Hotel bardzo duży, zadbany. Na terenie hotelu bardzo dużo basenów- wszystkie bardzo czyste. Plaża przy hotelu z darmowymi leżakami czysta. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła i pomocna, starała się by klient czuł się dobrze i był zadowolony z pobytu. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane. Jedzenie bardzo dobre i urozmaicone. Na terenie hotelu kilka restauracji w każdej coś innego do jedzenia. Hotel usytuowany w super okolicy- wszędzie blisko do najbliższego miasta spacerkiem około 20 min idąc ulicą wzdłuż plaży- widoki piękne. Przy hotelu bardzo dużo atrakcji wodnych dla miłośników sportu. Dodatkowy plus dla hotelu za śniadanie w dniu wyjazdu- mimo, że o 6.15 wyjeżdżaliśmy z hotelu a śniadania były od 7 to od 5.30 była dla nas przygotowane śniadanie :)

Hotel jak najbardziej zasługuję na swoją liczbę gwiazdek jest na prawdę bardzo dobry przyjazny dla każdego użytkownika, zarówno dla osoby będącej z dzieckiem jak i dla osoby niepełnosprawnej. Okolica hotelu jest bardzo malownicza, a sam hotel na tyle ładny i duży że codziennie można przechadzać się po nowych jego zakątkach. Całe wakacje uważam za jedne z moich najlepszych na jakich do tej pory byłem, miedzy innymi ze względu na hotel który pozwolił mi zapomnieć o wszystkich problemach. Cały pobyt z perspektywy czasu wydaję się jedynie snem aczkolwiek bilety jak i pamiątki potwierdzają że jednak miał miejsce.

Hotel, obsługa, plaża i jedzenie na najwyższym poziomie, niestety 'VIP treatment dla nowożeńców' to tylko informacja w katalogu, która nijak się ma do rzeczywistości, polecam nie zwracać uwagi na nią |). Mimo tego gorąco polecam. Przelot, hotel, animacje, praca rezydenta i obsługa biura podróży była na najwyższym poziomie. Jesteśmy ze wszystkiego bardzo zadowoleni i z przyjemnością wrócimy z powrotem na Kretę z Itaką |).

W drugim dniu pobytu padła klima w pokoju, Po zgłoszeniu w recepcji jakiś spec był na dachu, ale nawet nie wszedł do pokoju sprawdzić czy naprawił. Po ponownym zgłoszeniu - recepcja twierdziła, że wcześniej klima została naprawiona. Telefon do rezydenta nic nie pomógł. Zaproponowano nam inny pokój na tyłach restauracji - strasznie śmierdziało grzybem. Zostaliśmy w tym z zepsutą klimatyzacją. Stanowczo odradzam.

Bardzo dobry hotel, super wyżywienie i animacje. Bardzo dużo ciepłych i empatycznych ludzi w hotelu na recepcji oraz w barze na plaży- Rula. My dostaliśmy apartament z basenem - duży plus. Minusy to bardzo słaba plaża, wszystkie baseny słone, w opisie hotelu jest klub nocny- dyskoteka - niestety nie czynna. Bar na plaży czynny tylko od 11 do 17 - zbyt krótko. Wieczorem bardzo długie oczekiwanie na zamawiane napoje.

Po przyjeździe do hotelu byłyśmy bardzo zawiedzione. Moim zdaniem wygląd zdecydowanie nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek - hotel jest po prostu stary. W pokoju miałyśmy zepsute drzwi od balkonu, a po zgłoszeniu do obsługi przyjechał Pan, który zasugerował że nie potrafimy otwierać drzwi - jego zdaniem siłowanie się z drzwiami przez kilka minut oraz finalne wyrwanie ich ze ściany było normą. Internet ograniczony, więc jeśli ktoś posiada Iphone'a - polecam wyłączyć wszystkie aplikacje w tle i używać jednej jednocześnie bo inaczej internet kończy się po minucie. Masakra. Duży plus za jedzenie - było bardzo dobre. Do morza niestety nie dało się wejść bez butów przez kamienie, ale jeśli ktoś był w nie zaopatrzony to morze było bardzo fajne. Okolica piękna, chociaż oprócz podziwiania widoków nie było tam co robić. W hotelu raczej nie było Polaków, praktycznie sami Rosjanie. Niestety podczas rezerwacji w restauracjach w tym hotelu Polacy traktowani są zdecydowani gorzej - obsługa raczej nie dba o gości. + za animatorów, bo starali się rozkręcać atmosferę i cały czas coś się działo. Jako wypoczynek last minute - ok, ale gdybym miała zapłacić cenę początkową byłabym bardzo bardzo rozczarowana!

Hotel przepięknie położony, na rozległym, bardzo ładnie utrzymanym terenie, co daje poczucie prywatności. Istotnie wyposażenie naszego pokoju nosiło cechy wyeksploatowania, jednak czystość w pokoju nie budziła zastrzeżeń. Codzienne animacje oraz zaangażowanie animatorów pozwalało na ciekawe spędzanie wolnego czasu. Podczas niektórych gier i zabaw pojawiali się goście hotelowi, którzy za cel stawiali sobie zwycięstwo nie do końca rozumiejąc, że główną ideą była tam rozrywka a nie rywalizacja międzynarodowa (zgadnijcie, w jakim języku się porozumiewali). Brawa jednak dla animatorów, którzy z tym problemem skutecznie sobie poradzili. Wyżywienie było bardzo różnorodne, spośród potraw szczególnie wyróżniały się te z ryb. Dużą zaletą były dwie kolacje w restauracji a la carte w czasie pobytu, kiedy w dwugodzinnej ceremonii możemy skosztować greckich specjałów. Dobre wrażenie psuje jednak słabe wydzielenie stref dla palących, które w teorii istniało tylko w głównej restauracji i snack barze, a w praktyce - tylko wewnątrz pomieszczeń hotelowych. Zmuszało to nas do częstych zmian stolików, w tym interwencji kończących się właściwą reakcją personelu hotelowego. Pani rezydent bardzo uprzejma i pomocna służyła radą potrzebną w czasie wypoczynku. Dodatkowo sprawnie wskazała i zrealizowała dla nas wynajem samochodu w bezpiecznej i taniej wypożyczalni.

Cruise to the island of Spinalonga, exploring the impressive fortress built by the Byzantines. After the tour, the boat anchors in a quiet cove by a small, wild beach. Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea. It is possible to reach by walking on the sandy bottom. Heading south along the track of Cretan villages called Enneachoria we will see the Chapel of Agia Sofia known from Neolithic times hidden in the grotto, and the stalactites and stalagmites occurring there.
