A trip around the Balkans and the beautiful Dalmatian coast is a great opportunity to get to know the cultural richness of the region. In the program: the most important monuments, many of which are on the UNESCO list, and unique castles, shrouded in chilling legends. On the route: mysterious Albania, atmospheric cities: Kotor, Budva and Dubrovnik - the pearl of the Adriatic and the multicultural Ulcinj in Montenegro. We invite you to a week of exploring the picturesque Balkans, where the magnificent nature delights with its beauty, and many places allow you to feel the atmosphere of the old, great empires. A moment of relaxation will be provided by an optional cruise along the Dalmatian coast in Dubrovnik and around the island of Lokrum. The route in the countries visited: approx. 1150 km.

Description
1. DAY. Meeting of participants at the airport. Direct flight to Tirana. Transfer to the hotel. Depending on the time of arrival: accommodation, free time, dinner, overnight.
2. DAY. TIRANA - COBO VINEYARD - BERAT (route: approx. 130 km) Breakfast. Checking out. A stroll through the center of TIRANA, a visit to the Kalaja e Justinianit fortress and Bunk Art - a Cold War bunker turned into a museum. Transfer to COBO VINEYARD, getting to know the process of producing local wine and tasting it. Transfer to BERAT - the city of a thousand windows, entered on the UNESCO list. The castle towering over the city is a testimony to its long history. Sightseeing of the medieval Byzantine fortress of Berat. Cathedral of the Dormition of the Blessed Virgin Mary, which now houses the Onuphrius Museum. Then a visit to the Mangalem and Gorica districts. Transfer to the hotel, accommodation, dinner, overnight.
3. DAY. DURRËS - KRUJA - SZKODRA (route: approx. 230 km) Breakfast. Checking out. Transfer to DURRËS. A walk through the historical part of the city, where you can admire the fortifications from the 4th-5th century BC, the Romanesque theater, the Venetian tower. Transfer to the town of KRUJA. Visiting the White Castle of Skanderbeg, Albania's greatest national hero, a visit to the local bazaar, free time. Transfer to the ancient city of SZKODRA. A visit to the Rozafa Castle, where, according to the legend, a woman named Rosaphy (translating for a happy rose) was walled up alive. Walk around the center. Check-in at the hotel, free time. Dinner, overnight.
4. DAY. PODGORICA - CETYNIA - NJEGUSI - BUDVA (route: approx. 300 km) Breakfast. Checking out. Panoramic drive through PODGORICA, the capital of Montenegro. Departure to CETINA, the former capital of Montenegro. Walk around the city, visit one of the museums. Visiting the small town of NJEGUSI, famous for its local specialties: dried ham and rakija, tasting. Transfer to the tourist center of Montenegro - BUDVA. A walk through the charming old town, situated on a promontory protruding into the sea. According to legend, this place was discovered by a Greek sailor named Boutoua. Transfer to the hotel, accommodation, dinner, overnight.
5. DAY. KOTOR - PERAST (route: approx. 100 km) Breakfast. Checking out. Transfer to KOTOR, a medieval town located on the beautiful Bay of Kotor, resembling the fjords of the north. Kotor, along with the surrounding natural landscape, has been entered on the UNESCO List of Cultural and Natural Heritage. A walk through the picturesque old town, where there are, among others St. Tryphon from 1166 (entrance to the center) and the ancient city walls about 4.5 km long. Transfer to the picturesque port town of PERAST and a short cruise on the Bay to the island of Our Lady of the Rocks. Transfer to the hotel, accommodation, dinner and overnight.
6. DAY. DUBROVNIK (route: approx. 100 km) Breakfast. Visiting the oldest monuments of DUBROVNIK, the old town completely inscribed on the UNESCO list: fortifications (entry for volunteers, on your own during free time, additionally payable on the spot), main street, baroque church of St. Błażej, a Franciscan monastery from the 14th century with the oldest pharmacy in the Balkans. Free time or optional (with an extra charge on site): a cruise along the Dalmatian coast in Dubrovnik and around the island of Lokrum. It is a great opportunity to admire the Dalmatian coast from the sea. Return to the hotel, dinner, overnight stay.
7. DAY. ULCINJ (route: approx. 290 km) Breakfast. Checking out. A visit to the viewpoint on the island of Sveti Stefan. Transfer to ULCINJ, the center of the Albanian community in Montenegro, founded in the 5th century BC by the Illyrians. Various dynasties reigned here, the Roman Empire, Byzantium, the Venetian Republic and all this influenced the history and culture of Ulcinj, creating a unique atmosphere here. It is also the southernmost city of Montenegro. Sightseeing: picturesque old town and a visit to the 13 km long sandy Great Beach. Transfer to the hotel, accommodation, dinner, overnight.
8. DAY. Breakfast. Checking out. Free time (depends on departure time). Transfer to Tirana airport. Direct flight to Poland. For people who extend their stay by a week's rest: breakfast, check-out, transfer to the selected hotel.
