1. DAY. HURGHADA Collection of participants at the airport. Direct flight to HURGHADA. Accommodation at the hotel with the all inclusive formula. Dinner, overnight stay.
2. DAY. GIZA - CAIR (route: approx. 470 km) Check out. Package breakfast and early departure. Transfer to the royal necropolis in Giza in the suburbs of Cairo, where the largest buildings of ancient Egypt are located, including the Sphinx and the Pyramid of Cheops, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Free time at the pyramids. Transfer to CAIRU. Visiting the famous Egyptian Museum. Among over 100,000 The most impressive exhibits are the mummies and treasures from Tutankhamun's tomb, which take up as many as 12 rooms. Free time at the Khan el-Khalili bazaar. Hotel accommodation. 3. DAY. KARNAK - LUXOR Breakfast. Check out from the hotel. Internal flight to Luxor. Visiting the complex of temples in KARNAK. Embarkation on a ship. Lunch on board. Visiting LUXOR - a city in the southern part of ancient Thebes, on the eastern bank of the Nile. Visiting the Luxor Temple built in honor of Amenhotep III. Originally, the temple was connected to the temple of Amun in Karnak by a long avenue of sphinxes. Optionally (for an additional fee on site), it is possible to take part in the "Light and Sound" show in Karnak. Return to the ship. Dinner and overnight.
4. DAY. VALLEY OF THE KINGS Optional (at an additional cost on site): early morning balloon flight over the Valley of the Kings, admiring the sunrise. Return to the ship. Breakfast. Drive to the 18-meter Colossi of Memnon, the only surviving part of the former temple of Amenhotep III. Visiting the Temple of Hatshepsut, where the reliefs depicting scenes related to beliefs and everyday life deserve special attention. Work on the renovation of the temple was carried out by a group of Polish archaeologists. Visiting the VALLEY OF THE KINGS located in Western Thebes - the resting place of the kings of Egypt, where there are 64 tomb complexes carved in the rock, including the tomb of Tutankhamun. Lunch. Cruise towards the city of Esna, where there is a dam with 120 locks. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
5. DAY. EDFU - KOM OMBO (route: approx. 180 km) Breakfast. A cruise towards Edfu, a city that used to lie on the trade route leading through the Arabian Desert to the Red Sea. Visiting the temple of the Egyptian god Horus in the city of EDFU, which is one of the best-preserved Egyptian temples. Not far from the Temple of Horus, there is an archaeological site where the Polish-French archaeological mission led by Kazimierz Michałowski was working. Lunch on the ship. Cruise to KOM OMBO. In the afternoon, a visit to the temple dedicated to Sobek - the god of fertility with the head of a crocodile and Haroeris, the "Good Doctor" with the head of a falcon. Dinner and overnight on board. Cruise towards Aswan.
6. DAY. ABU SIMBEL - ASUAN - LORD KITCHENER ISLAND (route: approx. 140 km) Breakfast. Free time or optional (with an extra charge on site): a trip to ABU SIMBEL, two rock temples erected on the orders of Pharaoh Ramses II in the 13th century B.C., with colossal monuments to the ruler that showed the visitors from Nubia the power of Egypt. Return to the ship. Sightseeing of ASUANU - the famous Aswan Dam considered to be one of the wonders of the 20th century technology. Drive past the unfinished obelisk located in the granite quarry. After completion, the colossus was supposed to weigh about 1,200 tons and measure 41 m, but it was likely that the crack that formed prevented its completion. Lunch on the ship. Cruise on a felucca - a traditional sailing boat used in antiquity, to the island of lord kitchen. There is a beautiful botanical garden full of rare plants and exotic birds. Return to the ship, dinner and overnight.
7. DAY. FILE - HURGHADA (route: approx. 650 km) Breakfast. Disembarkation from the ship. Visiting the temple of the goddess Isis, inscribed on the UNESCO list, on the island of FILE, moved to a new place after the construction of the dam. The entrance to the temple leads between 18-meter-high pylons decorated with beautiful reliefs. Transfer to HURGHADA. Accommodation at the hotel with the all inclusive formula.
