliśmy z niej korzystać, bo w pokoju była temperatura 21 stopni. Hotel wyposażony w dwie windy, które woziły turystów z basenów i plaży oraz dolnej części pokojowej do głównego wejścia hotelu, gdzie mieściła się restauracja i lobby. Szkoda tylko że jedna z wind zepsuła się zaraz po naszym przejeździe i do samego końca nikt jej nie naprawił (byliśmy 15 dni). Przy takiej ilości gości jedna winda była niewystarczająca i czas oczekiwania był bardzo długi. Można było dostać się pieszo idąc pod wielką górkę po schodach, młodzi dawali radę, ale starszym osobą było ciężko a dla niektórych wręcz droga nie do pokonania. Rafa koralowa bardzo piękna, możliwość zejścia do morza z dwóch pomostów. Baseny, plaża, taras widokowy bardzo dobrze zagospodarowane. Dużo pięknej zieleni, jednakże żeby móc położyć się na leżaku w dobrym miejscu należałoby iść już o 6:00 z rana go zarezerwować. Niestety dochodziło do tego, że ludzie z rana pędzili z koszulkami, chustami, płetwami i innymi przedmiotami by móc położyć je na leżaku dokonując w ten sposób rezerwacji. Dodam, że co niektórzy z rezerwowiczów przychodzili dopiero w południe, a ten co przyszedł w godzinach wydawania ręczników ( od godz. 09:00) nie miał się już gdzie położyć. Nie ważne że była informacja o zakazie rezerwacji leżaków w ten sposób i owe rezerwacje wg regulaminu powinny przepadać po 45 minutach, nikt do tego zapisu się nie stosował zarówno turyści jak i sama obsługa. Nawet złożona skarga na nic się nie zdała. Hotel zdominowany przez turystów z Rosji, którzy uważali się za Panów All Inclusive i niestety cała obsługa była podporządkowana pod ich potrzeby. Nie ważne, że się było Polakiem i tak każdy mówił do Ciebie po rusku. To było żenujące, momentami odnosiliśmy wrażenie że jesteśmy w Rosji. Było trzeba czasem 'warknąć' wielokrotnie że się nie rozumie i prosi się o mówienie w języku angielskim. Animacje fantastyczne! Za dnia na basenie jak i wieczorami organizowane różne gry i zabawy. Jedno ale, w animacjach używano przede wszystkim języka rosyjskiego potem angielskiego. Jedzenie - dużo wszystkiego,każdy mógłby zleźć coś dla siebie. Mam dwa ale. Pierwsze bardzo mało owoców. Po drugie kiepskie rozwiązanie z napojami do posiłku. Na śniadaniu stały dystrybutory z napojami ciepłymi i zimnmi, więc problemu nie było. Ale w dobie obiadu i kolacji przy dużej ilosci turystów było trzeba napoje zamawiać u kelnera, na którego czasem czekało się przy stoliku aż do ukończenia posiłku, to było denerwujące w szczególności jak było się bardzo spragnionym.

Price - approx. 55 USD/person (in a two-person quad; includes lunch and soft drinks on the boat). Additionally payable: snorkelling equipment - approx. 4 USD.
Tiran Island (8.00-17.00) — ship cruise towards Tiran island, located between Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Time for relaxation on the ship deck, swimming in the sea and snorkelling or diving, discovering the charms of the underwater world of an intact coral reef. Price of snorkelling - approx. 45 USD, children up to 12 y.o. - approx. 25 USD. Equipment rental for snorkelling available: mask approx. 4 USD, flippers approx. 4 USD. Price of snorkelling: 1 intro (descend underwater) - approx. 55 USD, 2 intros (2 descends underwater) - approx. 75 USD. The price includes lunch and drinks. Relaxing on the ship deck, bathing, snorkelling or diving, discovering the charms of the underwater world of an intact coral reef. Price of snorkelling - approx. 50 USD, children up to 12 y.o. - approx. 25 USD. Equipment rental for snorkelling available: mask approx. 4 USD, flippers approx. 4 USD. Price of snorkelling: 1 intro (descend underwater) - approx. 55 USD, 2 intros (2 descends underwater) - approx. 75 USD. The price includes lunch and drinks. Additionally, entry to Ras Muhammad National Park payable - approx. 7 USD. One instructor per participant. There is a Polish instructor on the boat; Visa with stamp required.
Sea Scope (boat with glass side walls) — 1-hour cruise by boat with a deck that is partly immersed under water and admiring the most beautiful coral reefs of the Red Sea without going into the water. Price - approx. 50 USD, children up to 12 years old - approx. 28 USD.
Mountain of Moses and St Catherine's monastery (22.00-14.00) — night trip (on foot, part of the road can be covered on camels - approx. 20 USD) to Mount Sinai - 2285 m a.s.l, where Moses received the tablets with the Ten Commandments from God. Welcoming a unique sunrise and climbing down the mountain hill to St. Catherine's monastery, which was erected in about 530 B.C. It belongs to the Greek Orthodox church and has valuable collections: Bizantine mosaics from the 6th century, a collection of icons of St John the Baptist and the Virgin Mary. Take comfortable sports shoes and warm clothes with you. Price - approx. 42 USD, children up to 12 y.o. - approx. 27 USD.
Safari adventure — Nabq National Park (no Visa required only with us) - a Jeep expedition through the Sinai desert to two gorges - a wide and narrow one. Camel ride. City Tour — evening trip around Sharm El Sheikh. Dahab Safari — a wonderful expedition to the heart of Sinai. Quad ride through the desert and a visit to the Bedouin village, a short stop for photos. Then return to the main road. Short break in café. After rest, drive to the Blue Hole National Park and free time for snorkelling on the shore of the Blue Hole. Lunch in a restaurant. Then a drive to the Wadi Guney valley at the southern gate of the city of Dahab. Wadi Guney is a beautiful valley located among mountains, where you can see a wonderful, small oasis. Relaxation and rest on one of the wild beaches in Dahab, ride on camels, snorkelling. On the way back, time for shopping in Dahab. Return to hotel.
