Wygodny hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi, ale osoby szukające kameralnego, cichego miejsca raczej nie będą zadowolone. Pokoje w przedniej części hotelu, z balkonami wychodzącymi na bar i recepcję, które zajmowali klienci Itaki, oznaczały wypoczynek wśród głośnej muzyki, prac remontowych i dostaw. Obsługa hotelowa przjazna, jedzenie przyzwoite, chociaż daleko mu do smaków kuchni lokalnej, czysto. Dobre miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania okolicy.

Zaczynając należy wziąć pod uwagę, że 4* w Polsce nie są równie 4* w Grecji. Nie mniej jednak hotel sam w sobie naprawdę niczego sobie! Spędziliśmy tam tydzień poślubny (sierpień 2014). Bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa hotelu- dla nich największe podziękowania się należą. Codziennie uśmiechnięci, schludnie ubrani i chętni do pomocy. Czystość w pokojach jak najbardziej na +. Pościel i ręczniki wymieniana co 2 dni. Okna w pokojach posiadają rolety, więc na pewno nie będzie w Waszym pokoju gorąco- a jesli nawet to jest klimatyzacja. Trzy baseny na terenie hotelu na pewno spełnią oczekiwania osób, które nie lubią słonej, morskiej wody. Sama plaża niedaleko hotelu również czysta spokojna. Jedzenie zróżnicowane- od tradycyjnych greckich przysmaków (mój mąż je uwielbia!!) po makaron spaghetti. Miłym zaskoczeniem było podanie owoców morza (mule). W wersji all inclusive dostępne kolorowe drinki i inne alkohole- dzięki czemu nie trzeba latać do sklepu. Grecja sama w sobie jest droga, dlatego polecam wybór właśnie tej opcji. Skorzystaliśmy również z wycieczki biura Itaka do Elafonisi- piękna plaża, komfortowy przejazd klimatyzowanym autokarem (przy 38 stopniach to jest ważne:)). Pani rezydentka lekko zakręcona, ale chyba taka praca .. Jedyną sugestią są łazienki. Chyba celowo ich nie umieszczają na zdjęciach, bo są to po prostu zwykłe wanno-prysznice z ceratową zasłonką. Czyste, ale jak na 4* to dla mnie troszkę za mało pod tym względem. Ogólnie pobyt (nie oceniam pracy biura Itaka, tylko miejscowości i hotelu) na 5-. Mam nadzieję, że jeszcze kiedyś uda nam się tam powrócić...:)

Niedaleko przystanek autobusowy - polecam samodzielny wyjazd do Chanii i nie tylko. Niedaleko hotelu piaszczysta plaża - w lewo trochę żwirkowata a w prawo od hotelu piasek. Jedzenie jak wszędzie choć może mogło by być więcej potraw tradycyjnych - większość gości hotelu to Duńczycy i Holendrzy więc posiłki są trochę pod ich gust kulinarny. Apartament bardzo wygodny. Podwójna, indywidualnie sterowana klimatyzacja umożliwia ucieczkę od nadmiaru Greckich upałów. Dodatkowa zaleta, co się rzadko zdarza to bezpłatny sejf. Zespół 3 basenów umożliwia pełen relaks dla gości hotelowych w każdym wieku. Wspaniała roślinność wkomponowana w architekturę zabudowań podwyższa standard wypoczynku w Cambios Village. All inclusive jest tutaj bez zastrzeżeń. Wyjątkowo smaczne i lekkostrawne potrawy serwowane w hotelowej restauracji na długo pozostaną w pamięci. Hotel posiada bardzo dobrą lokalizację. Z jednej strony jest blisko do morza, gdzie mamy do wyboru wspaniałą i bezpieczną plażę piaszczystą ( jak nad Bałtykiem), żwirowo-piaszczystą oraz dla amatorów mocnych wrażeń plażę skalistą. Z drugiej zaraz po wyjściu z hotelu wpadamy w wielobarwną ulicę pełną sklepików, straganów, tawern, restauracji i oczywiście wypożyczalni samochodów. pozdrawiam

Hotel jak i jego personel mile nas zaskoczyli. Pomimo, że na pokój musieliśmy poczekać ok godziny zadbano o nasz komfort. Jako, że podróżowaliśmy z małym, 1,5 rocznym dzieckiem, wskazano nam gdzie możemy podać mu posiłek. Hotel, jego położenie i infrastrukura zasługują na piątkę. Trzy baseny sprawdzały się świetnie. Nigdy nie zabrakło dla nikogo leżaków. Brodzik dla dziecka odpowiedniej głebokości - 35 cm pozwalał mojemu szkrabowina pełną swobodę i aktywność. Obsługa bomba. Zawsze kiedy byli potrzebni nie było problemy ich znaleźć, ale kiedy ich nie potrzebowałeś nie byli natrętni. Jakby czytali nam w myślach. Jedzenie pyszne. Ilość i różnorodność pozwalały nawet najbardziej wybrednym napełnić brzuszki i najeść się do syta. Serwis room również nas nie zraził. Sprzątali codzienne i skutecznie. Ręczniki i pościel wymieniano nam co drugi dzień. Pełna świadomości swoich słów mogę polecić ten hotel nawet dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi.

Hotel łączy w sobie bliskość plaży jak i miasteczka z barami, restauracjami i sklepami. Wszystko czego potrzeba jest tak naprawdę na miejscu. Hotel oferuje obszerne apartamenty (około 30m2) składające się z pokoju dziennego z wyjściem na balkon, sypialni oraz łazienki. Apartament jest czysty, codziennie sprzątany, ręczniki wymieniane codziennie. Obsługa hotelowa jest fantastyczna, zawsze pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Na terenie hotelu znajdują się 3 baseny ( jeden typowy do pływania, drugi duży do ogólnej zabawy oraz brodzik dla dzieci). Baseny są bardzo czyste a teren jest codziennie czyszczony. Jeżeli chodzi o dostęp do internetu to w zasadzie można korzystać z WIFI ale tylko w obrębie recepcji. Czasami jeżeli ktoś ma szczęście i dostanie apartament blisko recepcji to jest się w stanie połączyć. Jedzenie - wyśmienite, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Dodatkową zaletą są godziny serwowania posiłków: śniadania - 7-10, obiad 13-15, podwieczorek 16-17, kolacja 19-22. Jeżeli chodzi o all inclusive to z baru można korzystać do godziny 22:30. Jeżeli komuś zależy na animacjach to niestety nie będzie zachwycony ponieważ praktycznie ich nie ma. Plaża - praktycznie pusta, miejscami piaszczysta, miejscami żwirowa. Troszkę dalej od hotelu piękna piaszczysta plaża. W obu przypadkach łagodne zejście do morza. W hotelu przebywali głównie goście z Czech, Słowacji, Szwecji i Polski. Hotel jest położony niedaleko lotniska (około 30km) więc podróż z lotniska nie jest męcząca. Jeżeli ktoś szuka atrakcji w pobliżu to nie będzie zawiedziony. Miasto Chania (według mnie najładniejsze na Krecie) - około 10km. Rejs statkiem na przepiękną plaże Balos z miasta Kissamos - około 20km od hotelu. Jakieś 200m od hotelu agencja turystyczna w której można wykupić wycieczki (plaża Balos, plaża Elafonisi, Wąwóz Samaria, Chania itp). Ogólna ocena hotelu - bardzo dobra. To były wspaniałe wakacje i w 100% mogę polecić ten hotel.

Golden beaches and lagoons of Crete — Gramvousa and Balos: the route of the expedition runs along the northern coast, to the port of Kissamos, where the cruise begins around a gorgeous bay. Lashiti — visiting the fascinating corner of eastern Crete - the Lashiti Plateau. The route of the tour runs along the northern coast to Kissamos (Kastelli) Port, where the cruise begins around the gorgeous bay. After an hour arrival in Imeri Gramvousa. This uninhabited islet with intact nature is a natural reserve for many species of birds. A swim in the bay and visit to the ruins located on a 137 metre hill of the Venetian fortress from the 16th century, providing wonderful views of Balos Bay.
