Standard pokoi niestety pozostawia wiele do życzenia (nawet w opcji Junior Suite). Zużyte meble, listwy podłogowe, wymagają z pewnością wymiany. Dużym problemem jest brak wentylacji w łazience i nieprzyjemny zapach wydobywający się z kanalizacji, hałas dochodzący z windy oraz z korytarzy. Dodatkowo części wspólne w blokach mieszkalnych (bloki od nr 3 w górę) to chyba lata 80-90 te. Z kolei części reprezentacyjne (lobby) zarówno w jednej jak i drugiej części hotelu na dobrym poziomie, tak samo części basenowe i rekreacyjne w szczególności w części Mar. Na plus z pewnością możliwość korzystania z fitness (siłowania) oraz z basenu sportowego a także obsługa pokojowa. Jedzenie monotonne, ale smaczne. Duży wybór drinków w opcji AI. Hotel położny z dala od centrum, ok. 35 minut pieszo do najbliższego centrum (Costa Teguise), przy czym pod hotelem znajduje się przystanek autobusowy z częstymi połączeniami zarówno do Teguise jak i Arrecife. „Plaża”przy hotelu kamienista, bez możliwości rozłożenia się, chyba że na większych kamieniach. Położenie oraz standard pokoju definitywnie na minus. Na plus części reprezentacyjne, baseny, fitness.

Opinia dotyczy zakwaterowania w części dalszej od plaży (hotel składa się z 2 części, przedzielonych ulicą). Jest to duży kompleks hotelowy, w którego skład wchodzi wiele 3-poziomowych budynków. Na terenie kompleksu jest dobrze utrzymana i dość obfita (jak na warunki Lanzarote) roślinność. Nasz pokój posiadał widok na basen, co było bardzo wygodne do śledzenia nadchodzących animacji. Każda z części posiada własne lobby, restaurację oraz bar nad basenem. Niezależnie od zakwaterowania ma się dostęp do większości atrakcji, co daje możliwość wyboru animacji, aktywności sportowych zgodnie z upodobaniem (odbywają się równoczasowo w obu częściach). Basenów jest kilka z różną głębokością i temperaturą wody, leżaków jest wiele i w różnych miejscach. Hotel wygląda na dość wiekowy i ma wiele śladów zużycia, jednak pokoje są dość funkcjonalne - polecam wybór junior suite z dodatkowym mini-salonem. Czystość na zadowalającym poziomie, sprzątanie jest dostępne codziennie. Bardzo wygodna jest bliskość przystanku autobusowego oraz obecność sklepu na terenie kompleksu - można w nim nabyć wodę, kosmetyki, a nawet pamiątki do zabrania do domu. Bardzo wygodne jest połączenie bransoletki z kluczem otwierającym drzwi do pokoju. Na terenie hotelu znajduje się również siłownia (wstęp wolny) i basen olimpijski (płatny) oraz minigolf. Mamy też do wyboru 3 restauracje a la carte - włoską, azjatycką oraz pub z transmisjami sportowymi. W kwestii wyżywienia byliśmy zadowoleni - posiłki były różnorodne i smaczne. Niewielkim minusem jest brak alternatyw nabiału i mięsa dla wegan (poza napojami roślinnymi). Wybór drinków w AI dość szeroki, choć oceniamy je jako zbyt słodkie na nasz gust. Otoczenie hotelu jest dość nieciekawe jeśli chodzi o spacery, natomiast rowerzyści będą zadowoleni z biegnącej w pobliżu trasy rowerowej. Plaża jest stroma i kamienista, raczej nie polecam do kąpieli. Warto wybrać się na nią przed zachodem słońca, żeby obserwować kraby. Do stolicy można dojechać autobusem za ok. 1,5 euro/bilet lub taksówką za ok. 10-15 euro. Trwa to 10-15 min. Warto zwrócić uwagę że po południu trwa siesta i część lokali jest zamknięta. Na szczególne docenienie zasługuje team animatorów, który zapewniał świetną zabawę od 11:00 do 22:00. Liczne aktywności sportowe i rozrywkowe były na bardzo dobrym poziomie. Wieczorami również można liczyć na dobrą rozrywkę - odbywały się koncerty, pokazy akrobatyczne i konkursy. Ogółem polecamy ten hotel jako dobrą jakość w tej cenie. Osobom aktywnym powinien przypaść do gustu, ale chętni na słodkie lenistwo również nie będą narzekać. Dziękujemy zespołowi Itaki za pomoc w wyborze hotelu oraz realizacji życzeń dotyczących pobytu!

Hotel jest zadbany, pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Wyżywienie urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Hotel jest duży, składa się w zasadzie z dwóch hoteli, usytuowanych po dwóch stronach ulicy. Możliwe jest korzystanie z restauracji i barów w każdej z części tego hotelu. Dotyczy to także basenów , których w całym kompleksie jest co najmniej kilka. Obsługa jest sympatyczna i chętna do pomocy. Do oceanu jest blisko, ale nie ma plaży , brzeg jest bardzo kamienisty. Do plaży piaszczystej jest ok. 3 km (w miejscowości Teguise), komunikacja autobusowa dobra, bilet kosztuje 1,40 euro.

Hotel jest bardzo duży, robi wrażenie, strefa basenów super, sporo miejsca, nie było sytuacji, że nie znaleźliśmy wolnych leżaków. Jedzenia sporo, 2 restauracje do korzystania w all inclusive, bardzo dużo wyboru w opcjach wege, tematyczne kolacje (azjatycka, włoska). Obsługa super, bardzo pomocni i uśmiechnięci. Nie było problemu ze zmianą pokoju, pierwszy rodzinny jaki dostaliśmy był bardzo ciemny, na parterze, miał uszkodzone drzwi na taras i drzwi do łazienki się nie zamykały, drugi pokój był już super. Między posiłkami są dostępne w barze w opcji ai frytki, nuggetsy, hamburgery, wrapy, ciasta. Kawę można robić samodzielnie w ekspresach, dostępne woda, napoje, piwo, sangria i drinki. Ekipa z klubu dziecięcego bardzo wesoła, takie duże dzieciaki, które szaleją z dziećmi. Baseny z różną temperaturą wody. Ta plaża obok hotelu to nie plaża, praktycznie same skały, doskonale miejsce dla tych, którzy chcą popływać w oceanie w kameralnym miejscu bez wielkich fal (fajna zatoka), ale na plażowanie z dziećmi się nie nadaje. Żeby dojść do większej plazy, gdzie będzie piasek potrzebny spacer ok 20-30 min promenadą. Obok hotelu duży sklep SPAR, w hotelu tez sklep spożywczy. Na terytorium znajduje się siłownia, baseny oraz kilka restauracji (jeśli by ktoś chciał zjeść coś czego nie znajdzie w menu z all inclusive) Zaraz przy recepcji hotelu jest przystanek autobusowy, więc szybko i tanio można dostrzec do stolicy wyspy - Arecife. Jeśli się chce przejść spacerkiem - w 10 minutach znajduje się piaszczysta plaża a trochę dalej liczne restauracje.
