Hotel położony przy bajecznej plaży. Wieczorem spory wybór rozrywek. Jedzenie dobre, różnorodne. Obsługa bardzo mila chociaż bardzo nastawna na napiwki. W lobby bardzo szeroki wybór napoi (bez oraz alkoholowych) rewelacyjnie przyrządzanych. Niestety na tym koniec plusów tego hotelu. Hotel bardzo zaniedbany (odpadające kafle w basenie, dziury w ścieżkach, niedziałające oświetlenie, zardzewiałe lampy w łazienkach, odpadające futryny czy tynki na ścianach, niedziałające jacuzzi czy pralnia). Do tego poziom czystości pozostawiał wiele do życzenia poduszki na sofach, podłogi, łazienka w pokoju brudne. W strefie wspólnej leżaki czy krzesła brudne od odchodów ptasich. Ręczniki plażowe były w plamach i/lub dziurawe. Jak na hotel na Karaibach owoce były niezjadliwe a w wielu przypadkach podgniłe (w szczególności ananas). Praktycznie nie było owoców morza.

Bardzo niski standard obsługi. Jedzenie mało urozmaicone, monotonne, owoców w zasadzie brak ! Nie jest to napewno hotel 5* - niezaleznie w jakiej kategorii patrzymy (kubanskiej czy polskiej )

Czystość w pokojach jak i częściach wspólnych na bardzo dobrym poziomie, jedzenie słabe - tak wiem to Kuba natomiast na podstawie innych hoteli w których byłam ten wypada bardo słabo - trzeba przyjść zaraz na początku bo potem już wszystkiego brakuje, i wszystko rozgrzebane, stoły podczas śniadania to istny koszmar nie posprzątane, nie przygotowane dla kolejnych osób - a osób pracujących na sali mnóstwo! Najlepszy komitet pożegnalny czasem 5-6 pracowników stojących i nic nie robiących. Przez 1/3 wyjazdu nie mieliśmy ciepłej wody czyli przez prawie 5 dni, parasole na basenie zdecydowanie za nisko - nie wiem kto to dopuścił do uzytku - Mozna sie zabic walac glowa w taki.. u mnie skonczylo sie na szczescie tylko na guzie na glowie. Prysznice przy 1 wyjsciu z plaży nie działają, przy 2 ich w ogóle nie ma a przy 3 jest 1, na basenie też nie wszystkie działają. Zdecydownie nie jest to hotel 5* - pojechac warto bo plaza, ocean baseny i pogoda są bajeczne ale nie za tą cenę która oferuje biuro podróży - za połowę tej kwoty jak najbardziej byłby to dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Hotel leży na dużym obszarze, dzięki czemu stwarza atmosferę przestrzeni, "luzu" i swobody. Wyjątkiem są lobby, ogólna restauracja, baseny... Jest czysto; zawsze widać osoby sprzątające, (...)
Hotel leży na dużym obszarze, dzięki czemu stwarza atmosferę przestrzeni, "luzu" i swobody. Wyjątkiem są lobby, ogólna restauracja, baseny... Jest czysto; zawsze widać osoby sprzątające, porządkujące, dbające o dobry wygląd terenu. Najczystszym miejscem/miejscami są toalety ogólnodostępne. Było to miłym zaskoczeniem, bo z moich doświadczeń - te miejsca bywają ... "newralgiczne"! Serwis/obsługa bywała różna, od opryskliwej uwagi pana w recepcji (na moją uwagę, że nie mogę znalezć nigdzie miejsca "w cieniu" /"to co, mam wyrzucić kogoś"/, do uprzejmej informacji telefonicznej o naprawie wentylatora w pokoju! Generalnie pracownicy hotelu byli mili, pozdrawiali radosnym "Hola", a szczególnie kucharze w głównej restauracji, zapraszający do swojej kuchni gości stojących w innych kolejkach. Niestety, nad wszystkimi "unosił się" duch "poproszę o napiwek"... Jedzenie było małym rozczarowaniem: spodziewałem się więcej świeżych warzyw i owoców. Tymczasem n.p. pomidory były wręcz niesmaczne, plastikowe, bardzo cienko krojone. Wiele owoców było puszkowych (morele, mandarynki), a także warzywa (groszek, marchewka). Wszystko bardzo estetycznie dekorowane, ale po godzinie już niepoprawione, roz... przez wcześniejszych gości. Jest ambicja, ale realizacja nie "nadąża"... Pokój ogólnie OK, balkon duży i odseparowany od innych, dający poczucie intymności (dla mnie ważne i pozytywne!). Łóżko słane dokładnie i dekorowane narzutą w różnych formach, co dawało przyjemne uczucie, że ktoś "myśli" o mieszkańcu?! Fajne. Natomiast sprzątanie, odkurzanie - bywało różnie, specjalnie balkon bywał "zapominany"...:-( Plaża tez czysta, ale: nieco pózniejsze przyjście eliminowało możliwość znalezienia miejsca pod zadaszeniem; chłopcy "plażowi" chętnie pomagali, ale rozkładali bezradnie ręce. Zakaz rezerwowania leżaków przed godzina 9 ręcznikami nie był egzekwowany (ludzie kładli swoje ręczniki o 8. rano i "płacili" plażowym pesos... Natomiast ilość leżaków była dostateczna, a może nawet nadto (chaos, bałagan, ciasnota, gdy leżaki były porozstawiane wszędzie). Jakość tych łóżek plażowych bardzo dobra: żadnych podartych, połamanych, brudnych! Internet: dostępny tylko w lobby (irytujące, kiedy z odległego pokoju lub plaży nie można było mieć połącz. WiFi! Moje oceny poniżej (punkt 2) są z referencją do pięciogwiazdkowego standardu, europejskiego...

Hotel jest przepiękny, w ramach naszej podróży poślubnej w prezencie od hotelu dostaliśmy pokój z widokiem na ocean. Jedynym mankamentem jest położenie w Cayo Coco w którzy oprocz samych hoteli nie ma nic. Jednakże jestwsmy bardzo zadowoleni z hotelu ktory sprlnil w calosci nasze oczekiwania. Jedyny element do poprawy to czystość, a raczej brak wymiany brudnych narzut na lozkach. Poza tym hotel i obsługa byli bezbledni.
