Hotelowe wifi dostępne tylko i wyłącznie w recepcji, posiłki zimne, musieliśmy zmieniać bungalow z racji na robaki i brudna wannę. Dwie z trzech reastauracji na terenie obiektu zamknięte. Alkohol w smaku jak płyn do mycia naczyń, a moze to kwestia niedomytych naczyn? Na duży plus to jedynie obsługa hotelowa oraz kelnerzy. Bardzo sympatyczni i uczynni.

Super fajna obsługa od animacji, bardzo zaangażowani i zawsze uśmiechnięci. Na minus czystość barów i smak alkoholi (zbliżony do płynu do mycia naczyń. Karaluchy wkradające się do łazienki przez odpływ umywalki. Bardzo niemiła pani na recepcji (ta o jasnej karnacji, druga była sympatyczna.

Resort położony na wielkiej przestrzeni z mnóstwem zieleni i palm. Obsługa wiecznie uśmiechnięta. Jedzenie sztos. Codziennie można było jeść coś innego. Ciasta - niebo w gębie (mają talent). Kolejek w restauracji nie było (byliśmy ostatnimi gośćmi w sezonie). Drinki trochę słabe ale dzięki temu mogłem popijać cały dzień i normalnie funkcjonować. Szkoda że w ciągu dnia drinki są tylko na plaży i gdy się jest na zjeżdżalni to się nie chce tyle iść i trzeba się ratować piwkiem. od 17tej otwarte lobby z drinkami. Dla dzieci to raj na ziemi bo dużo animacji dyskoteki ( jak my byliśmy to podobno już niektórych nie było a i tak było dużo). Na jedno można ponażekać - komary, hotel jest w sąsiectwie pól na których zbierają sól i komarów jest od groma. W godzinach popołudniowych trzeba się chować w pokoju lub lobby i przeczekać z 2-3 godziny aż się uspokoi. Polecam szczególnie rodzinom z dziećmi bo jest bezpiecznie i mnóstwo atrakcji. Wakacje bardzo udane. Spotkaliśmy sporo fajnych osób. Polecam wycieczkę 2 dniową na Saharę bo jest sztos.

Aquapark ze zjezdzalniami swietny,warto zabrać koła bo mozna sie skaleczyc.Plaża jest piękna,choć parę metrów dalej już brudna ale da się to wybaczyć. Na plaży wodne atrakcje dodatkowo płatne. Bungalowy czyste,codziennie sprzatane,posiadają własne tarasy. Jedyny minus to dwa pojedyncze łóżka złączone w jedność,przez co spanie we dwójkę jest niemozliwe. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła,widać że bardzo starają się przekonać do siebie klientów. Na terenie obiektu dodatkowo shisza,sklepik,tatuaże z henny,dyskoteka. Jeśli chodzi o atrakcje - w trakcie naszego pobytu tylko raz zorganizowano wybory mistera ale ogólnie nie można się nudzić. Najgorzej jednak wypada jedzenie i to faktycznie zepsuło nam pobyt. Jest niesmaczne,brzydko pachnie, monotonne. Naprawdę ciężko wybrać coś dla siebie. Ratowały nas frytki. Bylismy we 4 i każdy z nas miał takie zdanie. Próbowaliśmy wszystkiego ale niestety nawet makaron jest niezjadliwy. Pizza byłaby ok jednak ser jest fatalny. Desery są w porządku,owoce juz rozczarowywaly. Alkohole chrzczone -smakują jak perfumy. Polecam wino. Ponadto kolacja a la carte-europejska restauracja jest bardzo slaba.Pod hotelem taksówki,które za nieduże kwoty zawiozą nas do miasta. W Sousse niewiele do zobaczenia,ale jest spory targ,na którym można kupić pamiątki -jest naprawdę tanio. Ogólnie pobyt byłby naprawdę super gdyby nie fakt,ze byliśmy cały czas glodni

Hotel bardzo fajnie położony, bardzo blisko piaszczysta plaża z łagodnym zejściem do morza. Niestety jest brudno, a najgorzej na stołówce. Nie mogłam patrzeć na wózki do przewożenia brudnych naczyń, bo nic bym nie zjadła. Jedna szklanka na 10 nadawała się do użytku. Talerze również niedomyte. Nie mówiąc o warzywach i owocach, które były podawane nadpsute. Ale wszystko rekompensuje piękna pogoda, usytuowanie hotelu i obsługa, która naprawdę się stara. Wakacje bardzo udane. Byliśmy na fajnych wycieczkach, które prowadzili super przewodnicy. Na terenie hotelu dokuczały tylko strasznie muchy i pod wieczór komary. Owadów tych było naprawdę strrrrrasznie dużo.

Cały ośrodek znajduje się na dość dużym terenie przez co jest co robić i nie ma się poczucia przebywania w 'zamknięciu' Dwa baseny plus aquapark, 3 bary, ciekawe animacje - generalnie nie ma na co narzekać. Jedzenie trochę monotonne ale jest w czym wybierać i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Jedyne do czego można się przyczepić do niezbyt ładne łazienki oraz śmieci na plaży. Sam ośrodek bardzo czysty.

Wiadomo że za taką cenę cudów spodziewać się nie należy ale o pladze komarów na terenie całego obiektu [pokoje,obszar hotelu,baseny itp]mogło biuro Itaka poinformować jak również o braku atrakcji.Ani raz z żoną nie usiedliśmy na tarasie jak również przez całe wczasy nie mogliśmy wywietrzyć pokoju.Całe dnie jak i noce pozamykane szczelnie okna w pokojach. Wywietrzyliśmy w dniu wylotu.Jednym słowem - porażka

Ciężko ten obiekt nazwać hotelem - jest to zespół bungalowów, Obiekt w miarę czysty. Codziennie sprzątany pokój, zmieniana pościel i ręczniki na plus. Jedzenie w miarę w porządku, jak to zwykle ma miejsce w hotelach po kilku dniach wkrada się monotonia, na co lekarstwem mogą być wizyty w 3 restauracjach a la carte- choć muszą jeszcze popracować - restauracja która miała serwować owoce morze na przystawkę zaserwowała dosłownie 3 krążki kalmarów, gdzie dzień wcześniej w głównej restauracji można było się zajadać tym przysmakiem do woli. Kiepski wybór owoców. Przepyszna pizza 24h w barze na plaży. Przy wizycie z dziećmi jak w naszym przypadku duże znaczenie miało, iż nie wszystkie atrakcje były skupione w jednym miejscu, przez co dzieci się nie nudzą. Z dalszych plusów to woda butelkowana gaz/ngaz w nieograniczonych ilościach. Największy minus obsługi to kiepska znajomość języka angielskiego, poza recepcją, Przez obsługę Polacy postrzegani jako obywatele Federacji Rosyjskiej którzy stanowią większość. W formule allinclusive jest zawarty lokalny alkohol, jednak jego jakość jest bardzo niska. Obsługa nie wymusza napiwków. Na wielki plus darmowy sejf, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się bezpieczniej, ochrona na rogatkach plaży. Na plus także darmowy serwis plażowy, jednak plaża wymaga gruntownego posprzątania z niedopałków.Podczas burzy hotel jest sparaliżowany, woda wdziera sie do barów i restauracji. Chyba wszystko zawarłem w opisie hotelu :) Drugi raz z Itaką i drugi raz udany :)

Hotel zaniedbany, w pokoju kafelki odpadały ze ścian. Plaża brudna zaniedbana przez pracowników. Obsługa hotelowa była zainteresowana tylko osobami z Rosji a nie z Polski. Na około hotelu nie ma dosłownie nic godnego uwagi. Woda w kranie chlorowana, ciężko uzyskać butelkowaną. Alkohole słabej jakości jak i napoje. Jedzenie totalna porażka, zupy przez 3,4 dni te same, dania ciepłe nie mają smaku ani przypraw w sobie.Mało atrakcji dla dzieci prócz aquaparku, który się nadaje bardziej dla dorosłych.Nigdy więcej nie wrócę do tego miejsca.
