Superbrands Polska 2010-2012
For the second time already, ITAKA Travel Agency has received the prestigious title Superbrands Poland, which means that it is definitely one of the strongest brands on the Polish market. This year the distinction is all the greater that Customers also had an impact on the choice, who assessed brands in an Internet consumer study.
Traditionally, the decision was made by independent experts from the Brands Council. Recognition, unique character of offered benefits and a strong bond with customers were mainly taken into account, as were the results of the Internet consumer study, conducted on a sample of 2700 people. This is great proof of ITAKA's strong position on the Polish market. Thank you!

Effective realisation of the quality policy, clarity of procedures, high level of commitment of staff in achieving quality objectives, care for ensuring the highest quality of offered products and services, as well as effectiveness of managing the organisation, high standards of activity of ITAKA in relation to mentioned criteria caused the company to receive the title Quality of the Year 2012?.
The competition Quality of the Year promotes enterprises and attitudes, which aim to achieve the highest quality in business. The organiser of the competition is Fundacja Qualitas, and an independent chapter grants the awards. Many factors are taken into account, among others, ISO systems, internal quality control systems, certificates, and commitment of employees to the quality control system.
