Hotel na wysokim poziomie, obsługa stara sie spełnić wszystkie oczekiwania, jest przemiła i chętnie nawiązuje kontakt. Byliśmy zaproszeni na gotowanie z szefem kuchni, mieliśmy kąpiel z bąbelkami i szampana. Po śniadaniu barista przygotowuje kawę, na miejscu robią pyszne lody. Trudno sie tu nudzić, można grać w tenisa, golfa, snorkować, niezapomniany pobyt i wspaniali ludzie!. Mauritius jes świetnym miejscem na wypoczynek ze względu na małą różnicę czasową, idealną pogodę. Jest to miejsce bezpieczne, chociaż droższe poza hotelem niż kraje azjatyckie-np. Tajlandia. Przelot nocą nie był męczący, nie było żadnych negatywnych momentów! Wakacje fantastyczne, polecam!

Jednak wykupienie grupowego biletu w liniach Emirates oraz kompletny brak (już po raz drugi mimo uwag) możliwości rezerwacji miejsca z osobą towarzyszącą to ogromny minus dla Państwa organizacji. 12 godzin podrózy osobno dla wielu osób to jest argument na ocenę 1 dla mnie.

Wspaniały hotel pięknie wkomponowany w krajobraz wyspy. Niska zabudowa, oryginalnie urządzone pokoje i widok na ocean z każdego balkonu tworzą niepowtarzalny klimat. Hotel posiada własną lagunę z miałkim jasnym piaskiem. Woda w lagunie jest ciepła i bez fal. Przy plaży jest możliwość wypożyczenia kajaków, desek windsurfingowych i rowerów wodnych za darmo. Są też darmowe kursy jazdy na nartach wodnych. Cudowna obsługa, która każdego gościa traktuje naprawdę wyjątkowo. Świetne jedzenie zarówno w restauracji głównej jak i w pozostałych barach/kafejkach hotelowych, potrawy kuchni miejscowej i orientalnej. Duży wybór potraw wegetariańskich. Zdecydowanie polecamy opcję all inclusive.

Kilka budynków ładnie położonych w pięknym i pielęgnowanym ogrodzie, ale klienci Itaki dostali pokoje w najdalej położonych od recepcji i restauracji. Możliwość skorzystania z wszelkiego rodzaju sprzętu pływającego, jak również z codziennych rejsów łodzią na rafę na snurkowanie (niestety, tylko godzinne). Mankamentem była mętna woda w tej okolicy! Wieczorami nuda - poza zespołem grającym po kolacji w barze,brak innych rozrywek.Brak promenady lub innego miejsca do dłuższych spacerów. Daleko do innych miejscowości. Na brak animacji dziennych nie narzekamy - nie potrzebujemy ich. Miła i życzliwa obsługa. Dziwiło niezwracanie uwagi na wieczorny dress kod w restauracji.

Komary w pokoju, zatkana umywalka, trzeszczące łóżko, zapach wody w zatoce - pachnący bagnem. Najbardziej uprzykrzająca pobyt czynność - konieczność każdorazowego podpisywania rachunków nawet na butelkę wody w opcji all inclusive i pilnowanie by kelner nie posunął do podpisu innej sumy niż wyzerowana a niestety tak się zdarzyło. Poza tym koczowanie w oczekiwaniu na wyjazd z hotelu na lotnisko na szczęście dla posiadających 'kasę' można było dokupić przedłużenie ale wcale nie mało. Irytująca i denerwująca na koniec sprawa podsunięcia rachunku na niewielką sumę opłaty klimatycznej w sytuacji zapewnienia biura Itaka o braku innych opłat.

Hotel piękny, duże przestronne pokoje z otwartą łazienką, która składa się z kabiny prysznicowej, dwóch umywalek (nad nimi duże lustra) i ze stylowej wanny. Toaleta stanowi osobne pomieszczenie. Codziennie uzupełniane kosmetyki - szampon, odżywka do włosów, balsam do ciała, żel pod prysznic, mydło. Ogromne łóżko, duży plazmowy telewizor oraz codziennie bezpłatnie uzupełniany barek - cola, lokalne piwko (bardzo dobre), soki w kartoniku (super na podróż powrotną). Płatne jedynie przekąski typu krakersy, orzeszki. Zadbany ogród, prześliczne kwiaty (którymi dekorowane są często łóżka) kolorowe różnorodne ptaki... plaża codziennie grabiona (tak więc widok cudny)... jedyne rozczarowanie Ocean - hotel położony w tzw. 'zatoczce' tak więc dużo wodorostów, rybek i zdarzają się jeżowce... oferowane są sporty wodne - bezpłatnie. Muszę przyznać super, narty wodne, kajaki, rowerki, można też wybrać się w krótki rejs łodzią ze szklanym dnem. Polecam. Jedzenie wyśmienite; w menu od przystawek poprzez zupy, dania główne i desery - pyszności. Sałatka z krewetek, z serca palmy, steki z wołowiny, grillowane ryby, zupa rybna, pizza. Z deserów - m. in. panna cotta, tiramisu, lody. Soki tylko świeżo wyciskane z owoców, (również do drinków), rewelacyjne koktajle i kawa (mrożona, parzona z ziaren m. in. pochodzącymi z Etiopii). Pokoje również wyposażone w zestaw do kawy, herbaty, codziennie dokładane są świeże saszetki z mieszanką mielonych ziaren kawy i herbaty pochodzącej z Mauritiusa. Drinki - co tylko chcecie 5 rodzajów mohito z lokalnego rumu i owoców, np. pasji. Koktajle z mleczkiem kokosowym, krwawa mery, cola z rumem lub whisky ... i wiele innych pięknie podanych. Dyskoteki, wieczorne animacje także na plaży. Ogólnie super wakacje... ach marzę żeby tam wrócić...

THE TOURIST NORTH - the tour starts with sightseeing in the capital of Mauritius and its only port, with surprising diversity, a visit to the local bazaar with exotic fruits and vegetables. A visit to Chinatown, which fascinates with its smells, atmosphere and shops. After lunch, drive north to the Pamplemouses garden, one of the most famous gardens in the world. Then drive to Grand Baie - a paradise for enthusiasts of shopping and entertainment, here islanders spend their nights in famous bars and restaurants. Day trip Price – approx. 60 EUR (includes entrance tickets).
THE AUTHENTIC SOUTH - a trip to the interior of the island full of beautiful views and to Trou Aux Cerfs - a dormant volcano. Exploring Floreal - the suburban town of Curepipe, one of the most important cities of the island in terms of population and size of trade, here you can encounter a large variety of local products. Then drive to one of the Hindu temples. Every year during the Maha Shiveratee festival, it is visited by pilgrims from all over the island. Day trip Price – approx. 65 EUR.
CASELA - nature and entertainment park, 14-ha garden, where rare species of birds and mammals live. Here you can see lions, cheetahs, and also you can try trekking on the so-called Nepalese bridges or hanging rope bridges. Day trip Price – approx. 148 EUR (rope bridges additionally payable).
