Arrival and transfer to the hotel
At the airport of your destination country, an ITAKA representative will be waiting for you. After greeting you, they will point you to the booked transfer (bus, shuttle or car), which will take you to the hotel where you will spend your vacations. Waiting time for the transfer can be up to approx. 1 hour. The transfer takes tourists to a max. of 5 hotels. When you arrive, the driver tells you the name of the hotel and helps you unload your baggage. Information about the hotel-airport return transfer is available in the ITAKA application, it will also be sent via SMS or e-mail.

Hotel categorization: in Thailand there is no official standardization of hotels; to facilitate orientation as to the class of the hotel, we have marked the hotels with stars, which are a result of our assessment.
Local trips: organized by local tourist agencies on terms specified by them. The price of the trip depends on the hotel location. There is a possibility that, if there is not enough participants, a trip may be canceled.
Hotel deposit: required upon check-in (payable in cash or blocked on a credit card) to cover possible expenses in the hotel.
