Pokój OK,taki jak na zdjęciu,łazienka bardzo mała,trochę zaniedbana i niedoszorowana.Plaża hotelowa,piaszczysta,darmowe leżaki i parasole,szeroka,od razu przy hotelu,super sprawa!Z basenów nikt nie korzystał,za zimna woda i bardzo mało leżaków,wszyscy korzystali z plaży,woda w morzu bardzo ciepła.Obsługa hotelowa w porządku,codziennie sprzątany pokój,ścielone łóżka,wymieniane ręczniki.W pokoju TV,lodówka i my mieliśmy czajnik,ale chyba dlatego,że byliśmy z rocznym dzieckiem bo w standardzie tego nie ma (co nam potwierdziła Itaka i niepotrzebnie targaliśmy własny czajnik!).Nie ma problemu z łóżeczkiem dla dziecka (niestety nie dają materaca tylko twardą dechę także podłożyliśmy kilka kocy pod prześcieradło).Pani na recepcji niezbyt przyjazna,niby pomocna,ale...Jak przyjechaliśmy to nie wszystkie pokoje były gotowe,musieliśmy czekać prawie 2 godz z rocznym dzieckiem po ciężkiej podróży,powinniśmy dostać w pierwszej kolejności,duży minus.Jedzenie bardzo dobre,obsługa w restauracji super,kelnerzy cały czas nadskakiwali.Położenie dobre bo w miarę blisko do atrakcji turystycznych wyspy,polecam wypożyczalnię u Mike obok hotelu.Kilka sklepów i restauracji po drugiej stronie ulicy.Linia lotnicza Small Planet,dla dziecka do 2 lat bezpłatny dodatkowy bagaż do 10kg (Itaka o tym nie informuje!).Stosunek jakości do ceny OK (poza sezonem).Jak Itaka opisała hotel tak faktycznie było,bez ściemy.Rezydentka niedoinformowana.Polecam.

Hotel czysty, spokojny, przemiła obsługa. Ale w ofercie biura powinna być jasna informacja, że Polacy płacą za pokoje od strony hałaśliwej drogi przelotowej, a zmiana pokoju na położony bliżej morza wymaga dopłaty 30-50 euro za noc. No i że za płotem są dwa inne hotele, gdzie animacja trwa nieustająco.

Pogoda piękna. Warunki bardzo dobre spełniające moje oczekiwania. Wyżywienie urozmaicone, smaczne. Obsługa bardzo grzeczna i pomocna w każdej sytuacji. Obsługa Itaki dobra choć mogłaby być lepsza.Wycieczka fakultatywna trochę jak z macochą. Porównując do opieki innych krajów to wypadło blado. Minusem była zmiana godziny wylotu na wcześniejszą, co powodowało pobudkę o 4.00. Wakacje z Waszym biurem uważam za bardzo udane i na pewno będę korzystała z usług Państwa Biura i z pewnością polecę swoim bliskim i znajomym. Restauracja usytuowana przy plaży z jednej strony widok na góry z drugiej na morze. Jedzenie smaczne, doprawione, zawsze do wyboru ryby, mięsa, dużo warzyw, desery. Obsługa miła znająca kilka zwrotów w j. polskim. Położenie hotelu bardzo fajne, piękne widoki. Plażą można dojść do odległej o 4 km miejscowości Georgiopoli. W okolicy hotelu kilka sklepów, stragany z pamiątkami, wypożyczalnie samochodów. Polecam wybranie się spacerem nad jezioro Kournas.

Świetna lokalizacja przy samej plaży Kavros. fantastyczna obsługa zarówno w samym hotelu jak i w restauracji Thalassa obsługującej gości hotelu (przy okazji pozdrowienia dla Despiny i Theodorosa, który nawet potrafił pogadać po polsku |) ). dobre posiłki, bardzo szeroka oferta. Minus: hotel składa się z kilku bungalowów. przynajmniej jeden z nich (w którym to pokój przypadł nam) był dość wyraźnie mniej atrakcyjny - lokalizacja zewnętrzna, od ulicy, z wyraźnie słabszym wifi niż np. w budynku głównym (z recepcją), w restauracji czy przy basenie. Wakacje na Krecie w Hotelu Happy Days to idealne wakacje dla osób ceniących spokój. przy hotelu 2 baseny, fajna plaża, ciepłe morze - chillout i relax. do tego codziennie możliwość uczestniczenia w wycieczkach fakultatywnych. 100m od hotelu tani supermarket Inka.

Hotel mogę polecić wszystkim, którzy chcą spędzić wakacje w czystym hotelu z dobrym wyżywieniem. Hotel był niedawno odnawiany i obsługa stara się z dobrym skutkiem dbać o zachowanie czystości. Wyżywienie absolutnie wystarczające i smaczne. Brak animacji ponieważ hotel jest nieduży. Opcja all inclusive jak na warunki Greckie jest bardzo dobra. Ogólnie mogę polecić hotel Happy Days. Miło spędzony czas w dobrych warunkach.

Wyraźnie widać dyskryminację Polaków. Otrzymujemy gorsze pokoje, od strony ulicy (całodobowy hałas z ulicy, samochody, muzyka z ogródków.Nasz pokój nr 515 łazienka z wanną i przylepiającą się do ciała szmatą ograniczającą zalanie łazienki- nie do przyjęcia dla osób starszych o ograniczonej sprawności. W ramach reklamacji po kilku dniach zaproponowano nam pokój na 2 piętrze, karkołomne schody bez poręczy, pokój bardzo mały, maleńkie łóżko, w sumie nie do przyjęcia. Obsługa w recepcji b. nieprzyjemna, wręcz arogancka, sprawia wrażenie jakby utrudnianie życia Polakom sprawiało im przyjemność. Mamy pretensje do Itaki że wynajmując hotel nie sprawdza warunków dla swoich gości, a może sprawdza i akceptuje !!!!!. W sumie jesteśmy bardzo niezadowoleni z firmy, korzystaliśmy wielokrotnie z usług innych turoperatorów i nigdy takiej rozbieżności między ofertą a rzeczywistością nie spotkaliśmy. Korzystaliśmy z waszej firmy jak to się mówi 2 razy - pierwszy i ostatni. Nigdy więcej z Itaką!!!!. Elafonisi — this tiny islet located in the depths of the bay of the same name is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Crete. Separated from the mainland by a very shallow sea. It is possible to reach by walking on the sandy bottom. Heading south along the track of Cretan villages called Enneachoria we will see the Chapel of Agia Sofia known from Neolithic times hidden in the grotto, and the stalactites and stalagmites occurring there.
