Dość duży wybór alkoholi i drinków w opcji all. 1 basen zewnętrzny ze słoną wodą. 1 basen wewnętrzny ze słodką wodą, ale nie korzystałam z niego. Plaża malutka, z glonami. Z leżakami na plaży nie było problemów. Leżaki przy basenie zajmowana już o 5 rano. Mieliśmy pokój rodzinny, był duży i nowoczesny. Klima bardzo dobrze działała.

Hotel odpowiada ilości gwiazdek z drobnymi mankamentami typu : zamiast wykładziny w korytarzach mogłyby być płytki, wymiany domagają się niektóre kanapy w lobby, w szczycie sezonu trudno o leżak przy samym basenie ale poza nim bez problemu na trawie pod palmami, czy na plaży która jest kilka kroków dalej. Basen super duży, czysty, przestrzenny. Pokoje czyste, codziennie wymieniane ręczniki , klimatyzacja ok. Super sprawą jest przebywanie w morzu na leżaku, woda czysta i cieplutka, serwowane są napoje i owoce w wodzie. Obsługa na plaży, animacje ok. Jedzenia duży wybór dla mnie było b. smacznie. Obiady i kolacje super, bardziej monotonne śniadania ale zawsze można sobie coś wybrać, desery rewelacyjne :-)). Brak atrakcji w pobliżu hotelu trzeba dojechać do Monastyru lub Sousse . Polecam hotel ludziom o rozsądnych oczekiwaniach co do wypoczynku i kraju do którego się jedzie nie wszędzie jest wszystko co się marzy. Ocena jakości w stosunku do ceny wynika z przemyślanego wyboru oferty biura ceny znacznie się różnią i bywają mocno zawyżone. Nasza oferta była rozsądna i wróciliśmy zadowoleni.

Niestety hotel bardzo rozczarowuje. Zostaliśmy zakwaterowani na parterze, w pokoju było ciemno i wilgotno. Drzwi balkonowe się nie domykały a tarasik pokryty był pajęczynami. Była godzina 18:00, a pokój nadal był nie posprzątany po poprzednich lokatorach. Zgłosiliśmy nasze uwagi w recepcji, na co Pan zaproponował nam oddanie naszych okularów Ray Ban w zamian za pokój na 1 piętrze,w końcu stanęło na 70 EUR dopłaty. Wrażenia dotyczące hotelu: ogromne rozbieżności pomiędzy ofertą, a rzeczywistością. Meble zniszczone, ściany popękane, meble w pokojach brudne, wanna żółta z brudu, z ubikacji ciekła woda. Czasem doniesiono czyste ręczniki, a czasem trzeba było się o nie upominać i czekać 2 H aż ktoś doniesie do pokoju. Szkło + plastikowe kubki wielorazowego użytku niejednokrotnie brudne, nie umyte po poprzedniej osobie. I chyba najgorsza sprawa- rezerwowanie leżaków o 5 rano, ponieważ leżaków przy basenie było za mało, co jest totalnym absurdem. Stołówka wolno sprzątana, stoliki brudne, brak sztućców, trzeba było szukać po innych stolikach. Jedzenie nieurozmaicone, wielokrotnie przerabiane- z resztek robione sałatki, pizze, gulasze. Wszystko przyprawiane w ten sam sposób, nie można było odróżnić czy je sie rybę, czy kurczaka, czy wołowinę. Desery sztuczne, słodkie. Obsługa wiecznie wyciąga ręce po napiwki, czy to w barze, czy na stołówce, czy przy basenie. Animacje codziennie te same: aerobik plus piłka wodna, ale nie oceniam ich ani dobrze ani źle, ponieważ nie zależało mi na animacjach. W ofercie wycieczki była kolacja w restauracji raz w ciągu pobytu, tylko niestety w ciągu naszego tygodnia pobytu wszystkie miejsca były już zarezerwowane, więc nie mogliśmy skorzystać.

Przez okres 15 dni nie mogliśmy chociaż raz ponarzekać na monotonność posiłków(krewetki, ośmiornice sardynki, tuńczyk-a jak za dużo ryb to nawet pajda ze smalcem wieprzowym) wszystko przygotowane z niezwykłą starannością, zawsze świeże. Woda mineralna, poncze, świeże soki, lody, alkohole, kawa, czekolada wszystko pod dostatkiem i to wysokiej jakości. Obsługa hotelowa zawsze uśmiechnięta, pomocna, starają się jak tylko mogą żeby goście byli zadowoleni. Plaża sprzątana codziennie! 75% gości to Francuzi, dużo Anglików, Niemców (garstka Rosjan!!!). Hotel GODNY polecenia!

A wracając do hotelu to wnętrze zadbane ciągle ktoś krząta się ze ściereczką. Animatorzy super, kelnerzy zawsze uśmiechnięci i mili. Polecam każdemu ten hotel w 100 %.

Hotel sam w sobie jest w porządku. Czysty, schludny , nowocześnie urządzony. Jedzenie rewelacyjne. Najlepsze z całego pobytu. Wiiele do życzenia dają napoje serwowane przez hotel i obsługa nastawiona na łapówki, bo napiwkami ciężko to nazwać.Podczas wcześniejszych podróży nie spotkałam się nigdy z czymś takim, że muszę zapłacić napiwek, by być należycie obsłużoną przez kelnera w restauracji czy przy barze bądź panią sprzątaczkę , która należycie posprzątała pokój dopiero po zostawieniu jej napiwku na łóżku w pokoju.Raz, dwa dni przed wyjazdem miała miejsce sytuacja niewymienienia nawet ręczników na świeże. Moim zdaniem jak na cztery gwiazdki jest to niedopuszczalne ! Z tego co mi się wydaje napiwki płaci się z wdzięczności , za dobrą obsł€gę, a nie za to , żeby być dobrze w ogóle traktowanym.. Wydaje mi się, że jeżeli płacę za pobyt w 4gwiazdkowym hotelu to należy mi się to w standardzie, szczególnie room service. Jedynie recepcjonści i kucharze spisywali się na medal. Mimo to ze względu na ustytuowanie i rewelacyjne jedzenie polecam hotel!

Pobyt bardzo nam się podobał. Ciekawe animacje dla dzieci,zachęcam. Obsługa hotelowa uprzejma, dużo osób mówi po Polsku. posiłki i desery bardzo dobre. Na pewno wrócę do tego hotelu. W sklepiku hotelowym organizują ciekawa wycieczkę, gdzie jeździliśmy na wielbłądach i osiołku.

Obsługa dużo lepsza niż standard hotelu. Na każdym kroku widać niedociągnięcia i mimo bieżących starań nie da się ich wyrugować. Brudne meble w lobby, poplamione wykładziny w korytarzach, zapchane pisuary, brudne wiecznie opalcowane szklane 'poręcze' itp. Najgorsza sprawa to niewystarczająca ilość parasoli i leżaków. Zajmowanie miejsc przed 7 rano na wczasach to jakieś nieporozumienie. Lodówka i klimatyzacja w pokoju po prostu jest ale to nie znaczy że wydolnie działa. Totalnym nieporozumieniem jest wydanie tylko jednej karty do drzwi niezależnie od ilości przebywających w pokoju osób- porażka

Wycieczki dostępne na miejscu

Sahara Explorer (2 days) — Day 1: visting El Jem with a beautifully preserved Roman amphitheatre, famous for its annual jazz concerts. Then transfer to Matmata of an astonishing lunar landscape. In the houses forged in rocks live the descendants of the Berbers - a visit to one of them. In the afternoon, transfer to Douz - "the gateway to Sahara". Optional camel ride over the dunes of the Sahara. Day 2: an exciting jeep expedition. Passage over the largest salt lake in Tunisia - Chott el Jerid to the desert oasis of Touzer and oases located in the Atlas Mountains: Chebika and Tamerza. On the return trip to the north, visiting the holy city in Tunisia - Kairouan, with the largest mosque of northern Africa - The Great Mosque of Sidi Okba. Two-day trip. Pirate ship cruise — for enthusiasts of good fun! Cruise on a wooden pirate ship along the coast with the possibility of swimming and observing dolphins (if weather permits). Tunis - Carthage — Sidi Bou Said - exploring the centre of Tunis: a stroll along the narrow streets of the medina with the characteristic architecture of the old city and local shops. Travel to Carthage - presently the suburb of Tunis, where there is the president's residence and villas owned by Tunisian elites, and in the antiquity - the centre of the Phoenician empire. Visiting the remains of the huge complex Baths of Antonius, located by the sea and Byrsa Museum with a collection of unique works of art. Transfer to Sidi Bou Said, situated on a hill, a town of artists, which captivates with its white-blue houses that run along the cobbled streets. Kairouan -El Jem - Mahdia - Monastir — departure in the morning to Kairouan. Visiting the Holy City: Aghlabite pools, Sidi Ukby Mosque included on the UNESCO list, the Berber Mausoleum and the carpet factory. Then a visit to El Jem and one of the largest Roman amphitheaters in the world, which could accommodate approx. 35 thousand people. Lunch and drive to Mahdia with a small medina and an ancient port. Hammamet - Nabeul — transfer to Nabeul, famous for its ceramics. A city with an interesting history, founded in the 5th century BC by the Greeks as a commercial port. A visit to the pottery and ceramics factory. Free time for a stroll and shopping by a boardwalk and the local bazaar. Then a drive to Hammamet, visiting the Medina from the 15th century, free time. Return to hotels. Price - 23 EUR, children up to 12 y.o. - 11.5 EUR (includes lunch, without drinks).

Folklore evening - Park Al Zahra — departure to Kalâa Kebira and Park Al Zahra. A trip to on open-air museum, a visit to a typical Tunisian house, tasting of olive oil and traditionally baked bread. Later watching an artistic performance with live music and dinner with Tunisian couscous, starters, salads and drinks, including local wine. At the end, a fantastic multimedia show presenting 3000 years of Tunisian history - from Ancient Carthage to the present day. Return to the hotel in the evening. Price: approx. 39 EUR/person. (dinner and drinks included)

Cap Bon and Bou argoub — a trip to the most interesting places of the beautifully situated Cap Bon Peninsula. Departure in the morning to Hammamet. Walk along the charming promenade and a visit to medina. A trip to Nabeul, a city with an interesting history, founded in the 5th century BC by the Greeks as a commercial port. Visiting the pottery and ceramics factory, the production of which the city is famous for. The next stop is Kerkouane with ancient Phoenician ruins from the 6th century BC, inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Then lunch in a restaurant in El Haouaria and a visit to the ancient Roman quarries. The last stop is the Baccus vineyards in Bou Argoub, where you can taste the local wines. Return to hotel. Price: approx. 40 EUR/person. (Includes lunch).

Friguia Park — visit to Friguia Park, one of the largest zoos in North Africa. On an area of about 36 hectares, more than 56 species of animals live, including giraffes, monkeys, ostriches, leopards, lions, servals and pink flamingos. The attraction are also seal shows and the possibility of feeding animals (for extra fee). Friguia Park is a perfect place to spend free time among animals and beautiful nature. Half-day trip. Price: approx. 23 EUR/person.

Berber day — a trip to Sidi Bou Ali and a visit to an ostrich farm. Opportunity to see many typical local pets, take part in preparation and baking of local bread and tasting of olives and olive oil. Then take a ride to Takrouna - a Berber village on a hill with a view of the coast. Then, the programme includes Zaghouan and Nymphaeum - Water Temple. In Roman times, Zaghouan was an important urban center, providing water supplies from local sources to Carthage. A trip to Sidi Jedidi. Time for dinner and a visit to a traditional Turkish bath with hammam ritual. Then a visit to Hergla - a small town on a cliff with a panoramic view of the harbor and the Gulf of Hammamet. Hergla is also known for architecture characteristic for the region and white houses. Return to hotel. Price: approx. 37 EUR/person. (Includes lunch).

 

Local excursions are organized by local travel agencies under the conditions fixed by them. It's possible to disorganize trips due to low number of applicants.
