Hotel, zadbany, położony blisko plaży. Animacje odbywały się przez cały dzień, więc dla rodzin z dziećmi to dobry wybór. Pomimo dużej liczby animacji, nie są one uciążliwe dla ludzi którzy w nich nie chcą uczestniczyć. Obsługę w hotelu można ocenić pozytywnie, poza recepcją która totalnie nie chciała w niczym pomóc, a ich poziom angielskiego wyraźnie był za słaby.. Dużym plusem jest wyżywienie w hotelu. Nie da się być głodnym, więc nie ma co planować diety na wakacje - jest tam za dużo dobrych potraw których nie da się nie spróbować.

Hotel komfortowy, ładnie zbudowany, wnętrza eleganckie, pokoje skromniejsze, ale wciąż schludne i przyjemne. Wystarczająca ilość stolików oraz dodatkowe restauracje i bary czynią, że czas spędzony w hotelu upływa przyjemnie niemalże luksusowo. Basen i plaża oceniam na 6+ z tym że trzeba się liczyć z poranną rezerwacją leżaków na basenie. Leżaki na plaży dostępne bez rezerwacji przez cały dzień.

Hotel Alba Queen z pewnoscia nie zasluguje na 5 *...juz na samym poczatku recepcja oznajmila nam ze nie maja dla nas pokoju bo zrobili ok 120 rezerwacji za duzo i zaproponowali nocleg w sasiednim hotelu Alba Resort. Na drugi dzien musielismy sie prosic o pokoj i z wielka laska go otrzymalismy...nie bylo to przyjemne doswiadczenie z recepcja ktorej pracownicy nie byli za bardzo uprzejmi i pomocni. W dodatku znajomi zapytali czy w ramach rekompensaty za stracone 1,5 dnia wakacji w poszukiwaniu pokoju, otrzymaja jakas rekompensate recepcja zaproponowala darmowy sejf. Jednakze znajomi juz za sejf zaplacili 1,5 euro za dobe wczesniej, a gdy zapytano ich komu?i wskazali konkretna osobe z recepcji...chlopak wypieral sie ze jakiekolwiek pieniadze otrzymal. Jezeli chodzi o jedzenie to jakosc posilkow ( zdarzyl sie nieswiezy kurczak,ktory mimo zwrocenia umagi ze brzydko pachnie nie zostal zdjety ze stolu sniadaniowego, zdarzyly sie rowniez wlosy w jedzeniu oraz zimne posilki) oraz ich wybor nie byl zadawalajacy. Ponadto animatorzy nie starali sie nawiazac kontaktu z goscmi hotelowymi i robili to co musieli czyli wykonywali codzienne aktywnosci bez entuzjazmu, dyskryminujac przy tym Polakow, gdyz hotel jest glownie nastawiony na Niemcow. W zwiazku z powyzszymi sytuacjami nie polecamy nikomu hotelu Alba Queen.

Hotel na wysokim standardzie, bardzo czysty i zadbany. Obsługa miła pomocna i uśmiechnięta, wg mnie największym atutem były animacje zarówno w dzień jak i wieczorem. Wieczorny program był ułożony na dwa tygodnie więc nie można było się nudzić, zarówno mój dziewięcioletni syn znalazł coś dla siebie jak i my z żoną. Jako przykład podam white party - okazało się, iż jest to impreza w pianie :) dzieci miały swoją z animatorami, natomiast po 22:00 pojawiła się do piany muzyka klubowa i profesjonalne tancerki na rurach. Wszystko to przy hotelowej plaży więc jeżeli ktoś nie był zwolennikiem tego typu rozrywek pozostając w hotelowych barach miał święty spokój. Jedzenie bardzo dobre zróżnicowane i olbrzymich ilościach. Lodówka w pokoju uzupełniana codziennie, pokój ( niestety mały ) sprzątany dokładnie również codziennie. Generalnie polecam wypoczynek w tym hotelu i myślę, że raczej zaspokoi wymagania swoich klientów. A przepraszam... jeszcze jeden mały minusik aczkolwiek w tego typu miejscach raczej standard - jeżeli chce się mieć leżak przy samym basenie niestety trzeba rano wstać :) ale nad morzem leżaków w dobrych miejscach o każdej porze nigdy nie brakowało ...

Hotel dba o rozrywkę dla każdego gościa, naprawdę nie można sie nudzić. Jedynym minusem są małe pokoje, niezgodne z opisem katalogowym, ale uważam to za szczegół . Szczerze polecam , jeśli będę miała okazje , to na pewno tam wrócę.

Hotel usytuowany w bardzo dogodnym miejscu, przy morzu, zejście do morza zajmowało około 3 minuty, Hotel duży ale nie ogromny, nie odczuwaliśmy tłoku choć hotel był pełen gości. Goście to głównie : Anglicy, Niemcy, Słowacy, Rosjanie.

Jest pięknie położony przy piaszczystej plaży zachęcającej do długich spacerów brzegiem morza. Z hotelowych tarasów rozpościera się piękny widok na tureckie wybrzeże.
