Hotel naprawdę ładny, położony prawie nad samym oceanem - oddziela go od niego mało uczęsczana ulica i pas plaży. Czystość na bardzo wysokim poziomie, zarówno w częściach wspólnych jak i w pokojach. Obsługa bardzo miła, w większości mówiąca po angielsku. Jedzenie - zarówno w restauracji jak i w snackbarze - bardzo smaczne. W hotelu znajduje się kilka barów, w tym dwa przy basenach - jeden z nich otwarty do późnej nocy. Podczas całego naszego pobytu w tym właśnie barze każdego wieczoru zapewniona była muzyka grana na żywo przez lokalnych artystów (inny wykonawca i styl każdego dnia). Osoby lubiące więcej ciszy i wygody może zainteresować bar w budynku przy samej recepcji - rozciąga się z niego widok na całe hotelowe podwórze z basenami oraz z oceanem w tle. Hotel dysponuje własną aplikacją mobilną, w której można znaleźć podstawowe informacje typu gidziny otwarć barów, menu itp. Przez aplikację można także dokonać rezerwacji na posiłek w restauracji (wymagane za każdym razem choć nie za każdym razem sprawdzane przez obsługę sali) czy zgłosić zapotrzebowanie na wyposażenie pokoju, na przykład nowy szampon czy żel pod prysznic. Restauracja w najbardziej popularnej formie: otwarty bufet. Z minusów: niedostatek zieleni i plaża. Pomimo ogromnej liczby palm i drzew oliwnych na terenie hotelu, mieliśmy niedostatek zieleni - przestrzenie usypane kamieniami i drobnym żwirem zdecydowanie mogły by być zamienione na trawniki. Co do plaży, to jest ona zdecydowanie kamienista - piasku jest tylko niewielki fragment tuż przy hotelu. I jest to piasek nawieziony specjalnie i wysypany na kamieniach. Dojście do oceanu jest dosyć strome i w całości pokryte mniejszymi i większymi kamieniami. Po wejściu do wody - w zależności od pory dnia, wysokości przypływu i zafalowania - dno może być dosyć łagodnie opadające jak i zniknąć nagle spod nóg. Buty do chodzenia w wodzie zdecydowanie będą potrzebne. Podsumowując: Dla osób, które nie potrafią żyć bez plaży i oceanu ten kierunek może nie być najlepszy. Raczej tylko dla miłośników skalistych plaż z nieco agresywniejszą wodą. Dla osób, którym wakacje najlepiej spędza się krążąc pomiędzy barem, leżakiem i basenem - hotel zdecydowanie wart uwagi. Z racji tego, że byliśmy jedynymi gośćmi tego biura w tym hotelu, rezydent dostępny był tylko telefonicznie. Nasza jedyna sprawa, którą mieliśmy podczas tego tygodnia, została załatwiona sprawnie i od ręki. Skorzystaliśmy z jednej wycieczki - rejs katamaranem w poszukiwaniu delfinów i klifów Los Gigantes. Ostatecznie nie była to forma, której oczekiwaliśmy po przeczytaniu opisu - myśleliśmy, że będzie to bardziej kameralny i nieco dłuższy rejs. Niemniej, podobało się nam. Być może na spotkaniu z rezydentem było by to opisane w pełni i na 100% wiedzieli byśmy na co się piszemy? Ale jak już zaznaczyłem, w naszym hotelu takiego spotkania nie było. Korzystaliśmy tylko z listy wycieczek dostarczonej przez rezydenta w pakiecie powitalnym. Dokładne opisanie każdej wycieczki na takiej liście pewnie i tak wszystkich wątpliwości nie wyjaśni, ale może warto, by rezydent w przypadku obsługi telefonicznej upewnił się, że goście dokładnie wiedzą co wybrali. Komfort podróży bez zarzutu!

Hotel bardzo na plus, obsługa miła i pomocna. Bardzo dobre położenie hotelu, tylko parę kilometrów od lotniska, także nie musieliśmy spędzać dużo czasu w autobusie. Plaża kamienista, także swój urok też miała, lecz do wypoczynku polecam hotelowy basen, których jest kilka, więc każdy znajdzie odpowiednie miejsce dla siebie. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, codziennie inny motyw przewodni. Pokój duży, zadbany i czysty. Polecam ten hotel osobom, które jadą typowo odpocząć i spędzać czas w hotelu.

Hotel piękny, z niezwykłym/artystycznym wykończeniem i widokiem na ocean. Pokój na 5+, korytarze prowadzące do restauracji czy basenów trochę mniej urzekające. Kilka basenów do wyboru. Hotel położony pomiędzy 2 miejscowościami, gdzie można pysznie zjeść lokalne potrawy, szczególnie polecamy świeże owoce morza. Odległość spacerowa ok 10 min. Korzystalismy z opcji wyżywienia HB, śniadania ok, ale obiadokolacje średnie a nawet słabe jak na 5* hotel. Dużo potraw, ale ich smak pozostawia sporo do życzenia. Prawdopodobnie z powodu covid nie ma restauracji z daniami a'la carte - a przynajmniej jej nie widzieliśmy. Obsługa bardzo słabo lub prawie w ogóle nie mówi po angielsku. Obsługa pomocna, miła. Ciekawa aplikacja do komunikacji z obsługą, zamawianiem do pokoju potrzebnych rzeczy, rezerwowania posiłków. Niemal 8 dni urlopu minęło nam bardzo szybko. Animacje ograniczały się w moim odczuciu do Aqua fitness - podobnego codziennie. Prowadzony w przeważającej części po hiszpańsku.
