Obsługa grzeczna i bardzo pomocna jednak jak na hotel 5 gwiazdkowy zaniedbany ( grzyb na ścianach korytarzu oraz w rogach kabiny prysznicowej). Pokoje czyste- dziennie sprzątane, na stołówce porządek a jedzenie urozmaicone. Kelnerzy barów jak najbardziej mili i sympatyczni starają się o dobre samopoczucie gości ( czasami aż za bardzo). Bardzo chętni do nawiązywania znajomości na forach społecznościowych szczególnie z kobietami (co mam na myśli nie muszę opisywać). Plaża zadbana, serwis także podobnie jak w barach. Animacje. I tu trzeba by było się zastanowić czy w tym hotelu nie pomylono dobrej zabawy dla gości że animatorzy mają im zapewnić jakąkolwiek z rozrywkę z tym że dobrze bawią się we własnym towarzystwie. Animatorzy grają w rzutki sami ze sobą, nie proponują zabaw. Dotyczy się to każdej rozrywki. Panowie animatorzy pojawiają się i znikają a kobieta animatorka cóż można by pomyśleć że jest gościem hotelowym. Bajka dla dzieci puszczana wieczorami zawsze jedna i ta sama, bez dźwięku, co drugi dzień kończąca się w połowie bo pan który obsługuje sprzęt zapomina o tym by pilnować go. Pokój trzeba opuścić do godziny 12.00 w południe o czy recepcja przypomina, a pół godziny wcześniej bardzo mocno naciska na to by bagażowy zabrał bagaże z pokoju. Od godziny 12.00 gdy zostaje zdany pokój zostają odcinane opaski gościa hotelowego i od tego momentu nie można liczyć na nic, czyli nie przysługują się napoje ani jedzenie. Jeśli dopłaci się 30 euro jest zmiana opaski na żółtą i od tego momentu można nadal korzystać z barów i stołówek hotelowych ale tylko do godziny 18.00. Jednym słowem można odebrać to tak że gdy przyjeżdża się do hotelu jest człowiek mile widziany a gdy go opuszcza jest intruzem.

W hotelu Radisson Blu byliśmy z mężem w drugiej połowie czerwca 2018 roku.Pobyt w naszym odczuciu był bardzo udany.Mamy skalę porównawczą gdyż do Egiptu jeździmy od 20 lat.Śliczne położenie,bardzo zadbany choć nie nowoczesny, rewelacyjna obsługa, bardzo dobre jedzenie, blisko plaża.Dość daleko od lotniska,trzeba się nastawić na 1,5 godzinną jazdę autokarem.Mamy tylko jedną uwagę.Ponieważ mój mąż pływa naprawdę dużo i jedynie w morzu, nigdy nie korzystamy z basenów.W Radisson Blu jest bardzo ładna plaża, natomiast kilometrami ciągnie się rafa szeroka na około 200 metrów. W ciągu dnia trzeba się liczyć z przypływem i odpływem i gdy jest odpływ trzeba zapomnieć o kąpieli.Można jedynie w jednym maciupeńkim miejscu zejść do wody pomoczyć się w niecce wielkości dużego jakuzzi.Teoretycznie można skorzystać z zejścia do wody ze specjalnie zbudowanego pomostu, z którego spuszczane są schodki do wody ale często nie są wcale spuszczane gdyż wieją zbyt silne wiatry i zejście do wody byłoby bardzo niebezpieczne na co hotel nie mógłby sobie pozwolić.Nie jest to też hotel dla dzieci,które chciałyby jakoś czynnie spędzać czas.Zero zjeżdżalni, zero animacji, natomiast dla dorosłych świetna muzyka na żywo prawie codziennie na tarasie. Polecam hotel dorosłym którzy, tak jak my, jadą po prostu odpocząć, rewelacja.Dobre warunki do pływania z maską podczas przypływu.

Ogolnie hotel wporzadku,jedzenie dobre ,plaza ładna z piaskiem oraz żwirkiem,sprzatane pokoi poprawne,bardzo ładny ogród utrzymany w porzadku.Całe wakacje zakonczyła niemiła sytuacja.Dokupilismy pokoj do 18:00 godz.,poniewaz mielismy wyjazd na lotnisko o godz,24:00 i uznalismy ze nam wystarczy.Podeszlismy do recepcji oddac klucze do pokoju i karty na reczniki i odrzau recepcjonista odciął nam branzoletki All. i poinformował iż na kolacje juz nie musimy iść.Byliśmy w Egipcie 10 razy i pierwszy raz spotkała nas taka przykra sytuacja tym bardziej ze byliśmy z 3 dzieci w roznym wieku,oraz znajomi ktorzy rowniez byli z 3 dzieci.Zadzwoniłam do rezydentki ktora poinformowała mnie ze tak jest i juz.Mylac sie w udzielanych nam komunikatach powiedziała iz jezeli zaczyna sie kolacja to sie tak konczy.Moim zdaniem powinni udzielac takich informacji w biurze,a rezydentka mogłaby byc troche milsza.Mysle ze klientow (stałych i nie tylko)powinno sie traktowac normalnie i mowic co jest na rzeczy od razu .Chyba byłoby niesympatycznie stracic klienta ktory czesto lata i jest wierny Itace. Hotel, bar staff, animations etc. was very pleasant. Room was clean and cosy. 2 swimming pools, food in restaurants also good choice and very tasty. Beach also good, you have some lagoons where you can easily enter the sea and swim, and from the molo you can access the coral reef. Internet was working also in the room, sometimes it was a bit slower, but it was working - free of charge. In general, we were very happy with everything.

Witam serdecznie, w Hotelu Radisson Blu Resort nie ma co narzekać na czystosc, codziennie rano były sprzątane pokoje. Plaża jak marzenie i ta rafa koralowa... Sliczna. Jeśli chodzi o wyżywienie było przyzwoite. Teren Hotelu naprawdę bajka. Minusem było brak animacji i zamiast dyskoteki w restauracji przez ok 2h śpiewał stare przeboje starszy Pan.

Magiczne miejsce Hotel profesjonalny pod każdym względem. Zacznę od tego, że ma super położenie (blisko miasta El Quseir). Już w recepcji przywitali nas z uśmiechem na twarzy i błyskawiczną obsługą. Pokój czysty, codziennie sprzątany, codzienna wymiana ręczników i kosmetyków(żel pod prysznic, balsam do ciała, mydło, szampon). Ogród cudowny, pięknie zaprojektowany i bardzo zadbany. Już od świtu widać było uśmiechniętych pracowników, którzy dbają o trawnik i roślinki. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, urozmaicone i świeże (nie miałyśmy żadnych problemów żołądkowych przez 12 dni pobytu). Kucharze podchodzą i doradzają jak można pysznie zjeść. Wszystko pięknie i apetycznie podane. Bardzo dziękuję zwłaszcza kucharzowi Ahmed Sabry. Kelnerzy w tym hotelu to prawdziwi dżentelmeni . Plaża wyjątkowo czysta, długa, szeroka i piaszczysta. Bardzo dużo leżaków. Po plaży chodzą barmani i przynoszą napoje w szkle. Piękna rafa koralowa. Na plaży można zrobić sobie przepiękne zdjęcia wykonane przez profesjonalnego fotografa. Wszyscy w tym hotelu dbają o to, aby wszyscy goście, bez względu na narodowość, czuli się tutaj jak w domu. Hotel na medal,czysto i ładnie. Położenie bajkowe. Wyżywienie bardzo dobre. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Tylko pokój nadawał się do remontu no ale w tym klimacie to nie był problem.
