Hotel przepiękny , wspaniała zieleń, miła obsługa. Polecam dla osób chcących wyłącznie odpoczywać nad basenem w przepięknym otoczeniu. jedzenie smaczne , urozmaicone. Niezgodne z opisem są animacje sportowe : była tylko poranna gimnastyka i gimnastyka w wodzie oraz ,co wieczór, zespół muzyczny. Żadnej piłki wodnej, siatkówki, żadnej muzyki przy basenie , wszystkie atrakcje : piłkarzyki , ping-pong, bilard dodatkowo płatne.

Podróż w to miejsce wraz z żoną traktowaliśmy jako naszą przygodę po 20 latach małżeństwa. Jesteśmy z żoną oczarowani hotelem i otoczeniem. Piękne miejsce z urozmaiconą roślinnością i moje ulubione palmy - były takie wielkie i wspaniale pielęgnowane. Było ich mnóstwo i to w bardzo wielu gatunkach, a do tego świetnie skomponowany ogród i całe otoczenie. Mógłbym pisać i pisać... Te alejki wśród palm i kaktusów - to było coś przepięknego. Cudownie było po nich spacerować i napawać się ich urokiem. A ten, a raczej te baseny. Były świetnie zlokalizowane wśród wspomnianej roślinności z mostkami i przepięknym widokiem na ocean. Perspektywa głównego basenu sprawiała wrażenie jakby łączył się z oceanem. Był niesamowicie wypoziomowany i zlokalizowany. Wszystko to sprawiało, że pluskanie i pływanie w nich było wyśmienitą przyjemnością i relaksem. Jeśli chodzi o hotel to urzekał architekturą i wielowątkowością swoich skrzydeł. Naprawdę było gdzie spacerować. Sprawiał wrażenie wielkiej przestrzeni ale jednocześnie był przytulny, a przy tym gustownie urządzony. My otrzymaliśmy pokój na poziomie restauracji w bocznym skrzydle z pięknym widokiem na ocean oraz przyhotelową wspaniałą roślinnością , o której wspomniałem wcześniej. Był to niby parter ale w rzeczywistości 3 piętro. Dzięki czemu wszędzie mieliśmy blisko, czy to na posiłki do restauracji wewnątrz budynku i na jej zewnętrzną część gdzie przy stoliku spożywając posiłek można było jednocześnie podziwiać ocean, basen i tą florę. Blisko było również na część z basenami czy wreszcie na plażę z ciemnym, delikatnym wulkanicznym piaskiem. Pokój jak to pokój hotelowy, a że w takim miejscu to jasne że niewiele czasu w nim spędzaliśmy, głównie noce czy późne wieczory. Niemniej całkowicie spełnił nasze oczekiwania był przyzwoicie wyposażony i wystarczającej wielkości, a przy tym bardzo przytulny. Bardzo duże łóżko - musiałem wykonać 2 obroty aby przytulić się do żony. Był bardzo czysty i codziennie sprzątany, choć tego nie wymagaliśmy. Jeśli chodzi o wyżywienie - było świetne i bardzo urozmaicone, co powodowało, że rano i wieczorem wręcz przejadaliśmy się z żoną. Hotelowa obsługa bardzo przyjazna, miła i chętna do pomocy w razie potrzeby. Pewnego razu przed południem zbiłem w pokoju szklaną butelkę i bardzo szybko pomogła mi Pani sprzątająca doprowadzając pokój do porządku. Codziennie wieczorem w klubie nocnym odbywały się różne imprezy dla gości hotelowych. Czy to występy zespołów z muzyką dla każdego, czy to hiszpańskie tancerki, czy jeszcze coś innego - trudno tu wszystko opisać. Te 7 dni spędzonych w tak urzekającym miejscu były dla nas niesamowitą przyjemności, relaksem i sprawiły, że czas tam spędzony minął jak jedna krótka chwila. Wręcz nie zdążyłem nacieszyć się tym miejscem. Gorąco polecamy to miejsce małżeństwom w każdym wieku.

Hotel ogromny, dookoła piękny, bardzo zadbany ogród, dużo leżakow, możliwość odpoczynku na trawie przy basenie. Baseny czyste, w dwóch podgrzewana woda, największy typu Infiniti z bardzo ładnym widokiem ale niestety hotel położony na odludziu.W najbliższej okolicy nie ma totalnie nic. Do centrum Costa Calma ok 30-40 min na piechotę, można wziąć taxi za ~7 €. Brak plaży bezpośrednio przy hotelu. Najbliższa ok 15-20 min drogi od hotelu. W hotelu kilka małych sklepów/ butików ale czynne bardzo krótko (9.30-12) i w dodatku nie codziennie, jest także sklep, można kupić wodę w butelkach po 5l. Jedzenie smaczne, duża różnorodność, codziennie świeże ryby/owoce morza. Mili pracownicy kuchni (serwujący ciepłe potrawy), kelnerzy trochę mniej sympatyczni, czasami było trzeba długo czekać na obsługę podczas kolacji ( stanowczo za mało personelu na taką ilość gości). Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Ogólnie wyjazd uważam za udany

Hotel znajduje się w pięknym położeniu i zachwyca architekturą, zadbanym ogrodem botanicznym jednak tutaj kończą się plusy. Jesteśmy raczej mało marudzącym typem klienta, ale niektóre niedociągnięcia zdecydowanie wpłynęły na jakość naszego pobytu. Pierwsza rzecz - formuła all inclusive z opaskami, która kompletnie mija się z celem, ponieważ przy każdym “zamówieniu” czy to w barze czy, uwaga, w trakcie posiłku konieczne jest skanowanie branzoletki, która jest gumowa, zdejmowana i łatwo o niej zapomnieć. I tu kolejna sprawa, oczekiwanie na kelnerów, aby złożyć zamówienie na napoje (automat z napojami dostępny tylko na śniadanie i kolację a w nim tylko kawa i herbata, dodatkowo co chwila zacina się, brak wystarczającej liczby kubków) - bywały sytuacje,że nikt nie podszedł do naszego stolika a my już skończyliśmy jeść. Inne narodowości obsługiwane w pierwszej kolejności. Wszyscy poza paniami z recepcji i jedną panią w barze z fochem. Kolejki do wszystkiego. Brak WiFi co za taką cenę i w tych czasach nie powinno mieć miejsca, natomiast internet zakupiony w hotelu działał tak jakby chciał, ale nie mógł. Baseny są piękne i obszerne natomiast miejsc na leżaki już nie ma - wszystko ciasno poupychane tak, że można czytać z książki sąsiada obok. Dobrze wyposażona siłownia, SPA ($). Nieczynna laguna i kawał drogi do plaży pełnej kamorów - nam to nie przeszkadzało, jednak dla niektórych był to ogromny dyskomfort. Polecam tym co traktują hotel jako baza wypadowa choć jestem przekonana, że są inne znacznie tańsze opcje.

Hotel o dobrym standardzie, pokoje wyposażone dobrze, sprzątane, smaczna kuchnia. Otoczenie hotelowe zadbane, leżaków pod dostatkiem, jeden z basenów z podgrzewana wodą. Ogród zadbany. DO plaży około 500 m, plaża piaszczysta, ale o tej porze roku (początek listopada) bez serwisu plażowego.

Piękny budynek w stylu kolonialnym, rozległy, nie daje poczucia zatłoczenia pomimo dużej ilości gości, otoczony przepięknym, bardzo zadbanym ogrodem. Wygodne pokoje, codziennie starannie sprzątane. Piękne lobby od strony recepcji i od strony ogrodu, z miejscami do odpoczynku, z wieczorną muzyką na żywo. Elegancki wystrój, dbałość o szczegóły. Wyjątkowo piękne stare windy. Możliwość spożywania posiłków w ogrodzie, wśród roślin, lampionów, przy muzyce na żywo, z widokiem na ocean i wschód słońca. Eleganckie SPA, siłownia, miejsca do ćwiczeń i pilates, czyste, zadbane baseny, w tym z podgrzewaną wodą, zielonym trawnikiem i bajecznym widokiem na ocean. Plaża kilkaset metrów od hotelu, , z łagodnym zejściem do oceanu, spacer na nią drogą szutrową nad oceanem. W pobliżu hotelu hulajnogi do wykorzystania, np.do dojazdu utwardzonym deptakiem do Costa Calma, wzdłuż brzegu oceanu. Dobre miejsce wypadowe do Costa Calma i Moro Jable(autobusy z Costa Calma). Nigdzie nie spotkałam takiej dbałości o koty- mają na terenie ogrodu swoje miejsca z karmą i schronieniem w małych namiocikach. Prawdopodobnie pilnują ogrodu przed wszechobecnymi wiewiórkami berberyjskie, które można spotkać zaraz po wyjściu z hotelu. Świetnym pomysłem dla powracających o zmroku znad oceanu gości jest brama otwierająca się na kartę magnetyczną od pokoju. Nienarzucający się bardzo kompetentny i pracowity personel. WYŚMIENITA KUCHNIA. Na pewno wrócę.

Ascend to the Pico del Chache, the highest peak of Lanzarote, from where there is a beautiful view of the La Corona volcano.
