In the vicinity is the village of Fodele, known as the birthplace of the famous painter El Greco. The hotel is built in the style of holiday village, it consists of a main building and bungalows arranged in terraces, surrounded by a garden. On site there are 3 restaurants, each with a terrace where you can enjoy a tasty meal in the fresh air. Great fun for the whole family is guaranteed by the aquapark with 6 slides; on site there is also a complex of 3 swimming pools with sunbathing decks. Professional animations and mini-club run by a fantastic team of animators will appeal to the youngest tourists. Nie trzeba się martwic wchodzenie pod górkę, czy też z górki, bo jest do dyspozycji przefajna ciuchcia która co chwilkę przewozi turystów. Wszystko jest czyste i zadbane.

Hotel dość duży, położony na zboczu góry, pokój czysty, przestronny, codziennie sprzątany. Jedzenia bardzo dużo i dobre, wybór dań ogromny, owoce świeże, napoje alkoholowe importowane w cenie ;D. Obsługa miła i pomocna, plaża bezpośrednio przy hotelu, zawsze można było znaleźć wolne leżaki pomimo b. dużego obłożenia hotelu. W okolicy tylko spacerowanie po górach. Najbliższa "cywilizacja" to Heraklion, także hotel położony w dość odludnym miejscu.

Hotel zasługuje na swoje 5*. Polozony w spokojnej okolicy w zatoce z daleka od zgiełku ulicznego i miastowego na stoku góry i pieknym widokiem na morze co codziennie zapiera dech w piersiach. Ośrodek duży i dużo schodów do pokonania ale wersja dla leniwych to kolejka kursująca przez cały dzień i dowożąca gości do pokoi czy restauracji czy do aquaparku... Czysto, codzienne sprzątanie pokoi z wymianą ręczkow a także całego ośrodka, mycie i czyszczenie leżaków przy basenach i na plaży, czyszczenie basenów i zgrabywanie z piasku zanieczyszczeń i kamykow. Kuchnia pyszna, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Dużo restauracji, przez cały dzień można coś przekąsić lub się napić porządnego napoju. Wszystkie bary na wielki plus gdyż serwują bardzo dobre alkohole jak również miła obsługa. Duzo rozrywek: fajny aquapark z porządnymi zjeżdżalniami, dużo basenów, możliwość skorzystania z kortu tenisowego lub minigolfa, dużo fajnych animacji, sporty plażowe i nie tylko... Zarówno dla dorosłych jak i dla dzieci, co nie jest uciążliwe. Polecam każdemu, napewno nie będziesz się nudzić .

Duży problem z wyjazdem z parkingu lotniska we wrocławiu gdyż pomimo biletu opłaconego w Itace parkowania nie można było wyjechać a obsługa parkingu zażądała kompletu dokumentów z Itaki wraz z potwierdzeniem opłat co zmuszało do biegania w czasie deszczu w nocy z parkingu do biura.

Hotel świetny! Bardzo ładny i czysty pokój, sprzątany codziennie. Jedzenie jest bardzo dobre i od rana do wieczora można coś zjeść i się czegoś napić. Bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa. Plaża fantastyczna, choć przy brzegu mnóstwo kamieni, ale da się znaleźć miejsce gdzie wejście jest bardziej piaszczyste. Baseny, zjeżdżalnie, ciuchcia hotelowa i mini golf były wystarczającymi atrakcjami. Piękne widoki na morze i góry. W głównej restauracji jest część dla dzieci, gdzie podczas obiadu i kolacji mogą same sobie nakładać potrawy, co dla naszego czterolatka było ogromną frajdą. Są także urocze stoliki i krzesełka dla dzieci, a przed nimi wisi telewizor na którym wyświetlane są bajki, co w zależności od wychowania będzie wadą lub zaletą:) Zarówno na plaży jak i w aquaparku są ratownicy. Na plaży i przy basenach nie było problemu ze znalezieniem wolnych leżaków. Przy plaży jest mały plac zabaw i miniclub. W okolicy nie ma praktycznie nic więc wybierając ten hotel trzeba to wziąć pod uwagę, nam to nie przeszkadzało. W pokoju jest darmowy sejf, czajnik z zestawami do herbaty i kawy. W cenie są ręczniki na plażę i basen. Jakbym miała się do czegokolwiek przyczepić, to niektóre miejsca w hotelu są zapewne przed remontem i nie są tak reprezentatywne jak część główna, ale w niczym to nie przeszkadza i nie razi. Polecam!

Hotel wspaniale połozony,jednak sama miejscowość bez atrakcji. Czyli spędzamy czas na terenie hotelu stacjonarnie,leniwie rozkoszujac się słońcem. Do dużego waterparku dojezdza elektryczna kolejka, która jadac zatrzymuje się na poszczególnych "przystankach", gdyz goscie mieszkaja na różnych poziomach. no chyba ze chce się duzo chodzic i pokonywac mnóstwo schodów :) My akurat mieszkalismy na niższym poziomie. Sam Waterpark świetny- rewelacja dla dzieci i dorosłych. można tam tez skorzystać z oferty baru, a takze conieco przekąsić, jednak bez rewelacji- również drinków tam niestety nie dostaniemy- tylko piwo. natomiast bar na głównym placu rewelacja, chętnie serwują podwójne (doubble) drinki a zakres karty w ramach all inclusive dość zacny :):) Również głowny basen z mostkiem ponad nim extra dla dzieci i dla dorosłych- rózne poziomy. Pokoje bardzo czyste, codziennie wymieniane ręczniki, posciel równiez, jeśli zajdzie potrzeba. Roomservice bardzo pomocny i zawsze usmiechnięty. W pokoju gdzie mielismy miec dostawke dla dziecka czekałodzianka: mielismy duzą sypialnie z tv, wielka szafą i sejfem, któa była przedzielona ścianką z drzwiami i oknem z żaluzją od strony rodziców, a za scianką drugie spore pomieszczecie z wielkim naroznikiem gdzie spała nasza córka, równiez tam telewizor oraz wyjscie na taras . Swietne rozwiazanie i intymność dla kazdego. Posiłki w ramach all inclusive bardzo urozmaicone i smaczne , rowniez otwarta restauracja all day, gdzie nawet ok 23 mozna bylo dostac ciepłe smaczne dania. Jedyny minus- mało owoców morza, jednakze za dodatkowa opłatą we wtorki chyba soboty mozliwosc zjedzenia osmiornicy, krewetek królewskich, langust itp na barbeque grill owoce morza, na plazy- w pieknej scenerii i naprawde wielkie porcje. Opłaty wg wyboru i cennika : baardzo polecamy :) Jak zwykle mozliwe wykupienie dodatkowych wycieczek fakultatywnych- my bylismy na lagunie Balos i bardzo polecamy- Rezydent szybki i konkretny- słuzy pomoca w razie czego i z recepcji łącza bezposrednio do niego.

Pizza jak domowa, a nie zakladalam jadac tam, ze bede ja jesc... rodzinnie jedlismy ;) obsluga bardzo mila, wszedzie czysto. Wieczorami swietne pokazy badz niesamowite imprezy zarowno dla dzieci jak i od 21 dla doroslych. A wszystko to przy przepysznych drinkach. W okolicy nie ma nic specjalnego ale wypozyczajac samochod wszystko mozna zobaczyc. Znaczna ilosc basenow oraz park wodny ich rozmieszczenie robi wrazenie - nie ma mozliwosci tam sie nudzic. A widoku z tarasu na morze i plaze nie trzeba konemtowac, trzeba to zobaczyc. Mocno polecam!

Zawsze swieze owoce i warzywa. W cenie dwie kolacje z menu, niestety trzeba zapisac sie najlepiej w pierwszy dzien pobytu ponieważ brakuje miejsc - nam udalo sie zjesc tylko w greckiej i bylo bardzo smacznie. Bary w hotelu i na plazy - szkoda ze all inclusive obowiazywal tylko do 23, pozniej trzeba bylo placic, jeden drink 8€ to nie malo. W barze przy plazy mozna zjesc obiad, wiec mozna caly dzien spedzic przy morzu i nie wracac do hotelu. Aquapark troche odroznial sie jakoscia od wyremontowanego hotelu, aczkolwiek ludzie z malymi dziecmi spedzali tam duzo czasu. Latwy dostep do silowni, dobry sprzet, czysto, brakowalo czegos do treningu brzucha. Mozliwosc zagrania w tenisa, aquaaerobik, fitness, pilka w basenie - bardzo dobra grupa animatorska, chociaz nie w jezyku polskim ale dawali rade. Wieczorki z muzyka na zywo lub pokazami akrobatycznymi - nie dalo sie nudzic Minusy hotelu to jednoczesne brzmienie kilku roznych piosenek np z baru i restauracji znajdujacych sie obok siebie - powinni to jakos ujednolicic bo mozna zwariowac. Brakowalo tez troche mozliwosci uchylenia okna/drzwi balkonowych w pokoju (mielismy pokoj na parterze i nie chcielismy spac przy otwartych drzwiach), klimatyzacja pracowala dosc glosno. Plusem darmowy sejf i serwis plazowy. Bardzo polecam.

Hotel znajduje się w pięknej okolicy ,na wzgórzu z urokliwym widokiem na góry. Obsługa bardzo miła,sympatyczna oraz pomocna. Pokój z widokiem na morze -piękny. Codziennie wymieniane ręczniki na nowe,także nie ma potrzeby zabierać swoich. Znajdą się również ręczniki na plażowanie w każdym pokoju. Wraz z ręcznikami dostarczana duża butelka wody. Pokój nowoczesny ,piękny z klimatyzacją.Jedzenie pyszne i baaardzo dużo. Nie ma monotonii. Duża ilość schodów na terenie całego hotelu także jeśli ktoś ma problem z swobodnym poruszaniem się polecam ciuchcię która jeździ codziennie od 10:30 do 22:30. Przy basenach czysto na bieżąco sprzątane. Hotel na 6 dla rodzin z dziećmi. Jeśli chodzi o wakacje dla par to da się wytrzymać tydzień. Jest dzieci tak dużo że nie ma szans na ciszę i spokój zwłaszcza na basenie. Polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi -hotel na 6,natomiast dla par które chcą spędzić spokojny romantyczny tydzień -hotel na 4+ Jeśli komuś nie przeszkadzają dzieci to bardzo serdecznie polecam ,tutaj jest pięknie!!!

Parę dni temu wróciliśmy z chłopakiem z tego hotelu i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Obiekt bardzo duży, piękne otoczenie i ogromny teren hotelu, jednak nie trzeba przejmować się odległościami, bo wszędzie dowozi ciuchcia hotelowa. Jeżeli chodzi o pokój, to po przyjeździe hotel miło nas zaskoczył bo zamiast pokoju 2-osobowego dostaliśmy dwu pomieszczeniowy, piękny pokój rodzinny z tarasem i malutkim ogródkiem. Odnośnie wyżywienia nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń; wszystko świeże, pyszne i urozmaicone; bardzo ładne, odnowione restauracje. Obsługa bardzo miła, troszcząca się o gości hotelowych, na plaży i basenie zawsze wolne leżaki. Jedyny minusik to okolica basenów hotelowych; szczególnie płytki, po których widać już upływ czasu. Największa zaletą dla nas były oszałamiające widoki na góry i morze (hotel położony tarasowo na wzgórzu). Jeżeli chodzi o sprawy związane z biurem podróży, to róznież nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń, wszystko planowo, sprawnie, rezydent bardzo sympatyczny, ze sporą wiedzą i z dużym zaangażowaniem wszystko opisywał na spotkaniu organizacyjnym.

Jak na Grecję dobry hotel na wysokim poziomie - dobre jedzenie, obsługa, drinki, fajna prywatna plaża, codziennie sprzątane. Sam obiekt jest olbrzymi, ale dobrze zorganizowany. Nieco słabe animacje w ciągu dnia i jeden bardzo duży minus - zakwaterowanie zaraz po przylocie w pokoju w nieodremontowanej części - bez żadnego widoku - to kpina. Dopiero po południu doby następnej nas przeniesiono do ładnego pokoju z widokiem, za który zapłaciliśmy. Reszta w porządku - hotel dobry dla rodzin z dziećmi. Blisko do lotniska i Heraklionu, hotel znajduje się w połowie Krety - co ułatwia znacznie korzystanie z wycieczek fakultatywnych na całym wybrzeżu. Na plaży dostępne są sporty wodne - sama plaża piaszczysta - trochę kamyków i żwirku tylko przy wejściu do wody, później delikatny piaseczek. Ogólnie wakacje udane.

EASTERN CRETE
The Heraklion region:
Knossos and Heraklion — exploring the most important remnants of Minoan Crete: the ruins of the Palace of Knossos, which was probably a mythical maze. After exploring the palace, transfer to Heraklion - the capital of the island, free time for a walk and shopping, or optionally: visiting the Archaeological Museum. Spinalonga and Agios Nikolaos — the landscapes of East Crete, which is famous for its splendid views on the gorgeous Mirabello bay, an ancient flooded port of Olous and the city of Agios Nikolaos. Cruise to the island of Spinalonga, exploring the impressive fortress built by the Byzantines. After the tour, the boat anchors in a quiet cove by a small, wild beach. Time for swimming and lunch, which is prepared by the crew of the ship: grilled meat and Greek Salad. After returning to land, a walk through the charming and romantic Agios Nikolaos. The route of the tour runs along the northern coast to Kissamos (Kastelli) Port, where the cruise begins around the gorgeous bay. After an hour arrival in Imeri Gramvousa. This uninhabited islet with intact nature is a natural reserve for many species of birds. A swim in the bay and visit to the ruins located on a 137 metre hill of the Venetian fortress from the 16th century, providing wonderful views of Balos Bay. Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea. It is possible to reach by walking on the sandy bottom. Heading south along the track of Cretan villages called Enneachoria we will see the Chapel of Agia Sofia known from Neolithic times hidden in the grotto, and the stalactites and stalagmites occurring there. The tour includes the charming little village of Ano Vouves, where the oldest olive tree in Greece is located. A pleasant end to the day is the visit to the local wineries.
