'Hotel' nie zasługuje na miano hotelu. Panował tam wszechobecny bałagan, a pojęcie zasady bhp są chyba obce właścicielowi. Pokój może i ładny, ale co z tego skoro był bardzo rzadko sprzątany? Stan łazienki woła o pomstę do nieba... Mam tu głównie na myśli grzyb. W części restauracyjnej stał stary brudny wentylator, która 'buchał' wprost na jedzenie. Sztućce brudne. Obsługa restauracji bez znajomości podstaw języka angielskiego. W całym obiekcie ślady po niedawnym (?) remoncie. Plaża brudna. Odradzam.

Hotel położony w przepięknej okolicy , w lasku piniowym. Bezpośrednio przy hotelu ładna ale zaśmiecona petami plaża dostępna dla wszystkich (nie tylko gości hotelowych). Pokoje, łazienki duże , przestronne , niestety wymagające remontu - zdecydowanie nie zasługują na 4 gwiazdki. Jedzenie dobre , obsługa w restauracji oraz w barach bardzo się starała czego nie można powiedzieć o serwisie sprzątającym. Pokoje sprzątane sporadycznie. Bardzo pomocna Pani Samanta , mówiąca po polsku pomagała w kontaktach z obsługą hotelu.

Zaletą tego hotelu jest tylko położenie: bezpośrednio przy plaży, blisko do portu,centrum miasta. Jeżeli chodzi o obsługę w barach i restauracji to chłopaki się starali. Porażka to obsługa czyszcząca pokoje i donosząca ręczniki. Generalnie to pokoje nie były sprzątane, a jak po czysty ręcznik nie poszedłem sam to bym się nie doczekał na niego. Jedzenie było znośne, jeżeli chodzi o obiady i kolacje. Śniadania były kiepskie. 70% gości to byli Rosjanie potem Turcy i My.

Ładnie położony, kameralny, cichy. Pobieżnie wyremontowany, pokój jaki otrzymaliśmy(206) z ogromną ilością pleśni na ścianach. Potworny smród (pleśń) w szafie. Brak tym samym możliwości korzystania z szafy.W prysznicu niedrożny spust(wielokrotnie zgłaszaliśmy ten fakt lecz do końca naszego pobytu nie usunięto usterki) woda wylewała się na całą łazienkę i schodziła dopiero drugim spustem przy ubikacji.Ganek wejściowy do pokoju notorycznie był zalewany wodą z 4 rynien, którymi spływała woda z klimatyzacji. Zmuszało to nas do ciągłej uwagi i ostrożności w poruszaniu się, ponieważ posadzka była bardzo śliska.Stołówka urąga wszelkim zasadom higieny. Jedzenie dosłownie oklejone muchami i osami, naczynia brudne nie domyte, każda konsumpcja to walka z muchami i natrętnymi osami. Ekipa sprzątająca bardzo miła niestety nie posiadająca jakiegokolwiek doświadczenia w zadaniach jakie do niej należą. Nie zmienianie pościeli, ręczników nie mycie podłogi. Ogólnie sprzątanie polegało na wynoszeniu worka z kosza na śmieci. Zgłosiłem swoje uwagi rezydentowi (Pani Ania) zaproponowała, że spotkamy się o godzinie 15,00 i porozmawiamy o możliwości zmiany hotelu lub zmiany pokoju, niestety po oczekiwaniu ponad godzinę nie doczekałem się Pani rezydentki. Poczułem się potraktowany jak śmieć, tym bardziej, że brała ode mnie numer telefonu do ewentualnego kontaktu.Ta Pani REPREZENTUJE WASZĄ FIRMĘ !!!

Hotel podobno po remoncie,który naszym zdaniem polegał na odmalowaniu fasady budynków.W pokojach nieposprzątane, brudne okna pozasłaniane grubymi firanami i zasłonami (przez 3 warstwy materiału może nikt nie-zauważy). Łazienka tragiczna!!!!!!!!!!! lustro stare popękane-klejone,kabina postawiona na płaskiej podłodze w związku z tym w trakcje kąpieli woda wypływa na cala łazienkę. Sprzątanie pokoju odbyło się po 3 dniach pobytu i polegało na zabraniu śmieci z kosza, a o zwykły papier toaletowy trzeba było prosić się na recepcji. Przed wejściem do pokoju następna kałuża z klimatyzatorów wiszących nad wejściem. Na plaży rozwalające się leżaki. Kelnerzy- chyba z łapanki, każdy ubrany w co popadnie o czystości ubrań nie wspomnę, jedzenie niepoprzykrywane a na nim stado much itd. Opis nie jest przesadzony, posiadamy fotograficzna dokumentacje i zamierzamy jej użyć. Rezydent Itaki nie wie jak wyglądają pokoje i jakie są warunki w hotelu. BIURO wystawiając ta ofertę jako hotel 4 gwiazdkowy powinno być zorientowane jakie panują tam warunki. Nieopodal znajdował się hotel 5 gwiazdkowy a różnica była jak miedzy polonezem a mercedesem. Hotel dołączył do sieci Dora ale tylko w nazwie.

Obsługa hotelowa znająca jedynie język turecki w związku z czym duży problem aby zamówić coś do jedzenia. Stołówka brudna ,, kelnerzy z jakiejś 'łapanki', bez ubrania służbowego. Brak jakichkolwiek animacji dla dzieci i dorosłych. Plac zabaw mieszczący się na terenie hotelu nie spełniał żadnych wymogów bezpieczeństwa- strach było puszczać tam dzieci.

Hotel pięknie położony nad samym morzem. Dojazd do niego prowadzi kręta droga z przepieknymi widokami. W hotelu każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie: jest basen ze zjeżdżalnią, boisko. Praktycznie w centrum małego miasteczka. Hotel położony stopniowo na zboczu góry - minus - wszędzie prowadzą schody. Pokój ładny, przestronny. Bezpłatny sejf, klimatyzacja, lodówka. Niektóre pokoje z jacuzzi na balkonie lub z leżakami. Wyżywienie przeciętne ale smaczne - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie ale często się powtarza. Jak dla mnie minus, że potrawy serwowane do stolika (np. trzeba było zamówić całą porcję, żeby sie przekonać, że jest coś nam nie smakuje). Minus - nie można dośtać wcześniej śniadania (wyjazd na wycieczkę 10 min przed śniadaniem). Obsługę hotelowa podzieliłabym na dwie części: obsługa na stołówce, w barach na medal (widać, że się chłopcy starają), serwis sprzatający poniżej oczekiwań - raz sprzątnięty pokój na cały wyjazd, ręczniki zmienione raz po awanturze, awarie usuwane ( a raczej maskowane) po kilkakrotnym proszeniu. Animacji nie możemy ocenić bo nie było żadnych (nie licząc wieczoru tureckiego). Leżaki, materace i parasole bezpłatne na basenie i nad morzem - wystarczająca ilość dla wszystkich. Plaża czysta, troszkę kamienista. W czasie podróż do i z hotelu na lotnisko niepotrzebne postoje 'na zakupy'. Hotel polecamy!!!

Hotel niestety jest bardzo słaby i zdecydowanie nie zasługuje na 4*. Informacja podana na stronie Itaki odnośnie renowacji na przełomie roku nie odzwierciedla aktualnego stanu obiektu. Może jest to tylko mój przypadek ale pokój miał zniszczone mocno meble, brudną i zagrzybiała łazienkę, poplamione lustra itd. Podczas 12 dniowego pobytu przez 5 dni nie działa klimatyzacja co było spowodowane brakiem czynnika chłodzącego, i tyle czasu zajęło ściągnięcie firmy serwisowej. Niestety w związku z tym że pokoje rodzinne były wszystkie zajęte nie można było nas 4 osób przenieść do innego. Po drugie pokój rodziny składa się z dwóch pomieszczeń ale tylko jedno jest wyposażone w klimatyzacje - Itaka o tym nie wspomina w ofercie. W związku z tym dzieci spały w prawie 30 stopniach a przy otwartym oknie dostawało się nocą dużo komarów i gryzły. Plaża nie jest piaszczysto żwirowa tylko kamienista z gwałtownym zejściem. Nie polecam dla dzieci. Jeżeli chodzi o plac zabaw to lata świetności ma za sobą i nie skłania do puszczenia tam bezpiecznie dzieci.

Obsługa ok, okolica i widoki przepiękne, plaża choć żwirowokamienista ale czysta. Wyżywienie ok. Do poniższego pytania hotel można polecić po uzupełnieniu w/w niedociągnięć- jeśli zostanął usuniętę to tak.

Hotel Dora Beach Turunc,nieprzygotowany do przyjęcia turystów.Pok.206 teoretycznie odnowiony lecz panująca ogromna wilgotność w pomieszczeniu powodowała odpadanie farby ze ścian i sufitu,po tyg.pobytu pojawił się grzyb i pleśń.Brak możliwości rozpakowania bagaży(brak półek, w szafie 6 wieszaków,wilgoć i pleśń,w łazience jeden podwójny mały wieszak.Brak wentylacji w pomieszczeniach(wilgotna pościel, odzież,bagaże). Plaże nie przygotowane przez 3 dni pracował ciężki sprzęt.Na terenie hotelu przez cały czas pobytu trwały prace remontowe pomieszczeń i otoczenia. W ostatnich dniach pobytu,bez jakiegokolwiek powiadomienia i uzgodnienia do naszego pokoju weszła ekipa malarzy która zamalowała grzyb i pleśń na ścianach i suficie przy okazji brudząc pościel, odzież i bagaże. Przez cały czas pobytu nie wymieniono pościeli.Niektórzy turyści mieli jeszcze większego pecha zmieniali pokoje po dwa trzy razy (wilgoć,wybijająca kanalizacja i spływy spod prysznica) Generalnie w większości pokoi ,,Hotelu'' wilgoć.grzyb i pleśń i niechlujnie wykonanie łazienek, brak odpowiedniego wyposażenia pomieszczeń. brak

The Dalyan Delta with its golden sandy beach is a nature reserve and a refuge for Caretta caretta sea turtles and blue crabs. Route: A ride to the small town of Dalyan in the middle of a wide delta, one of the few preserved paradise sites of natural beauty and interesting history. On the way there is a stop in Gokova, time for photos from the viewing point. Then continuation of the trip and exploration of the ruins of ancient Kaunos. The town was founded around the 9th century BC. It used to be a Mediterranean port city, but over the centuries the mud from the Dalyan River cut the city off from the sea and today it lies a few kilometers from the sea. Kaunos is famous for its tombs of kings carved in the rock. Its residents believed in resurrection and were placing there food, money, jewelry and other valuable items, which had later been stolen. Then a boat cruise along the Dalyan River, free time for the famous mud baths. Further along the route there is a magnificent 7 km long sandy Iztuzu Beach, one of the last breeding areas for Caretta caretta turtles, one of the endangered species. It is here that, thanks to the rich deposits of valuable marble, the famous sculpting school was established. The pride of the city was the monumental Temple of Aphrodite, later turned into a Christian basilica. It is also worth to see the ruins of a large theatre, stadium and other objects, as well as to visit the museum. Pamukkale is a miracle of nature. Springs from the ground with the temperature of 36.5°C run down from a height of 100 meters, forming limestone cascades and pools. Here are creamy stalactites that are formed when water flows through the pools. When strolling along the white terraces you can also admire the beautiful views. Route: Day 1. Departure from Bodrum to Selçuk, Lake Bafa and the ruins of the Temple of Artemis along the way. Further in the programme of the Museum of Ephesus and the House of the Virgin Mary. Then, a tour of Ephesus, starting with the entrance to the ancient city through the upper gate. In Aphrodisias visiting the local museum, the Tetrapylon, the Temple of Aphrodite, the stadium and the theater. Transfer to the hotel in Pamukkale. Day 2. Breakfast.
