Hotel bardzo dobrze połozony, ale 'trąci myszką'. Duzo zieleni egzotycznej.Mankementek jest wymiana ręczników na plaże ,a właściwie to nie ma mozliwości - chyba ,że wyjeżdża się na wycieczkę.

Pokoje rzeczywiście duże, ale dla gości Itaki przeznaczono chyba najgorsze i pod względem położenia i jakości - pokoje są ciemne, zagrzybione, farba odpada ze ścian, ściany są wilgotne, co powodowało u nas coś w rodzaju alergii (katar, kichanie - mijały po jakimś czasie po opuszczeniu pokoju). Obsługa pokoju kiepska: a to zapomnieli o ręcznikach, a to o papierze toaletowym, a ponieważ w naszym pokoju nie było telefonu, więc trzeba było reagować bezpośrednio i biegać do oddalonej recepcji. Pani rezydentka co prawda twierdziła, że mogliśmy poprosić ją o zamianę, ale zrobiłam to sama w recepcji i dowiedziałam się, że to niemożliwe, bo wszystkie pokoje mają zajęte. I choć wtedy nic na to nie wskazywało to weekend pokazał, że może jednak mówili prawdę - do hotelu zjechały tabuny Hindusów z całymi wielopokoleniowymi rodzinami i to była masakra: żadne reguły już nie obowiązywały - można było płukać się po zejściu z plaży w basenie, kapać się w ubraniu (niby rozumiem - religia, ale co mnie to obchodzi, ja też jestem gościem), pić drinki lub inne napoje w basenie (było potem kilka stłuczonych szklanek), że nie wspomnę o możliwości znalezienia wolnego stolika w czasie posiłków i jakości obsługi w tym czasie. Pobyt trwa 6 i pół dnia (a nie 9 jak podano w ofercie) i szkoda było czasu na jakieś zamiany pokoi. Plaża kiepska ze względu na wpływająca rzekę, która nanosi brudny piasek i powoduje, że woda jest mętna. Chyba lepiej zapłacić trochę więcej i skorzystać z innego hotelu.

A visit to Chinatown, which fascinates with its smells, atmosphere and shops. After lunch, drive north to the Pamplemouses garden, one of the most famous gardens in the world. Then drive to Grand Baie - a paradise for enthusiasts of shopping and entertainment, here islanders spend their nights in famous bars and restaurants. THE AUTHENTIC SOUTH - a trip to the interior of the island full of beautiful views and to Trou Aux Cerfs - a dormant volcano. Exploring Floreal - the suburban town of Curepipe, one of the most important cities of the island in terms of population and size of trade, here you can encounter a large variety of local products. Then drive to one of the Hindu temples. Every year during the Maha Shiveratee festival, it is visited by pilgrims from all over the island. Day trip Price – approx. 65 EUR.
