Bardzo dobry obiekt, w pełni zasługujący na swoje 5 gwiazdek. Hotel położony na północnych obrzeżach Agios Nikolaos (2 km od centrum - spacerem ok. 20 minut). Bardzo dobre warunki zakwaterowania. Smaczne posiłki w formie szwedzkiego stołu. Drinki lekko rozwadniane, lecz bardzo dobre. Mila obsługa posługująca się j. angielskim. Ciekawe animacje zarówno dla dzieci. jak i dorosłych. W pobliżu tradycyjna farma oliwek.

Hotel, jedzenie na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Przepięknie położony, bardzo dobra komunikacja z centrum miasta. Obsługa hotelu na wysokim poziomie. To były nasze pierwsze wakacje w Grecji ktore zaliczamy do udanych, a to wszytsko przez to ze mieliśmy okazje trafić do hotelu, ktory miał idealne połączenie tego co było naszym celem- przepyszna kuchnia - od śniadania po obiady i kolacje, bardzo dobre przekąski i miła obsługa. Niesamowite przeżycia dopełniał widok na tarasie, widok na morze, góry. Jesteśmy zakochani w Krecie i na pewno wrócimy tam jeszcze! :)

To był nasz drugi pobut w hotelu. Tym razem byliśmy w 6 osób. Zgodnie z prośbą zostaliśmy zakwaterowani na tym samym piętrze, niedaleko od siebie. Sam hotel trzyma poziom. Bardzo czysto, ręczniki i pościel często wymieniane. Jedzenie pyszne, duży wybór, każdy wybierze coś, co mu zasmakuje. Doskonałe desery, ogromny wybór warzyw i owoców. Porawy zarówno z kuchni greckiej, jak i 'międzynarodowej'. All inclusive bardzo bogate, w cenie alkohole (piwo, wino, martini, whysky, wódka, ouzo itp.), cała gama drinków + napoje ciepłe (kilka gatunków kawy, herbaty, gorąca czekolada) i zimne (soki, cola itp.) Warto skorzystać z dostępnej w cenie jednej na pobyt kolacji a'la carte - dania są bardzo smaczne, a cała oprawa elegancka. Plaża hotelowa, jedna piaszczysta, druga żwirkowa. Dla rodzin polecam tę piaszczystą, ale jeśli ktoś ma ochotę na snorkeling - żwirkowa jest o wiele lepszym miejscem, można tam spotkać wiele gatunków ryb i innych morskich stworzeń. Obsługa profesjonalna i miła. Animacje bardzo róznorodne - poza standardowym aerobikiem i siatkówką można postrzelać, zagrać w rzutki itp. Naprzeciwko hotelu mały market - warto jednak przejśc się do centrum Agios Nikolaos, gdzie ceny są zdecydowanie niższe. Bardzo miłą niespodzianką była zmiana linii lotniczej w drodze powrotnej, gdzie dostaliśmy posiłek i napoje oraz lecieliśmy nowym i zadbanym samolotem.

Do hotelu przyjechaliśmy około 5 rano, pokój dostaliśmy od razu, a w nim czekał na nas posiłek i ogromne łóżko. Pokój miał bardzo dobry standard. Hotel ma dwie prywatne plaże. Na każdej znajdują się leżaki i parasolki, z każdej strony plaży jest bar. Jedzenie przepyszne, może trochę monotonne, ale jest bardzo duży wybór. Widoki z plaży, pokoju, restauracji i innych miejsc na terenie hotelu są niesamowite! W pobliżu znajduje się małe, urokliwe miasteczko Agios Nikolaos, gdzie można wybrać się na spacer. Alkohol w ofercie all inclusive dosyć słaby, a zwłaszcza piwo. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła i profesjonalna. Pracownicy Itaki zawsze gotowi, by udzielić informacji i pomóc. Polecam hotel jak i biuro podróży Itaka w stu procentach, na pewno tam jeszcze wrócę.

Świetnie położony hotel z super plażą. Niestety poziom obsługi wymaga poprawy (restauracja i recepcja). Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje podejście hotelu (niestety powielane przez Itakę) w kwestii kategoryzacji pokoi. Według hotelu (i biura Itaka) pokój (dodatkowo płatny) z widokiem na zatokę, w hotelu Mirabello, nad zatoką Mirabello, to pokój z widokiem na zatokę Agios Nikolaos - odległą o około 2 km od hotelu. Na pierwszym planie z pokoju widać parking, ale jak się podniesie wzrok, to w oddali widać kawałek zatoki Agios Nikolaos, więc zdaniem hotelu (i biura podróży Itaka) wszystko jest ok. Szkoda tylko, że nie wynika to z opisu oferty. W efekcie dopłaca się za widok, którego nie ma.

Jedzenie bardzo dobre w formie szwedzkiego stołu, duża różnorodność (każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie), a desery palce lizać. W przypadku animacji, to również każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie (tenis, piłka nożna, siatkówka, aquagym, rzutki, strzelanie z wiatrówki itp). Z hotelu dość blisko jest do miasta Ayios Nikolaos, około 2 km. Przy hotelu znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, jeżeli nie chce się iść pieszo.

W ofercie powinna być też zaznaczona odległość od plaży w zależności od zakwaterowania a nie jak jest napisane że hotel przy plaży, bo my niestety mieliśmy kawałek do przejścia na plażę z części Village

Bardzo dobry hotel, godny polecenia, jedyne zastrzeżenie to kwestia oczekiwania na pokój po przyjeździe. Autokar z lotniska przywiózł nas o 7.00 w niedzielę, pokój mieliśmy od 14.00. Nie zaproponowano nam żadnego pokoju z prysznicem, by móc się umyć i przebrać po przylocie. Mogliśmy tylko czekać w lobby. Poszliśmy na spacer, ale w niedzielny poranek sąsiednie Agios Nikolaos spało. Potem czekaliśmy do 14.00. Taką samą sytuację widzieliśmy w inne dni. Wydaje się, że o miejsce do odpoczynku w oczekiwaniu na pokój powinna zadbać Itaka, a przynajmniej jasno uprzedzić. A tzw śniadanie przed wyjazdem to czajnik z kawą i gruszka w restauracji, choć kawę mieliśmy też w pokoju.

Hotel Dessole Mirabello jest podzielony na dwie częśći, główny budynek oraz zespół budynków czyli Village. Pokoje w Village mają widok na sąsiednią zatokę lub na morze, ale też niektóre na sąsiadujące budynki. Pokoje są odnowione i w wysokim standardzie. Balkony są bardzo duże, mają estetyczne wykończenie kamieniem na ścianach. Do głównego budynku trzeba podejść niedużą odległość, a stamtąd przejść na plażę. Można jednak pozostać przy przyjemnym basenie na terenie Village.

Znakomity hotel położony nad piękną zatoką. Jedzenie urozmaicone i bardzo smaczne. Obsługa uprzejma i bardzo miła. Wspaniałe otoczenie hotelu z labiryntem górzystych uliczek oświetlonych w nocy na terenie hotelu. Animacje zaś dość nieciekawe. Bardzo głośna rockowo-popowa muzyka nie mająca nic wspólnego z Grecją i nastrojem greckich wieczorów.Tego nam brakowało, bo liczyliśmy, że będzie jednak dominowała piękna i nastrojowa muzyka greckiej tawerny.

Profesjonalna obsługa kelnerska oraz piękne położenie. Krótko ale treściwie. Największe wrażenie zrobił na nas poziom hotelu. Piękna zatoka oraz widok na góry zapadł w pamięci na długi czas. Super oferta last minute. Nigdzie indziej nie znaleźlibyśmy takich wakacji jakie umożliwiło nam biuro ITAKA :)

Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea.
