Hotel przyjemny, bardzo czysty. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i miła, część mówi także po polsku. Śniadania powtarzalna i na dłuższą metę męczące, ale nadrabiają obiadami różnorodne i bardzo smaczne. Każdy znajdzie w nich coś dla siebie. Animacji było sporo tak jak wieczornych występów, które bardzo się powtrarzały. Otoczenie niestety baqrdzo hałaśliwe i często ciężko było się wyspać. Okolica kurortowa, tuż przy promenadzie, bardzo dużo sklepów, restauracji, pubów i dyskotek. Położenie równo w połowie drogi między stacjami kolejki dojazdowej do Barcelony ok 1,2km w każdą ze stron.

Pokoje niedokładnie sprzątane - w zasadzie sprzątanie ogranicza się do wymiany ręczników i zaścielenia łóżka. Restauracja hotelowa to beznadziejna stołówka prawie w podziemiu z jedynym oknem wychodzącym na hotelowy basen. Śniadania: dwa rodzaje jakiejś dziwnej mielonki, żółty ser (obrzydliwy) i jajka gotowane. CODZIENNIE!!! (O, przepraszam, raz były sadzone). Jak miałam szczęście to załapałam się na półzielonego pomidora. Aby wejść rano na stołówkę trzeba było odstać w kolejce jakieś 10-15 min. bo nie było miejsca. Generalnie przez pierwsze 2-3 dni jedzenie było BEZNADZIEJNE...mały wybór i niesmacznie. Kolacje trochę lepsze - dokładnie to co na obiad + jakieś 2-3 lepsze potrawy. Trochę się polepszyło po 3-4 dniach. Nie mam pojęcia z czego to wynikało, pewnie goście się skarżyli. Deserów praktycznie ZERO (prawie codziennie jakiś jogurt mrożony w plastikowych kubkach). Owoce ciągle te same: śliwki, kiwi. Raz, jedyny raz był arbuz!!!! Rzeczywiście rewelacja, zwłaszcza, że było się w Hiszpanii!!!! Nawet w Polsce arbuzy są tanie jak barszcz - a tu w Hiszpanii, w środku lata podają arbuza - co za niespodzianka!!! który zresztą znikł po kilku minutach. Miałam wykupiony All Inclusive z tajemniczym dopiskiem Soft. Dowiedziałam się w biurze ITAKI, że oznacza to, że napoje i wino do obiadu i do kolacji wliczone są w cenę. W rzeczywistości oznaczało to, że musiałam za każdym razem tłumaczyć kelnerowi, aby nie kasował mi za napoje bo mam już zapłacone. I wcale nie napoje I wino, tylko ALBO wodę ALBO wino. Skończyło się to tak, że kelner wyciągał butelkę wina z moim numerem pokoju, nalewał mi lampkę wina i resztę chował do lodówki. ŻENUJĄCE !!! Hotel w rzeczywistości nie ma pojęcia co to jest usługa ALL INCLUSIVE, a za tę usługę dopłaciłam (jeśli dobrze pamiętam) ok. 500 złotych. Czyli, reasumując, za tę reglamentowaną butelkę wina zapłaciłam właśnie te 500 zł. W obrębie hotelu w zasadzie nie było miejsca gdzie można by spokojnie posiedzieć, gdyż wszystkie stoliki były obsługiwane przez kelnerów hotelowych, którzy średnio co 30 sekund przychodzili i pytali co podać (oczywiście nie muszę dodawać, że nie w ramach All Inclusive).

Hotel położony w dobrym miejscu, świetne połączenie z Barceloną, czysta i duża, niezatłoczona plaża blisko hotelu, miła i nienatarczywa obsługa. Pokoje skromne i czyste, dla niewymagających luksusu klientów. Minusem było kiepskie wyżywienie: monotonne i nie zawsze dobre (było go jednak dość dużo, również owoców i deserów).Szkoda że przy hotelu nie ma brodzika dla mniejszych dzieci, a plac zabaw jest przy wentylacji z kuchni-zapachy :(

Wyżywienie średnie, na śniadanie musieliśmy czekać, bo za mało było stolików. Ustawiała się duża kolejka. W hotelu tylko dwie stare windy, długo się na nie czeka.
