A visit to the Palace of Shirvan Chess - one of the symbols of Baku. Lunch in a restaurant serving national cuisine. Then, ascent to the unique Maiden's Tower from the turn of the 7th / 8th centuries, from which there is a beautiful view of the city and the sea. The old town with the Shirvan Chess Palace and the Maiden's Tower has been entered on the UNESCO list. Walk through the medieval market square. Return to the hotel. Free time. Overnight.
3. DAY. SURAXANI - MARDAKAN - YANARDAG
Breakfast. Drive along the route among the oil fields to the town of SURAXANI in the suburbs of Baku. There is Ateszgah - the Temple of Fire Worshipers, dating from the 5th-4th centuries BC, a place of worship of the Zoroastrian. Visiting the museum currently located here. Transfer to the spa town of MARDAKAN. Visiting the medieval defensive tower. Time for photos. Drive to YANARDAG, which means a burning mountain. Admiring the so-called burning rocks. In Azerbaijan, known as the land of fire, in many places the gas that comes out from under the surface burns spontaneously. Yanardag is the most famous place where you can observe this phenomenon. Transfer to a restaurant serving national cuisine, lunch. A visit to the Heydar Aliyev Center, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, a modern cultural center with a futuristic shape, housing a museum, concert halls, exhibitions and offices. A visit to the museum dedicated to the former president and the car museum with an exhibition of rare models of cars produced in various countries from the end of the 19th century to the 1960s. 4. DAY. P.N. QOBUSTAN
Breakfast. Transfer to the QOBUSTAN NATIONAL PARK, entered on the UNESCO list, located approx. 65 km from Baku. There are approx. 4,000 prehistoric petroglyphs carved on the rocks with drawings from approx. 12,000 years ago. The famous monuments are two stone structures - musical instruments, consisting of many different stones which emit sounds in different keys when struck. Admiring the famous mud volcanoes, commemorative photos. Return to Baku. Drive to the Bibi-Heybat Mosque, rebuilt in the 1990s after it was completely destroyed by the Bolsheviks in 1936. It is the spiritual center of the region's Muslims and one of the main monuments of Islamic architecture in Azerbaijan. Lunch at a restaurant serving fresh fish. Return to the hotel. Free time. Overnight.
5. DAY. BAKU: BAZAR - TEA TASTING
Breakfast. A trip to the local bazaar, where you can buy vegetables, fruits and spices growing in Azerbaijan. It is a perfect place to taste unknown fruits, vegetables and delicacies made here. Sellers willingly offer their products. You can also buy souvenirs for your loved ones here: sweets, teas, preserves. A visit to the Azer Elme weaving museum, learn about the process of making carpets with the option of buying on the spot. Lunch at a restaurant serving local dishes. A visit to the teahouse, where you can try many types of tea, very popular and drunk here at any time of the day, as well as jams of various fruits and vegetables. However, this trip will show that the name was for a different reason and that the country has so much more to offer than its oil fields. Piękny kraj ale organizacja i wiedza pilota miejscowego i polskiego a może chęć jej przekazania na duży minus. Uczestnicy wielokrotnie prosili o przekazanie informacji o kraju, to w odpowiedzi słyszeliśmy, że jutro, bo teraz za krótki przejazd. W rezultacie otrzymaliśmy set informacji, który można sobie wyczytać w necie. Nie zostały zrealizowane dwa punkty kulinarne programu, pomimo zapytań czyli nie było lunchu rybnego oraz suchego prowiantu w dniu wyjazdu. Będziemy składać reklamację.

Wycieczka mogłaby być lepsza pod warunkiem lepszego zakwaterowania i wyżywienia oraz przede wszystkim lepszej organizacji zwiedzania chociażby samego Baku , bez niepotrzebnej straty jednego dnia na plaży po sezonie kiedy nic na tej plaży nie jest czynne , a grupa turystów z Polski to jedyni ludzie na plaży. Organizowanie wieczoru w regionalnej restauracji kilka godzin przed wylotem jest totalnym nieporozumieniem.

Polecam tę wycieczkę z pełną odpowiedzialnością. Wspaniały bogaty kraj a stolica kraju BAKU po prostu bajka. Byliśmy w pierwszym terminie czerwcowym. Grupa 24 osoby plus super pilotka Pani Halina. Opieka ze strony kontrahenta azerskiego rewelacyjna. Nasz miejscowy przewodnik dwoił się i troił aby spełnić nasze oczekiwania. Woda do picia codziennie plus woda w hotelu. Program ułożony z głową -zaspokoi wszystkie gusta. Jeden dobry hotel- na cały pobyt z bardzo dobrym sklepem samoobsługowym vis a vis. Grupa tylko tam robiła zakupy zarówno na potrzeby bieżące a także na wywóz do Polski. Ceny podobne jak u nas. Alkohol i papierosy tańsze. Śniadania w hotelu smaczne i jest w czym wybierać. Obsługa grzeczna. Młodzi do 30 nie zna rosyjskiego starsi jak najbardziej. Przy hotelu przystanek autobusowy w pobliżu. Nr 52 zawiezie w kilka chwil do starego miasta i do centrum. Sugeruję wymianę waluty na początku w okolicach 50 euro na parę. W razie potrzeby można wymienić w mieście w każdym banku/ bez paszportu/ Co ważne wyjazdy na zwiedzanie rozpoczynały się ok 10 rano a kończyły ok 17-18. Tylko raz wyjechaliśmy o 9. Azerzy mili i sympatyczni. Pogoda super. Wrażeń moc.

Grupa 20 osobowa doświadczonych turystów miała okazję zobaczyć ten ciekawy kraj z dynamicznie rozwijającą się stolicą BAKU.Na każdym kroku spotykaliśmy bardzo nam życzliwych ludzi. Pogoda wspaniała zarówno w górach jak i nad morzem.Mogliśmy skorzystać z pierwszej w tym roku kąpieli w Morzu Kaspijskim.Sporo wolnego czasu sprzyjało świetnemu relaksowi.Zwiedzanie meczetów nie stanowiło problemu.Duże wrażenie robi Centrum Kultury im.Alijewa. Ciekawy , godny odwiedzenia kraj.

W sumie najciekawsze było Baku , ale wycieczki po okolicy też nie były nudne.Miasto ma zdecydowanie Europejski charakter,także ludzie spotykani -zawsze uśmiechnięci i życzliwi /mało turystów i Polacy są lubiani/. Ul.Nizami jak Piotrkowska w Łodzi.Stare miasto,secesyjne centrum,centra handlowe ,sklepy, supermarkety i stosunkowo tanie jedzenie w restauracjach.Program wycieczki pozwolił na swobodne wieczory w fajnych knajpkach z pysznym jedzeniem ,dobrym winem, w fajnym towarzystwie.Warto jechać! Pomysł Itaki na taki rodzaj zwiedzania /jeden hotel ,nieprzeładowany program ,obiady w porach obiadowych i czas wolny wieczorem/ to naprawdę super zadziałało !

Bardzo zły hotel położony w brudnej dzielnicy ,w pokojach nie zmienia się pościeli ani nie wymienia ręczników ,brak papieru toaletowego ,bardzo ubogie śniadania ,tego hotelu nie należy wynajmować Bardzo ciekawa wycieczka ,bardzo dobrze przygotowana pilotka ,posiadająca szeroki zakres wiedzy i umiejętność jej przekazywania ,bardzo dobry lokalny przewodnik .Gdyby nie fatalny hotel to te wycieczkę polecał bym innym osobom .

Jestem bardzo niezadowolona z wycieczki. To co się działo było karygodne. Zarówno hotel, któremu rzekome 4gwiazdki straciły ważność w marcu jak i logistyka i podejście pilota.
