Tucked into a green garden, which central point is the swimming pool with slides adored by children. One of the longest sandy beaches on the island nearby, excellent place to relax for Guests of all ages.

Hotel położony w niewielkiej miejscowości, bardzo blisko plaży (przejście tunelem). Przystanek komunikacji publicznej znajduje się przy samym hotelu, dzięki czemu można łatwo dostać się do miejscowości Rethymno i Chania. Części wspólne hotelu urządzone nowocześnie. Pokoje umiejscowione są w budynku głównym oraz mniejszych, jednopiętrowych na terenie kompleksu. Przy hotelu znajdują się 2 baseny (przy każdym z nich bar), boisko do koszykówki, paintball, kort tenisowy, plac zabaw, mini amfiteatr, stół do ping-ponga, piłkarzyki i 'klub' dla dzieci. W hotelu jest również strefa SPA. Dodatkowym atutem są codzienne, bardzo dobre animacje. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa posługująca się j. angielskim i niemieckim. Jedzenie urozmaicone, każdy na pewno znajdzie coś dla siebie. Dodatkowo możliwość skorzystania z włoskiej restauracji. Na terenie hotelu znajduje się również niewielki sklepik. Pokój i łazienka przestronne, dobrze wyposażone (m.in. szafa, lodówka, klimatyzacja, szafa, TV). Do pokoju przynależy balkon ze stolikiem i krzesłami oraz suszarką na pranie. Minusem brak wykładziny na podłodze. Pokój był sprzątany codziennie, często wymienianie ręczniki. W godzinach wieczornych jedynymi atrakcjami w hotelu były godzinne animacje (21-22) oraz bar na świeżym powietrzu, gdyż baseny były zamykane o godzinie 20.

Wakacje udane! Przemiła obsługa hotelowa, wszędzie czyściutko codziennie była zmieniana pościel i ręczniki w pokoju. Animacje wieczorne naprawdę super polecam. Animatorzy niesamowici tyle by w nich energii i zawsze można było porozmawiać, zachęcali do zabawy, ćwiczeń. Jedzenie zbyt monotonne niekiedy nie przyprawione mały wybór jeśli chodzi o dzieci. Pokój bardzo ładny jedyny minus to łazienka która odstawała całkowicie od standardu całego hotelu. Jeśli chodzi o sam hotel to tez bardzo ładny i czyściutki jednak na barze przy hotelu czesto sie nie dało wytrzymać- nieprzyjemny zapach który było czuć zwłaszcza wieczorem. Wakacje miłe spędzone. Ciekawe wycieczki chodź zaangażowanie niektórych przewodników mogło być większe. Pogoda naprawdę rewelacja ( pomimo końcówki września).

Plusy: hotel bardzo czysty, piękny ogród, pokoje sprzątane codziennie, pościel wymieniana codziennie, ręczniki wymieniane na życzenia. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa w recepcji oraz restauracji i barach. Ciekawe animacje. Jedzenie smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pyszna pizza w restauracji włoskiej. Piękna, szeroka, piaszczysta plaża. Spa w którym można korzystać bezpłatnie z basenu, sauny i łaźni tureckiej. W Kavros (ok. 600 m od hotelu) można skorzystać z baru w hotelu Happy Days, gdzie barmanka robi dobre drinki (nierozcieńczone :). Minusy: za mocno rozcieńczone drinki w barze przy basenie i na plaży oraz brak przewijaków dla niemowląt (chociaż jednego) w toaletach ogólnodostępnych, co dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi zakwaterowanych dalej od budynku głównego może stanowić spore utrudnienie.

Hotel jest położony w malowniczym miejscu - jednej strony wysokie góry, z drugiej morze. Część wspólna - restauracja, basen, recepcja wyglądają bardzo efektownie. Gorzej jest z pokojami - ręczniki nie były zmieniane codziennie, a łazienka jest malutka i jej standard (biorąc pod uwagę 5 gwiazdek) pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Ogromny plus za jedzenie oraz animatorów - duży wybór posiłków, codziennie pojawiały się nowe potrawy, a animatorzy tworzyli cały klimat hotelu. To były nasze pierwsze wakacje organizowane przez biuro podróży. Podchodziliśmy sceptycznie do wczasów typu all inclusive. Zazwyczaj sami organizujemy sobie wyjazdy i jesteśmy niezależni. O dziwo, wakacje 'dla leniwców' bardzo nam się spodobały i w przyszłe wakacje planujemy Ibizę :) dawno już tak nie odpoczęłam psychicznie jak podczas tego urlopu, chociaż na pewno nie zrezygnujemy z samodzielnych wojaży :)

Hotel na pewno nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek. Pokoje z nie wyremontowanymi łazienkami. Przez drzwi wejściowe wlewała nam się woda jak padał deszcz. W kampusie było czuć szambo, bardzo nie przyjemne jak na 5 gwiazdek. Kolacje w długich spodniach też nie są genialnym pomysłem, bardzo jest to uciążliwe gdy na dworze jest około 30 stopni. Internet darmowy nie działa i wszyscy o tym wiedzą ale nikt z tym nic nie robi. Za każdym razem trzeba się logować na stronie które prawie zawsze nie działa. Jedzenie monotonne. Obsługa na 6 pkt jedynie

Hotel bardzo zadbany , odnowiony , główny gmach bardzo ekskluzywny. Pokoje czyste i ładne. Na największy plus jest tu obsługa hotelowa, mile panie sprzatajace , bardzo uprzejma obsługa w restauracji i recepcji. Jedzenie teżbardzo smaczne, z pewnością każdy znajdzie cos dla siebie, nawet te wybredne podniebienia. Ciekawe animacje, zgrana grupa, która potrafiła rozbawić największych dręrwiaków. Plaża piaszczysta, leżaki i parasole w cenie. Jedynym minusem była odległość od większych miasteczek. W okolicy nie było nic ciekawego ale za dobrą cenę można było wynająć samochód i podskoczyc do pięknej Chani czy Rethymno. Goście hotelowi to głownie Polacy i Niemcy. Wczasy jak najbardziej udane, tylko pogoda sprawiła nam małego psikusa, ale to nie wina Hotelu |) z całego serduszka polecam !

Hotel jak na warunki Kreteńskie bardzo dobry - zgodny z ofertą przedstawioną mi przez biuro ITAKA. Nie oznacza to, że zgodnie ze standardem ma 5 gwiazdek (w porównaniu do normalnych sieci hotelarskich) To słabiutkie 4 gwiazdki (tak jak napisałem to bardzo dużo jak na tą wyspę i mimo deklaracji ofertowej nie spodziewałem się więcej). Pokoje - (a widziałem 3 w części głównej hotelu) przestronne i przyzwoite, choć głośno wołają o coś więcej niż odświeżenie.- standard 3* Wyżywienie - mocny punkt tego hotelu. Bardzo dobre urozmaicone jedzenie podczas wszystkich posiłków. Hotel serwuje przyzwoitą kuchnię lokalną. All Inclusive na wysokim poziomie (czas dostępności, naczynia, napoje i przekąski - znacząco powyżej standardu !!) - standard 5* Obsługa hotelowa - miło, grzecznie - standard 4* Animacje - niestety hotel postanowił wycisnąć jak cytrynę przemiłych i świetnych animatorów (Polacy+Niemcy). Mimo, że są napradę świetni w programie MichelJacson, to hotel w tym standardzie powinien zadbać choć odrobinę o szerzenie lokalnej kultury a nie wysługiwać się dziewczynami pracującymi bardzo ciężko od rana z dziećmi i podczas aerobików (wieczór Kreteński, koncert lokalnego zespołu itp atrakcje dostępne są w dużo słabszych hotelach) - 2* niska ocena za wieczorne atrakcjie, program dnia OK Dla mnie hotel położony idealnie dla osób chętnych na zwiedzanie zachodniej części wyspy. Atrakcji w okolicy hotelu po prostu brak - jeśli oczekuje ktoś życia nocnego to jest ono (takie sobie) 5km od hotelu. Organizacja podróży przez ITAKĘ - bardzo OK, nie ma jakiś fajerwerków, ale BARDZO SOLIDNIE i ZGODNIE Z OCZEKIWANIAMI - POLECAM. By dać wyższą ocenę firma musiała by zrobić coś ekstra np: typu drobny prezent od firmy (głupi kapelusz za 2 Euro) ot tak podarowany na lotnisku w Chanii zrobiłby robotę.

Hotel bardzo przyzwoity, ale w mojej ocenie, porównując go z innymi hotelami na świecie, nie zasługuje na pięć gwiazdek, lecz na cztery. Obsługa hotelu (głównie recepcji) bardzo pomocna i uczynna, potrafi zadbać o gości i udzielić pomocy w rozwiązywaniu problemów. Bezproblemowa komunikacja w języku angielskim. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne. Jedynym zastrzeżeniem jest to, że niektóre potrawy były przestygnięte i zimne - hotel o takim standardzie powinien tego pilnować. Jeśli chodzi o napoje dostępne w ofercie all inclusive to było wyczuwalne, że zostały one rozcieńczone (głównie soki oraz napoje gazowane). Niestety zdarzało się, że podczas obiadów i kolacji bardzo długo musieliśmy czekać na kelnera, który przyjmie zamówienie na napoje - pomimo bardzo dużej obsady kelnerskiej. Na uwagę zasługują liczne i dobrze zorganizowane animacje, a także przesympatyczny zespół animatorów zatrudniony w hotelu. Zróżnicowane animacje pozwalały na zachęcenie do nich gości w różnym wieku, natomiast ich ilość zapewniała uatrakcyjnienie czasu spędzonego przy basenie oraz na plaży. Wieczorne show również były bardzo dobrze przygotowane.

Hotel czysty z bardzo miłą obsługą, jednakże bardzo daleko mu do standardu choćby 3* hoteli w Polsce, przede wszystkim z powodu wyglądu łazienki w pokoju, usytuowania pokoju - przyziemie z widokiem na wjazd do podziemnej hali garażowej - gdzie to morze, gdzie te góry.. Niewątpliwie na plus ocenić można przesympatyczną obsługę w restauracji, poziom i urozmaicenie animacji oraz wyżywienie. Wakacje udane, jednakże nie jest to zasługa samego miejsca. Hotel pięciogwiazdkowe miał tylko lobby i obsługę restauracyjną. Poza tym zarówno wygląd pokoju i łazienki, usytuowanie pokoju - prawie całkowity bark światła słonecznego, organizacja plaży i okolicy bezpośrednio przy niej nie zasługują na więcej niż 3*. Na pochwałę zasługuje organizacja lotu i transferu a także poziom animacji. Generalnie biuro podróży Itaka dość mocno manipuluje w swojej ofercie przedstawiając miejsce jako 5*.

Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea. It is possible to reach by walking on the sandy bottom. Heading south along the track of Cretan villages called Enneachoria we will see the Chapel of Agia Sofia known from Neolithic times hidden in the grotto, and the stalactites and stalagmites occurring there.
