Fantastyczny obiekt pod każdym względem. Pokoje hotelowe przestronne, komfortowo urządzone, niezwykle czyste, z dużym tarasem oraz ładnym widokiem niezależnie od lokalizacji. Wspaniałe baseny hotelowe zarówno dla dorosłych jak i dzieci, rozmieszczone w różnych częściach obiektu, dzięki czemu pomimo rozmiarów hotelu nie można było odczuć natłoku. Mimo pełnego obłożenia każdy gość swobodnie mógł znaleźć wolny leżak, czy to na plaży czy przy wybranym basenie. Plaża mała, raczej żwirowa aniżeli piaskowa i niezbyt urodziwa za to z ładnym widokiem. Podczas naszego pobytu (lipiec 2015) przez cały tydzień wiał bardzo silny wiatr, przez co morze było zimne i trudno było o kąpiel. Restauracja wspaniała, jedzenie najwyższej klasy, bardzo szeroki wybór urozmaiconych potraw, szczególnie polecam osobom z alergiami pokarmowymi - sporo naturalnych produktów, poza tym wszystkie produkty opisane w zakresie alergenów. Obsługa restauracyjna bardzo uprzejma i niezwykle sprawna. Obiekt bardzo godny polecenia każdemu szukającemu wypoczynku w komfortowych warunkach.

Polecamy pokój z prywatnym basenem - bardzo komfortowe, nie trzeba chodzić na ogólnodostępne baseny, można przyjemnie spędzać czas u siebie na tarasie. Opcja all inclusive jest najbardziej opłacalna, poza tą opcją drinki i napoje wychodzą dość drogo (np. drink ok. 5-7,5 euro). Obsługa bardzo przyjazna, pokój sprzątany codziennie wraz z wymianą ręczników i uzupełnieniem minibaru. Warto wypożyczyć samochód i samemu objechać całą wyspę. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Jedynym minusem jest plaża - mała, wąska i kamienista.

Hotel posiada atrakcyjną lokalizację na wyspie Kos. Wszędzie jest bardzo blisko, przejazd do najbliższych miejscowości autobusem to niewielki koszt i zaledwie kilka minut drogi. Znajduje się w odpowiedniej odległości od drogi, która nie zakłóca odpoczynku. Z części basenowej rozpościera się przepiękny widok na Morze Egejskie. Obsługa hotelowa dyskretna i pomocna. Wśród animatorów w bieżącym sezonie w obsłudze mini klubu jest Polka i Rumun , który świetnie zna język polski. Nawet małe dzieci nie mają w związku z tym kłoptów z komunikacją. Przestronne , nowoczesne lobby umożliwia wieczorem odpoczynek na wygodnych kanapach i podziwanie zawbnych animacji. Degustacja posiłków możliwa w pomiesczeniach hotelu i na zewnątrz budynku. Minusem jest , że w ramach restauracji a la carte nie ma menu dla dzieci, w czasie korzystania z restauracji trzeba z nimi wychodzić do odrębnej sali na tzw. szwedzki stół. Nadto restaurację trzeba zamawiać zaraz po przyjeździe, gdyż jest tak obłożona , że trzeba czekać ok. 4 dni na miejsce. Jeśli ktoś jest na 7 dni, to może mu zabraknąć możliwości skorzytsania z tej oferty , jeśli zgłosi się przed końcem wyjazdu. Mini klub dobrze zlokalizowany , łatwo dostępny , nie trzeba krążyć po całym obiekcie by go znaleźć. Nie ma problemu z dostępnością leżaków na basenach, ale nad morzem ( na plaży) jest ich zdecydowanie za mało. Pokoje bardzo czyste, obsługa zmienia ręczniki codziennie. Nie potrzeba też zabierać ze sobą szamponów mydeł itp. - uzupełniane na bieżąco i dobrej jakości. Pościel zmieniana jest codziennie. Pokoje rodzinne w części ,w której jest strefa sypialni dla dzieci mogłyby być trochę atrakcyjniejsze ( tylko dwa łóżka i ława), choćby jakiś wesoły obrazek .

Hotel nowoczesny, elegancki i przede wszystkim bardzo zadbany. Czysty, ze sprawną infrastrukturą, wypielęgnowaną roślinnością. Dyskretna obsługa codziennie dbała o komfort gości. A Pani Manager dopieszczała każdy szczegół. Codziennie była w hotelu, w mig naprawiała każde niedociągnięcie - czy to awaria fontanny w brodziku dla dzieci, uszczerbiona płytka chodnikowa czy krzywo postawiona donica. Perfekcja w każdym calu. Pokój duży, funkcjonalny, elegancko i klasycznie urządzony. Sprzątany codziennie, w dosłownym tego słowa znaczeniu, a nie tylko przejechany przysłowiową szmatą. Taras przy pokoju również czysty, rośliny wypielęgnowane, trawa przycięta. O brak owadów, zarówno latających jaki pełzająco-biegających dbała codziennie obsługa ogrodu. Kuchnia fantastyczna. Zarówno pod względem różnorodności, jak i smaku. Codziennie było coś nowego, a ponadto urządzano wieczory tematyczne. Była więc kuchnia typowo grecka albo z konkretnego zakątka Świata. A smak - wyborny. Powrót z dodatkowymi kilogramami z wakacji niestety gwarantowany. Szef kuchni każdorazowo zbiera od gości owacje na stojąco. Obsługa hotelowa w zasadzie bez zarzutu. Szybka, sprawna, miła, pomocna. szef restauracji - rewelacyjny człowiek. Mimo tego, że goście są z różnych krajów z każdym znalazł sposób na komunikację, zapamiętywał imiona dzieci, pomagał, dbał o każdego gościa, nikogo nie faworyzował. Pani Manager to chodząca perfekcja. mały minus za obsługę lodówki w pokoju i brak uzupełniania wody. Zespól animacyjny bardzo fajnie umilał czas. Nie był przy tym nachalny czy monotematyczny. Duża w tym zasługa szefa animacji, który swoim sposobem bycia i zajęciami przy basenie wywoływał automatyczny uśmiech na twarzy. Warto było poświęcić czas na wieczorne animacje dla dorosłych - ciekawe, z humorem, bez sztampy, przyciągały sporo gości. W ciągu dnia fajnie prowadzone zabawy (Gill) i zajęcia z dziećmi (Kasia :)). Dużo energii animatorzy poświęcali na zabawę z dziećmi w Mini Clubie i na Mini Disco. Duży plus za codziennie nowy program przez dwa tygodnie. Niedaleko hotelu jest przystanek autobusowy, z którego można dostać się do centrum Kos. Warto, bo miasteczko jest pełne lokalnych tawern i sklepików. Czuć w nim urok nadmorskiego kurortu i smak wakacji. Plaża przy hotelu jest piaszczysto-kamienista. Czysta i zadbana, choć w I połowie czerwca w odzie jest pełno glonów i trudno skorzystać z uroków morza.
