Hotel nie warty ceny za pięć gwiazdek! Położenie ładne, ale - 100 metrów zejście i podejście pod lekką górkę na plaże - mało zaznaczone w opisie hotelu!. Plaża ładna, szeroka, leżaków dość, łagodne wejście do morza - OK Pokoje dość ładne - sprzątają regularnie, niedokładnie /to można jeszcze znieść/ ale u nas to było w godzinach 14-16.00 czyli sjesty upalnej, to uciążliwe! Animacja, poprawna, realizują plan tygodniowy powtarzający się - starają się, ale nic specjal, poprawnie, może być! Jedzenie smaczne, ale monotonne, mały wybór jak na Turcję - ale może mały kryzys, można im to chwilowo wybaczyć! Obsługa to tragedia! - w recepcji kobiety, a tych jest więcej, gadają tylko po rosyjsku, nie znają podstawowego angielskiego, odsyłąją do - guest relation po najdrobniejszą pierdołę, /dodatkową kartę do pokoju/ Lepiej nie gadaj po Polsku! - widać na każdym kroku że preferują zdecydowanie Niemców, a dalej Rosjan. Kelnerzy /większość/ preferują Niemców, widać to okropnie, pewnie za dodatkowe euraski może być inaczej. Dodatkowa kasa na kelnerów obowiązkowa!!! Nie umieją robić drinków, nawet tych płatnych za 6euro, tragedia - szkoda kasy na płatne drinki!!! Szczyt to w drinkach allinclusiv, po południu nie leją alkoholu - o nalanie alkoholu musisz sam dopatrzeć lub upomnieć się. Niechęć?, czy brak alkoholu po południu? - nie wiem! Dla Polaków - nie polecam tego miejsca! Teraz byliśmy po raz 4 w Turcji. Lubimy Turcję, ale ten hotel odradzam!, są lepsze!. Turcja fajna, ciepłe morze, hotel na 3 - nie warty tej ceny! Wakacje udane, mimo kiepskiej obsługi w hotelu. Do Turcji wrócimy!

Mnóstwo barów z drinkami chyba 8 różnych nie rozcieńczanych, piwo tuborg super.

Trafiliśmy akurat na moment gdzie winda nie działała ale przynajmniej spalaliśmy kalorie z obiadu :D Hotel przy samej plaży, co jest ogromnym plusem, do tego na terenie hotelu wiele barów i restauracji. Na pewno będziemy chcieli do Alba Resort powrócić.

Oceniam Alba Royal Resort, gdyż na miejscu okazało się, że Hotel Alba Resort jest nieczynny. Nieporozumieniem jest połączenie Wi Fi. Ogólnie jest dostępny tylko przy recepcji w wersji LIMITED o słabej prędkości. W innej wersji trzeba płacić 15 Euro. Śniadania od godz. 7:00, a kelnerzy przychodzili na godz. 8:00. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, czyściutkie, mini bar uzupełniany codziennie, kawa, herbata, cukier w pokoju uzupełniane codziennie (w pokoju był czajnik). Świetna plaża| szeroka, piaszczysta, łagodne ,długie, piaszczyste wejście do wody. Nie brakowało leżaków. Ręczniki można wymieniać nawet codziennie. Animacja słaba, głównie dla Niemców i Anglików. Hotel dostępny dla gości powyżej 16 lat. Byłem w Turcji 12 raz, za każdym razem w innym hotelu. Ogólnie wakacje udane, ale szału nie było. Otoczenie ładne, dużo zieleni. Wypocząć można.

W hotelu głownie Niemcy - bylismy jedynymi Polakami. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i sympatyczna. W okolicy hotelu - raczej brak atrakcji - chyba że wybierzemy się do Side. Pokój mieliśmy mały, narożny, od strony ulicy, dla na ok, przynajmniej byliśmy z daleka od głośnych rozrywek. Ogólnie hotel bardzo się nam podobał.
