Średnia klasa hotelu wygodne łóżko w sypialni ale poduszka już niekoniecznie bo jedna jest dobra a w drugiej jakby zabrakło ,pierza,, płaska.Łazienka w porządku,czysto i papier toaletowy był.Salonik z aneksem wygodny,brak jednak w telewizji jakiegokolwiek kanału polskojęzycznego natomiast ma się rozumieć mnóstwo kanałów hiszpańskich, angielskich czy niemieckich na nawet włoskie!Na balkonie który był fajny bo miał położenie od strony południowy zachód należy nadmienić że była połamaną suszarka balkonowa więc suszenie ręczników niestety innej odzieży odbywało się na krzesłach balkonowych,gdy było wietrznie bardzo i ryzykownie bo pochmurnie to warto było się poopalać właśnie na balkonie.Baseny hotelowe przyzwoite.Wyzywienie dobre choć śniadania monotonne powtarzające się często w ciągu całego tygodnia potrawy z jajkami w rolach głównych ale za to fajne i smaczne ryby na obiady i kolacje.

Początkowo hotel wywarł bardzo dobre wrażenie. Do dyspozycji było dwupokojowe mieszkanie z balkonem. Salon, sypialnia, aneks kuchenny i łazienka. Czysto, cicho, sprzątane codziennie oprócz śród i piątków. Zakaz rzucania ręczników rano na leżaki :) Brak klimatyzacji i bezpłatnego wifi. Wysoko oceniam warunki zakwaterowania. Blisko ocean i promenada. Na plaży ciemny pasek, przyjemnie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Niestety jeśli chodzi o wyżywienie, nie można powiedzieć nic dobrego. Każda potrawa była źle wykonana. Lasagne niejadalna, rozgotowany makaron pływał w sosie, mięso twarde, jajecznica z proszku, racuchy z gumy, leczo bez smaku, niedoprawione, potrawy azjatyckie twarde od tłuszczu, bułki twarde, kawa z automatu, lody sztuczne. Produkty mam wrażenie słabej jakości, a wykonanie pozostawia dużo do życzenia, po prostu niesmaczne. Jestem rozczarowana, gdyż liczyłam na dobrą kuchnię. Dodam, że dużo podróżuję i mam porównanie. Na koniec pobytu na bułkach na stołówce zauważyłam insekta(!), co spowodowało, że ocena za jedzenie spada jednej gwiazdki. Niestety nie mogę polecić.

Bardzo dogodne położenie. Domki 1-pietrowe z dużymi tarasami. To nie pokoje tylko apartamenty z aneksem kuchennym. . W pokoju czysto, sprzątanie 5x w tygodniu. Do plaży i centrum 10 min pieszo. Kiedy wieje kalima, nawet lepiej niż przy samej plaży. Żaden z basenów nie był w czasie naszego pobytu podgrzewany. ( pierwsza połowa lutego 2024), czym jestem zawiedziona. I największy minus to młody recepcjonista, który robił wszystkim podróżnym na złośc. Nie wyda klucza przed 16 00, nie umie zeskanować dokumentów, zepsuta drukarka, przeciągał zameldowanie, żeby nie zdążyć na posiłek , itd. Wymagana drukowana na papierze forma rezerwacji z biura podróży. Ten człowiek powinien zniknąć z recepcji! Natomiast jedzenie bardzo dobre, urozmaicone. Od wczesnego rana do późnego wieczora, poza głównymi posiłkami, można się pożywić w barze. Starannie utrzymana zieleń na terenie ośrodka. Również na terenie sklepik w którym są wszystkie niezbędne artykuły.

Promenada oświetlona ciągnąca się kilometrami w obie strony. Dodatkową atrakcją jest obserwowanie startów i lądowań samolotów z bliska. Z animacji nie korzystaliśmy. Plusem jest też krótki transfer z i na lotnisko.

Hotel z pomysłem - na całość obiektu składają się niewielkie domki (w każdym z nich po cztery apartamenty), które razem tworzą wrażenie uroczej wioski/dzielnicy. Uliczki, białe elewacje domków z granatowymi, szarymi i żółtymi dodatkami oraz otoczenie basenów - wszystko jest bardzo estetyczne. Duża ilość leżaków, na przełomie stycznia i lutego nigdy ich nie brakowało :) Uwaga dla lubiących spokojny wypoczynek - do około 14 przy basenie gra dość głośna muzyka, może utrudniać skupienie się na nieco ambitniejszej lekturze. W późniejszych godzinach jest już cisza i spokój. Apartamenty przestronnie, dobrze wyposażone. Suszarka do włosów z dużą mocą, aneks kuchenny. Trafił mi się taras z widokiem na ocean, wschody słońca z niego oglądane - bezcenne. W moim pokoju (na piętrze) lekko było czuć wilgoć, a czystość może w 100% spełniała moje (dość wygórowane, przyznaję) standardy, ale było przyzwoicie. Na terenie obiektu jest też sklep, czynny do 23:00. Jedzenie świeże (na plus duża ilość warzyw i soczystych owoców), bardzo miła lodówka z lodami, fajne przekąski w barze przy basenie, obsługa uprzejma i uśmiechnięta. Podsumowując - polecam, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Hotel świetnie położony w pobliżu lotniska i centrum miasta Puerto del Carmen, 3-4 minuty od promenady i piaszczystej plaży. Świetna baza wypadowa do wycieczek po wyspie. Duża ilość wypożyczalni samochodów i rowerów w przystępnych cenach. Pokoje hotelowe -zgodnie z opisem w ofercie, ale uważam, że nadające się już do odświeżenia. Codziennie sprzątane, co drugi dzień wymiana ręczników. Posiłki świeże, urozmaicone, dania mało doprawione ale są przyprawy i można zrobić to wg własnego uznania. Obsługa pomocna, uśmiechnięta.

Biorąc pod uwagę, że był to hotel 3gwiazdkowy to było bardzo dobrze. Duży wybór jedzenia, wszystko smaczne, świeże. Codziennie kolacje w innym temacie (kanaryjskim, włoskim, hiszpańskim, meksykańskim, francuskim, azjatyckim). Duży wybór drinków w ofercie all inclusive. Apartament 3 osobowy wystarczający powierzchniowo. Balkon był mini tarasem ze stolikiem i krzesłami. Bardzo dobry kontakt z recepcją - szybka reakcja na każda prośbę. Jedyny minus, który nam się przydarzył to brak klimatyzacji. Akurat trafiliśmy na czas Kalimy, więc zaznaliśmy anomalii pogodowej jeśli chodzi o Lanzarote (temperatury w dzień nie schodziły poniżej 30 stopni, a w nocy ok.22). Brak klimatyzacji sprawił, że mimo otwartych okien ciężko było spać. Ponadto dosyć hałaśliwi sąsiedzi (Anglicy), no ale to nie wina hotelu. Do plaży niedaleko, 2 baseny na terenie ośrodka, dużo leżaków, ale mogłoby być więcej parasoli. Codzienne animacje + wieczory tematyczne (dla dzieci i dorosłych). Hotel niedaleko lotniska, więc słychać samoloty, ale po dwóch nocach już się na to nie reagują, a widok lądujących samolotów przepiękny :) Plaża czasem szeroka, czasem wąska (kwestia przypływów i odpływów). Przy samym hotelu postój taksówek, niedaleko przystanek autobusowy i wypożyczalnia samochodów. Cała wyspa piękna, można objechać w jeden dzień samochodem, można wybrać się na wycieczkę zorganizowaną, można autobusem (sprawdziliśmy każdą opcję :) Wycieczka do Rancho Texas bezpłatnym autobusem spod hotelu. Ogólnie bardzo polecam wyjazd :)

Schludnie, czysto, pokoje sprzątane codziennie lub co drugi dzień z wymianą ręczników i pościeli włącznie. Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie w restauracji to mogłabym dużo opowiadać. Bardzo nam wszystko smakowało, były niesamowite ilości różnorodnych smakołyków. Codziennie inna kuchnia tematyczna. Sympatyczna i uprzejma obsługa w całym hotelu. Dla nas jedne z lepszych wakacji. Bardzo udany pobyt, który będziemy długo wspominać, nie tylko ze względu na hotel oczywiście :)

Zajmuje duży obszar i ma na swoim terenie wiele różnych atrakcji. 2 baseny bez problemu wystarczały, żeby pomieścić gości, a w razie czego pare minut spacerkiem na piaszczysta plaże. Pokoje czyste, sprzątane 5 razy w tygodniu, łazienka tez nie daje sobie nic zarzucić. Jedzenie ok, smaczne i starają się żeby było różnorodne. Obsługa uprzejma i uśmiechnięta, jednak tylko niewielka część zna angielski. Pobyt oceniamy na bardzo udany, hotel dal nam więcej niż spodziewaliśmy się po 3 gwiazdkach. Polecamy!
