Pierwszy rower miał niesprawne hamulce, a dwa na których jeżdziliśmy jak się okazało później miało usterki: ruszające się siodełko, spadający łańcuch. Monotomne i nudne jedzenie.

Obsługa miła i pomocna, pokój posiada wszystko co niezbędne (brakowało jedynie żelazka). Do dyspozycji gości hotel oferuje : rowery, siłownię, saunę, kilka barów i basenów. Z wszystkich atrakcji nie skorzystałem.

Hotel pięknie położony,super basen ,bliskość plaży,atrakce w basenie dla dzieci,zacieniony plac zabaw, wyśmienita kuchnia,świetne animacje wprawdzie w języku niemieckim ale też i zdecydowana większość gości to Niemcy, bardzo uważny na potrzeby gości personel - wszystko to pozwoliło na super wypoczynek.Hotel całkowicie spełnił nasze oczekiwania,ale tez i usytułowanie naszego pokoju w budynku głównym oraz widok na cały obiekt i morze z pewnością do naszego zadowolenia się przyczynił.

Położenie hotelu tragedia, zero atrakcji w okolicy. Hotel stary, na pewno nie powinien mieć 5-ciu gwiazdek. Jedynie do czego nie można się doczepić to obsługa - bardzo miła i uprzejma. Ogólnie hotel dla emerytów lub rodzin z dziećmi - nie polecam osobom młodym bo się zanudzą!

Hotel położony malowniczo, mały, z dobrą obsługą w całym obiekcie. Większość gości z Niemiec i Francji. Brak klimatyzacji w holu i na korytarzach - funkcjonowała wyłącznie w pokojach i miejscach wydawania posiłków. Hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi. Cisza i spokój. Animacje tylko dla dzieci. W pobliżu hotelu małe sklepiki z podstawowymi rzeczami potrzebnymi turyście. Dla chcących wydać więcej pieniędzy dojazd do miasteczka Ierapetra autobusem (1,8 EUR) lub taksówką (14 EUR w jedną stronę). Basen do pływania i kompleks basenów dla dzieci. Plaża kamienista, duża, a woda idealnie czysta.

Jeżeli chodzi o hotel pięcio gwiazdkowy to dałabym najwyżej 3, faktycznie 80% to niemcy. Jeśli miałbym dziecko to na pewno nie zainteresowałoby się ono animacjami prowadzonymi w języku niemieckim. Tak jak my młodzi ludzie nie miliśmy co robić poza piciem drinków w hotelowym barze - żadnej dyskoteki obok. W hotelu była jedna, czynna 3 razy w tygodniu od 23 do 2 ale ludzi, którzy się tam bawili można było policzyć na jednej ręce. Wspominając o obsłudze hotelowej - z panią w recepcji miliśmy z mężem problem przy każdej mozliwej okazji. Pokój z lodówką z 1987 roku, z wanny odpadała emalia, a klimatyzacja działała przez pierwsze 10 minut. Plusami hotelu na pewno jest położenie i bardzo dobre jedzenie, jest ono serwowane cały czas także o każdej porze można zjeść coś dobrego. Atrakcją dla dzieciaków mogą być ryby pływające blisko brzegu i brodziki ze zjeżdżalniami.

Hotel fajny ale niestety na odludziu. Dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi ok, z jednej strony piękna plaża z drugiej baseny, plac zabaw. Infrastruktura hotelu bardzo dobra ale siłownia na zewnątrz w godnym pożałowania stanie. Wyżywienie dobre i bardzo duży wybór. Minusem ogromnym jest całkowity brak dostępu do internetu w pokojach a w lobby bardzo słaby (cały czas zrywa połączenie). Fajnie, dużo słońca, piękna plaża i przecudne czyściutkie morze. Uwaga tylko na wiatry urywające głowę, ja miałam dużo szczęścia, ponieważ następnego dnia po przylocie wiatr ucichł, ale zanim to nastąpiło to narobił niezłych szkód.

Minus za b.słabej jakości napoje w drink barach (wszystkie), brak przekąsek w porze wieczornej, brak atrakcji poza hotelem, duża odległość od lotniska, występujący okresowo (2 dni / na 8 dni pobytu w lipcu) bardzo silny wiatr uniemożliwiający pobyt na plaży z uwagi na niebezpieczeństwo uderzenia porwanym przedmiotem np. leżakiem. Ogólnie wakacje uważam za udane - jedynie cena wydaje się lekko przeszacowana dla rodziny 2+2 (lipiec).
