Świetnym rozwiązaniem w hotelu jest możliwość korzystania z napojów w samoobsługowych nalewakach z sokami, wodą, winem i piwem, dzięki czemu nie trzeba było stać w kolejce do barmana. Fajne widoki z hotelowego basenu na wydmy w Maspalomas. Hotel warty polecenia.

Bardzo fajny hotel. Położony w dużym ogrodzie , mnóstwo miejsca do leżenia, brak problemów z leżakami. Dwa baseny ogólnodostępne + basen dla dorosłych (za opłatą) ale nie polecam go bo przy nim nie ma ani jednego drzewa, a więc zero cienia. Jest jeszcze osobny basen dla dzieci ze strefą do zabaw dzięki czemu dorośli i dzieci "nie wchodzą sobie drogę" :) Uwaga przy basenach właściwie nie ma parasoli ! Ale to nie problem bo jest wiele drzew pod którymi w razie potrzeby znajdzie się cień. Woda w basenach jak na listopad dość ciepła, w jednym była podgrzewana. Sam hotel nie jest nowy co od razu widać po jego architekturze, ale jest zadbany, pokoje czyste, łazience również nie mogę nic zarzucić. Pokoje składają się z dwóch oddzielnych sypialni, dużej garderoby, przedpokoju i łazienki. Jedne pokoje wychodzą na ulicę i na ocean a drugie na ogród. Ich wystrój i rozkład są identyczne. Dla mnie znaczenie miało że były czyste, a sama lokalizacja to rzecz drugorzędna, bo po wyjściu rano wracałem wieczorem, więc widok za oknem nie miał znaczenia. Oczywiście dla kogoś kto lubi przebywać w pokoju najlepsze są te na najwyższym piętrze z widokiem na ocean. Bardzo duża stołówka, urozmaicone smaczne jedzenie dla każdego coś się znajdzie, mnóstwo owoców i deserów, ciastek, lody. Napoje z automatów, również piwo i wino. Lobby bar przy basenie również oceniam na 5, przekąski ciepłe i zimne, napoje (kawa, herbata, czekolada na gorąco, piwo wino, woda itd.) dostępne przez cały czas i w każdych ilościach. Wieczornych animacji nie oceniam bo w nich nie uczestniczyłem, ale co wieczór był najpierw program dla dzieci, a potem dla dorosłych. W ciągu dnia animatorzy prowadzili np. aqua aerobik i inne zabawy w wodzie. Z hotelu bardzo blisko ok. 10 min. na publiczną dużą plażę San Augustin, z hotelu zejście z klifu schodami (ponad 160 stopni !) Przepiękne widoki, polecam kąpiel w oceanie. Dla kogoś kto ceni sobie odpoczynek z dala od zgiełku ten hotel to strzał w dziesiątkę. Na zakupy można się wybrać do Playa de Ingels autobusem lub taksówką. Tam z chodników można zajrzeć do basenowych hoteli (dla mnie to małokomfortowe) również ilość ludzi na ulicach jest spora. Jeśli wrócę na Gran Canarię to na pewno rozważę ten hotel ponownie. 7 dni minęło nie wiadomo kiedy. Świetna pogoda, mieliśmy od 25 - 34 stopni! jest też co zwiedzać (polecam samemu komunikacją).

Hotel w bardzo dobrym stanie, zadbany, czysty i dobrze zorganizowany, wszelkie udogodnienia dostepne dla klienta. Wyzywienie bardzo dobrze, roznorodne i z bogata oferta dla kazdego. Pokoj sprzatany codziennie, z duza staranoscia, obsluga bardzo mila i zyczliwa. W obiekcie 3 baseny, czyste i zadbane, duza liczba lezakow zapewnie dostep dla kazdego. Drink bar i wyzywnie blisko basenow. Plaza znajduje sie okolo 300 metrow od hotelu, dojscie bardzo wygodne po schodach. Hotel jak najbardziej do godnego polecenia, z pewnościa wybralbym jeszcze raz gdybym mial ponownie sie wybierac na Gran Canarie.

Hotel duży, pokoje czyste ale łazienka nie przystaje do standardu czterech gwiazdek, nie chodzi o sprzątanie ale o ząb czasu który już niestety widać. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, ręczniki również wymieniane codziennie. Ogród przestronny, duży, można więc spędzić spokojnie czas podróżując bez dzieci. Jedzenie bardzo dobre różnorodne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, niestety kawa marnej jakości. Minusem jest konieczność wpłacenia kaucji 50 euro przy przylocie ( być może niektórzy goście nie płacili za to, co nie było wliczone w koszt pobytu wcześniej) jak również dodatkowa opłata za korzystanie z basenu dla dorosłych oraz za każda wymianę ręcznika plażowego. Ogólnie hotel wart polecenia pomimo swojej wielkości personel hotelu daje sobie świetnie radę obsługą gości, szczególnie podczas posiłków. Minusem dla osób podróżujących do innych miejsc minusem może również być brak plaży hotelowej, plaża jest publiczna z leżakami i parasolami dodatkowo płatnymi ok 400-500m od hotelu.

Jedynie smutno Nam było, bez widoku z pokoju na ocean. No ale ktoś tez musiał dostać te pokoje z widokiem na drogę ;-)

hotel bardzo ładny nowoczesny obsługa bardzo dobra pokoje wygodne klimatyzacja działała bardzo dobrze. Otoczenie hotelu to zadbany teren z palmami i ładnymi basenami w tym dla małych dzieci. Plaża z ciemnym piaskiem, zejście po ok.120 schodach w dół. Nie polecam osobom starszym i małym dzieciom. Jest opcja hotelu dojazdu bezpłatnie do plaży z białym piaskiem.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi; rozległy teren zielony, gdzie można rozłożyć leżaki i wypoczywać, 3 duże baseny (jeden tylko dla dorosłych), plus splash park i spory basen dla dzieci o głębokości 40 cm. Można spokojnie siedzieć na brzegu i patrzeć jak pociechy się bawią. Pokoje nie grzeszą nowoczesnością, ale są czyste, serwis sprzątający codziennie, wymiana ręczników także. Restauracja- sporo dań do wyboru, jednak dość monotonne (codziennie frytki i pizza oraz makaron i sos pomidorowy zarówno na obiad, jak i na kolację, ale oprócz tych „standardów” były ryby i mięso, które się zmieniały). Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Należy zwrócić uwagę, ze hotel położony jest na uboczu od „centrum” hotelowo-rozrywkowego Maspalomas, jednak 2 x dziennie kursuje z hotelu darmowy autobus na dwie duże plaże (playa del Ingles i Maspalomas). Urlop udany, polecamy :)

Obsługa miła, wyżywienie na plus, smaczne, dania powtarzają się co 2/3 dni, ale nawet przez tydzień czymś dało się zaskoczyć. Hotel blisko przystanku Guaguas Global, ale w samej okolicy mało atrakcji, trzeba wyjechać trochę dalej. Najgorzej wspominamy przelot, pomimo sprawnej obsługi, komfort samolotu Ryanair (Boeing 737-800) na 5,5h lotu trochę niski.

Jedzenie do wyboru, ogromne ilości. Napoje dostępne z automtu i od barmana. Spacery nad oceanem, deptakiem można iść i iść. Super pod każdym względem. Polecam ten hotel i chętnie tam wrócę.
