Hotel jest ok, chociaż jego stan czystości pozostawia trochę do życzenia (i nie chodzi mi tutaj o pokoje bo codziennie są sprzątane)... szyby na tarasie na ostatnim piętrze przez które powinno widać widoki są bardzo brudne, podobnie jak leżaki które są do dyspozycji gości czy winda...Śmieszne jest także to, że drinki podawane są w kubkach plastikowych. Poza tym personel bardzo miły i pomocny, jedzenie przepyszne.

Polecam szczególnie dla osób które lubią bliskość miasta, w pobliżu bardzo dużo restauracji, kawiarni, plaża praktycznie Ok 300 metrów od hotelu, piaszczysta, we wrześniu niezbyt zatłoczona. bardzo dużo sklepów, przez to praktycznie nie wykorzystaliśmy allinclusive |) pokój klimatyzowany, odnowiony, codziennie sprzątany także wypoczynek w tym hotelu uznaje za udany |) obiady mało urozmaicone natomiast hotel nadrabia śniadaniami które są bardzo dobre. Okolica hotelu spokojna choć jest w centrum miasta |) praktycznie nie było sie do czego doczepić ale tez nie szukaliśmy minusów gdyż byliśmy na wakacjach i poprostu odpoczywaliśmy i cieszyliśmy sie słoneczna Majorka |) pozdrawiamy i polecamy !!!!. Typowy hiszpański hotel, niedaleko głównego deptaka. Po remoncie pokoje są w porządku, czysta łazienka ale niestety ciągle te same śniadania i powtarzające się obiady, mnie to nie przeszkadzało ale mąż chociaż od czasu do czasu chciał zjeść jakieś mięso, którego niestety na obiadach i kolacjach brakowało a w większości królowały makarony z sosami- wydaje mi się że trochę 'po taniości '. Każdy jednak znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pokoje są codziennie sprzątane, wymieniane ręczniki. Basen miniaturowy, drugi jeszcze mniejszy na dachu. Widok na morze ograniczony pomimo pokoju 816 na najwyższym poziomie. Pani poleciła nam poinformować że to nasza podróż poślubna, niestety nie dostaliśmy żadnego gratisu ( znajomi w innym hotelu mieli ekstra pokój, owoce, szampana i kilka fajnych bonusów w takiej samej cenie, którą płaciliśmy) W większości w hotelu niemcy- bardzo głości, kilka par polaków i anglicy, Dużym plusem jest że był blisko plaży - chociaż prowadzil przez dość brudną i zaśmieconą ulicę - to akurat nie jest wina hotelu. Miejscowość ładna, chciaż woda nie zawsze idealnie czysta. Długi deptak, dużo atrakcji, dużo głośnych niemców. Urokliwie ale nie powalająco. Ogólnie oceniam wakacje na średnie.

Hotel w zasadzie w porządku, jednak nie po całkowitym remoncie jak napisano w katalogu, lecz po częściowym 'odświeżeniu' pokoi i holu. Jedzenie w hotelu rewelacyjne, bez zarzutu połączenie typowej kuchni europejskiej z hiszpańską. Ogólnie ocena pozytywna, choć położenie hotelu w niezbyt ciekawej dzielnicy El Arenal. Oczekiwania zostały jednak spełnione. Cudowna wyspa, El Arenal doskonale położone jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania stolicy wyspy i innych rejonów. Dobra organizacja ze strony Itaki.

Doskonała lokalizacja, w bezpośrednim położeniu plaży i głównego deptaka. Ma się wrażenie, że wszędzie jest blisko. Bezpośrednie połączenie ze stolicą wyspy Palmą de Mallorca, z Can Pastillą czy Palma Aquarium. Miejsce otoczone wieloma clubami i barami co sprawia, że życie nocne nie zamiera tam ani na chwile. Świetnie również nadaje się jako baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie dalszych zakątków tej pięknej wyspy. Apartamenty przestronne, wygodne, ale bez zbędnego przepychu i nadęcia. Obsługa kompetentna, dyskretna i życzliwa, składająca się min. z Polaków. Miejsce naprawdę warte polecenia :).

Hotel przystosowany dla młodzieży europejskiej, zwłaszcza pragnącej zabawić się nie tylko poza hotelem, ale i w samym hotelu (zwłaszcza w godzinach nocnych ).Obsługa hotelowa nie zwraca na ten fakt uwagi. Co do kuchni - nie ma zbyt dużego wyboru .Jedzenie nie zasługuje na miano 'all inclusive '.Na moje uznanie zasługują panie sprzątające pokoje oraz osoby dbające o czystość stołów w tzw. restauracji (restauracja to za dużo słowo. Najbardziej adekwatne to : stołówka ). Moja opinia nie będzie niestety pozytywna. Zestaw plażowy (2 leżaki i parasol )nie kosztował ok. 10 euro a ponad 16. ..Hotel i wyżywienie nie spełniają warunków all inclusive. Sam hotel powinien być polecany nie osobom dorosłym, ale młodzieży lubiącej imprezować w dzień i w nocy. Basen przy hotelu wyglądem i jakością przypominał większą wannę. Leżaków było ok. 10 sztuk a i tak w większości były połamane. Bar zewnętrzny przy basenie przypominał 'dziuplę ' w budynku.

Na początku byłem przerażony opiniami innych wczasowiczów ale przylocie miła niespodzianka czysto schludnie miła obsługa ( 50 % Polska) pokoje małe ale czyste codziennie sprzątane Klimatyzacja działała super , ku mojemu zaskoczeniu wifi działało nawet w pokoju , Basen troszkę mały ale dało się przeżyć :) . Jedzenie średnie, przygotowywane pod Niemców (Kuchnia Niemiecka o ile ją posiadają jedna z najgorszych). Hotel dla ludzi młodych rządnych przygód , leniuchom i domatorom nie polecam - brak animacji . Ogólnie super !. Majorka (El Arenal ) Dla ludzi młodych aktywnych, plaża 5 min od hotelu , piękna promenada w nocy tętniąca życiem , Magiczna Valdemossa i Soler , Bajkowa Sa Colobra , zabydkowa i monumentalna Palma , Imprezowa Magaluf i Arenal :) coś pięknego !!!

Majorka ogólnie będzie mi się kojarzyć ze słońcem i pięknym morzem śródziemnym!

Zdjęcia pokoju zawarte w ofercie wczasów nie odzwierciedlały rzeczywistego stanu pokoju. Przez cały pobyt w pokoju nie było klimatyzacji - pomimo kilkukrotnego zgłaszania tego problemu do rezydenta, problem nie został rozwiązany. Godziny posiłków również były w ofercie nie prawidłowo podane - w rzeczywistości godziny te były stanowczo skrócone. Opcja all inclusive jednak nie zawierała bezpłatnie wszystkich napojów alkoholowych i bezalkoholowych, za które trzeba było dodtakowo płacić.

Hotel tragiczny. Po przylocie nie dość, że zaginęły nam i wielu osobom bagaże, to nie mieliśmy pierwszej nocy w docelowym hotelu tylko wysłano nas do hotelu zastępczego o jeszcze gorszych warunkach. Mama została pogryziona przez robactwo, spaliśmy w jednym małżeńskim łożu pod jakąś brudną zasłonką, bo nazwać to kocem czy narzutą się nie da. Następnego dnia dopiero nas zakwaterowali w docelowym hotelu, który widniał na rezerwacji. Pokój zmienialiśmy 2 razy. Widok nie na morze czy góry, a na dachy slumsów gdzie są powyrzucane z okien części brudnej bielizny, szczoteczki do zębów, puszki, butelki i wiele wiele innych.Brudne łazienki i ręczniki. Wyżywienie tragiczne. Na kolacje odgrzewane pozostałości z obiadu, śniadania ciągle te same robione pod Niemców. Non stop boczek, jajka, i te same wędliny.Dużo osób znajdowało też włosy w jedzeniu..Przez cały pobyt mieliśmy rozstrój żołądka i przymusowe zrzucenie kilku kilogramów. Basen na dachu, który miał być w ofercie okazał się nieczynny. Przez cały pobyt w hotelu nie działała klimatyzacja co przy tych upałach panujących w tym regionie jest niedopuszczalne. Windy brudne, na korytarzach porozlewane napoje czy inne płyny przy czym można się pośliznąć i złamać nogę. Obsługa mało pomocna. Hotel miał być dla osób pełnoletnich,a były zakwaterowane rodziny z dziećmi. Hotel odnowiony w 2015 roku, a w pokojach popękane ściany, sypiący się tynk z balkonu nad nami...Nic a nic nie zgadzało się z ofertą, którą przedstawia hotel. Gdyby można było wystawić 0 za ten hotel, to byśmy taką ocenę wystawili.

Tour of the island — the route of the tour leads through farm villages and cities of the fertile Es Pla plains in the direction of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains. Further on mountainous hairpin roads to the Marian Sanctuary in Lluc - visiting the church of the Black Madonna. Then a drive with an impressive winding road with turns achieving even 180 degrees to Sa Calobra port on the west coast. The bay is also an estuary of the longest gorge on the island - Torrent de Pareis. During free time, walk through the rock tunnel to the picturesquely situated small beach called the Gates of Paradise. Boat cruise along the cliffs on the north coast of Majorca to the port Puerto de Soller. Ride on an historic, wooden tram to the charming town of Soller. Next, on the historic train through the famous Valley of the Oranges, mountain tunnels and groves of citrus trees to Palma, and on the way back to the hotel. The order of the tour may be changed. Palma and Valdemossa — drive to the south, towards the beautiful and cosmopolitan capital of Majorca located by the extensive Bahía de Palma Bay. A visit in Palma includes a stroll around the old city: La Seu Cathedral, Parc del Mar, the royal gardens of the Almudaina Palace, narrow streets and patios of merchant houses, the Town Hall, the vantage point at Castillo de Bellver Castle. Free time for shopping around Plaza Mayor, the main market of the city. Then passage through the mountains to a medieval village - Valldemossa, the place where in the winter of 1838 the Polish composer, Frederic Chopin, stayed together with the French writer George Sand. The Carthusian monastery, where the famous couple found refuge, is the most Polish accent in Majorca. For monastic aims, memorabilia has been exhibited documenting the presence of the Polish virtuoso on the island, among others. the piano on which Chopin composed the famous rain prelude. In free time a stroll through the narrow, cobbled streets of this picturesque town, and also the opportunity to try local liqueurs. Day trip.
