Moja opinia dotyczyć będzie pobytu w części Royal Service, która różni się od pozostałych i w mojej ocenie właśnie to zagwarantowało nam udane wakacje. Różnica w standardzie jest znaczna i może przeważyć na tym czy wakacje będą ocenione na plus. Sam hotel jest świetny - pokoje czyste, dobrze urządzone, duże (wanna w pokoju, spora garderoba, część dzienna itp.) Będąc w części Royal Service mieliśmy dostęp do osobnej restauracji (gdzie można było zjeść bardzo dobrze przyrządzonego homara, krewetki, mięso + idealny serwis) i do osobnego lobby baru (drinki, kawa, obsługa- znacznie lepsze niż w pozostałych barach na terenie hotelu). Restauracja ogólnodostępna w naszej ocenie gorsza, ostatecznie z niej nie korzystaliśmy z uwagi na różnice. Przez cały pobyt mieliśmy przydzielone dwie osoby, które się nami ,,opiekowały" - informowały o tym, gdzie możemy zjeść tego wieczoru kolacje (kilka restauracji z nieograniczonym dostępem w pakiecie Royal Service), robiły za nas rezerwacje, przygotowywały kąpiel z płatkami kwiatów itp. Cały wyjazd dbali, aby nam niczego nie brakowało i żebyśmy byli zadowoleni. Cała hotelowa obsługa na olbrzymi plus, serdeczni ludzie, przy czym nikt się z niczym nie narzucał. Animacje wieczorne nam nie odpowiadały, raczej przygotowane dla Kubańczyków. Na plaży muzyka, tańce itp. Nigdy nie było problemów z leżakiem (jest osobna osoba, która ustawia leżaki i parasole). W części Roayl Service udostępniona jest dodatkowa prywatna plaża, gdzie jest cisza i spokój. Woda obłędna, na duży plus darmowy dostęp do katamaranów, kajaków i rowerków wodnych. Bar na plaży na duży plus.

Miejsce wspaniałe, obsługa miła i na wysokim poziomie. Hotel w porównaniu z innymi w okolicy nowoczesny i położony na wielkim terenie. Ilość basenów 30, a to już daje do myślenia. Szkoda jednak czasu na baseny kiedy taki cudowny ocean obok. Nie czuje się zupełnie ilości gości hotelowych. Na koniec słowo o animatorach: przez cały pobyt ćwiczenia na plaży, tańce, piłka i inne zajęcia. Wieczorami dyskoteki i cd salsy. Możliwość pływania na kajakach, desce, katamaranie bez dodatkowych opłat. Wycieczki wykupione z Itaki bardzo udane. Na Kubie jest bardzo bezpiecznie, a ludzie są otwarci, mili i piękni. Alicja z rodziną.

Hotel nowy, bardzo ładny natomiast jedzenie bardzo słabe - mały wybór, mało smaczne . Restauracja główna zamknięta , posiłki wydawane w małych bocznych restauracjach , gdzie wybór był bardzo ograniczony - potrawy bardzo suche , mało smacznie przygotowane . W barach na plaży i przy basenie można zjeść fast foody ale średniej jakości grube buły ( mało warzyw i włosy w potrawach). Obsługa hotelowa miła jednak nie odpowiadało nam, że do pokoju wchodziło dużo osób o każdej porze - często jak spaliśmy o 22 ktoś pukał a następnie wchodził do pokoju - niby sprzątać ale posprzątane było już po obierze a więc nie wiem co jeszcze chcieli robić o tej godzinie, do pokoju wchodzili też opiekunowie zostawiać karty rezerwacyjne, czy robić kąpiel - miło ale dziwnie się czuliśmy ( zazwyczaj tylko wchodzą dyskretnie sprzątaczki w ciągu dnia) .Hotel położony przy ładnej plaży ale w okolicy nie ma żadnych atrakcji ( jest tylko sztuczne miasteczko z kilkoma straganami i kafejkami ). Wieczorem słabe animacje - nic ciekawego , w ciągu dnia prowadzone zajęcia sportowe przy basenie i na plaży . Nastawiliśmy się na wypoczynek w super hotelu i byliśmy rozczarowani jedzeniem i brakiem wieczornej rozrywki - co w innych hotelach nawet 4* wyglądało lepiej .
