Hotel ma przyjemny klimat i przemiłą obsługę. Byliśmy pod wrażeniem ile daje ciepłe przyjęcie i przyjacielskie nastawienie do gości przez cały pobyt. Energia tych ludzi zdecydowanie udziela się innym, a to przeciez bardzo ważne. standard hotelu jest dość dobry, chociaż pokoje nie sa najnowsze, to bardzo czyste i komfortowe. Jedzenie dobre, drinki w takiej ilości, w jakiej sobie życzycie - a nawet nie trzeba prosić bo kelner sam przynosi nowy, gdy widzi, że Twoj sie skończyl. Jest to wakacyjna opcja dobra zarówno dla tych, którzy chcą wypoczywać na plaży jak i zwiedzać okolicę. Za bardzo dobrą cenę mieliśmy zagwarantowane mieszkanie i pełne wyżywienie, a reszta należała do nas. Bardzo pomocna i przyjemna obsługa hotelowa pomogła nam w zorganizowaniu transportu (busy, pociągi, auto do wynajęcia) i też oferowała swoją pomoc w zwiedzaniu okolicy (bezpłatnie). A gdy chcieliśmy odpocząć w przyjemnych warunkach spędziliśmy czas na plaży, czy hotelowym basenie, bo pogoda była bardzo dobra - 25 stopni w pierwszych dniach Listopada, przy mocno grzejącym słońcu.

Bardzo miła i sympatyczna obsługa, w razie problemów uczynni i bardzoooo pomocni:) Personel uśmiechnięty zadowolony, co niektórzy nawet w swojej pracy potrafią się świetnie bawić... śpiewając i tańcząc. Sam hotel sprawia pozytywne wrażenie. Nie zapewnia jednak standardu, jakiego można było się spodziewać po hotelu czterogwiazdkowym. Części wspólne hotelu- hol, bary, stołówka, recepcja, basen- w miarę zadbane i czyste. Czar pryska po przekroczeniu klatki schodowej prowadzącej do pokojów. Swój pokój zmieniliśmy 3 razy ze względu na wszechobecną pleśń i grzyb na ścianach, więc możemy się wypowiedzieć na temat więcej niż jednego. Już samo dojście do pokojów powinno zaniepokoić kogoś, kto oceniał ten hotel. Wszechobecny, dławiący wręcz zapach kurzu zmieszanego z grzybem i brudną rozlaną wodą z mopa towarzyszył nam codziennie. Po wejściu do pokoi nie było lepiej. Średnio czysto, średni standard- pokoje odbiegają od zdjęć katalogowych. Kolejny minus to plaża hotelowa, która ewidentnie była już nastawiona na koniec sezonu. Walające się śmieci, 7 materacy na cały hotel... Cześć barów dostępnych w all inclusive już niedostępna. Na plus dla hotelu można zaliczyć stołówkę, która serwowała dobre, świeże i rozmaite posiłki, oraz pomocną obsługę hotelową. Wakacje minęły nam bardzo szybko i przyjemnie dzięki pięknej pogodzie.

Hotel oceniam bardzo dobrze, choć niewielki remont nie zaszkodzilby. Posiada on za to duży i atrakcyjny basen, sporo terenów zielonych, SPA, korty tenisowe, oraz nawet boisko do siatkówki wodnej. Aż się nie chce z niego wychodzić!:) Jedynym moim zastrzeżeniem jest obsługa hotelu, która na wszystko ma czas, a za każdą usługę czeka na dodatkowe wynagrodzenie. Sam hotel oceniam na 4+. :). Wakacje bardzo intensywne, ale dzięki temu ròwnie udane. Duży wybór atrakcyjnych wycieczek dodatkowych. Ale miłośnicy słodkiego lenistwa również będą zadowoleni.

Bardzo dużym problemem był dla nas brak wody - po kilkukrotnych prośbach kelnerzy nalewali do kieliszka wodę ( coca-colę ) i zabierali butelkę - więc podczas posiłków musieliśmy nieustannie prosić o coś do picia. Obsługa na stołówce była wyjątkowo nie przyjemna. Jedzenie było monotonne, bardzo ubogie, często brakowało dań, które nie były dokładane. Z owoców dostępne były zaledwie jabłka, daktyle i winogrona, dwukrotnie dostępny był melon. Lody pojawiły się tylko raz a jak wiadomo było by miło przy tych temperaturach aby były dostępne częściej. Obsługa skupiała się wyłącznie na gościach pochodzących z Tunezji i Algierii.

Posiłki bardzo smaczne ale ograniczające się do kilkunastu potraw, jednakże urozmaicone. Plaża oddalona o 500 m, mała kameralna, około 20tu parasoli, niestety leżaki uszkodzone ,bezpłatne. Obsługa przy plaży jak i w hotelu niezwykle uprzejma, uczynna.
