W ciągu dnia możliwość uczestniczenia w różnych ciekawych animacjach prowadzonych przez przesympatycznych młodych ludzi. Możliwość spaceru brzegiem morza do Portu El Kantaoui (nawet wieczorami). Jedynym mankamentem są parzące meduzy w morzu. .

Pokoje komfortowe, czyste, my mieliśmy na parterze - z wyjściem na ogród - bajka. Położenie hotelu -raczej na peryferiach miasta - spełnia oczekiwania gości którzy nie potrzebują mieć pod ręką głośnych nocnych atrakcji (my do takich należymy). Zamiast ulicznego zgiełku - ogród. Jeśli ktoś chce się dostać gdzieś dalej - taksówki czekają. Brzegiem morza można sobie zrobić piękny spacer do portu. Plaża dość zatłoczona ale czysta, obsługa dba o to aby każdy miał leżak. Jedynie (żeby nie było że wszysto 'naj') - małe zastrzeżenia do animatorów - wydaje się że uwagę skupiają na tych bogatszych klientach (Włochach, Niemcach, Francuzach) - z nimi nawiązują bezpośredni kontakt, Polaków i Rosjan omijają szerokim łukiem. Obsługa bardzo miła i uprzejma, na każdym kroku spotykaliśmy się z życzliwością i uśmiechem. Pokój ( w naszym przypadku 2-osobowy z widokiem na morze ) czysty, codziennie sprzątany. Hotel idealny dla osób , które chcą odpocząć w ciszy i spokoju ale i również dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi. Wyżywienie znakomite, bardzo bogata oferta i różnorodność , każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Bardzo dobry kontakt i opieka rezydenta przez cały okres pobytu, bogata oferta wycieczek i aktywnych form wypoczynku ( oferowanych również na plaży). Całość oceniam na 5 z dużym plusem! i oczywiście polecam to miejsce na spędzenie wakacji !

Szkoda, ze tak mało jest animacji wieczornych oraz dyskotek.Byliśmy 10 osobową grupą rodzinną i wieczorami czas musieliśmy sobie organizować we własnym zakresie, bo inaczej nudzilibyśmy się. Ogólnie pobyt oceniam bardzo wysoko, naprawdę odpoczęliśmy.

Duży wybór jeżeli chodzi o jedzenie, w tym menu wegetariańskiej. Pokoje czyste, wygodne, klimatyzacje chodziła bez zarzutów. Bardzo sympatyczna grupa animacyjna, każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Czysty basen z ekstra półką do wylegiwania się na słońcu.

Bogaty program animacyjny, dużo rozrywek: gry zespołowe, ping-pong, łucznictwo, dart, aqua aerobic, wieczorny show time. Obsługa miła, nienachalna. Jeśli chodzi o wyżywienie to ciężko chcieć czegoś więcej. Bogate wybór potraw: mięsa, drób, owoce morza, makarony, pizza, kuchnia wegetariańska oraz wspaniałe specjały kuchni tunezyjskiej. Hotel wybudowany w latach 80-tych,ale odnowiony przed kilkoma laty - lobby najmniej okazałe (wyraźnie 'draśnięte zębem czasu' i tu szczerze mówiąc nie widać aby było coś zmienione od czasu budowy), mało miejsca gdzie można byłoby usiąść i spokojnie korzystać z bezpłatnego internetu wifi. Restauracja a'la carte dość przytulna, aczkolwiek mikroskopijna w porównaniu z główną salą jadalną. Pokoje wyraźnie po remoncie - podłoga wyłożona kamiennym gresem (jak na zdjęciach), łazienka z eleganckim kamiennym blatem, wanna + prysznic w jednym. Jasne, proste meble dobrze komponujące się z wnętrzem. Straszyła jedynie mini-lodówka (brązowo-zardzewiała) rodem z lat 60-tych (bez uchwytu) ale doskonale spełniała swoje zadanie. Tv LCD, wybór kanałów dość okrojony, ale dwa kanały filmowe godne polecenia na nudne wieczory (MBC, jak HBO). Jak w całej Tunezji widać pewne niedociągnięcia w wykończeniu wnętrz, ale pokoje czyste - sprzątane codziennie + wymiana ręczników i pościeli (na życzenie). Jedzenie wprost REWELACYJNE! Niezwykle zróżnicowane menu - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie (zawsze co najmniej jedno danie kuchni tunezyjskiej - PYSZNE!). Ogromny wybór ciast i deserów oraz owoców. Alkohole zdecydowanie niemarkowe ale za to nierozwadniane. Kelnerzy bardzo mili (bezinteresowni - absolutnie nie upominali się o napiwki, choć jak wiadomo są one mile widziane). Baseny dwa - kryty i zewnętrzny - małe i płytkie. Plaża również mała, ale oczyszczona z glonów i śmieci (tutaj dość natarczywi nagabywacze atrakcji pt - jazda na skuterze wodnym, wielbłądzie itp). Animacje - dość dużo do wyboru, ale codziennie takie same, oprócz wieczornej sesji. Z obsługą można swobodnie porozumieć się w języku francuskim i niemieckim, gorzej angielskim. Hotel proponuje możliwość tzw późniejszego wymeldowania (18 zamiast 12-tej), za cenę 60 TND za pokoj, ale nie zawsze jest miejsce.

Hotel bardzo dobry - to zasługa sieci Iberostar (w czasie naszego pobytu była m.in. wizytacja przedstawicieli dyrekcji z Hiszpanii). Przede wszystkim - bardzo czysto (zarówno w pokojach, jak i w restauracji, barach, recepcji, korytarzach) - co w Tunezji nie zawsze jest standardem. Obsługa bardzo miła. Szczególną cechą - oprócz czystości - są bardzo zróżnicowane i jakościowo bez zastrzeżeń posiłki. Obłożenie hotelu - jak na okres poza sezonem - bardzo duże (sądzimy, że ok. 65-70%). Zdecydowanie dominują osoby starsze (50 - 65 lat), przede wszystkim z Niemiec i Wielkiej Brytanii. Trochę Francuzów, Włochów, Holendrów i Polaków. Zupełny brak Czechów i Rosjan.
