Hotel umiejscowiony w świetnym miejscu. Chyba najlepszy z okolicy wschodniej krety. Do plaży dość blisko, spacerem po chwili znajdujesz się już na miejscu. Plaża kamienisto- piaszczysta z przewagą drugiego. Leżaki na plaży płatne, 5 euro. Hotel urządzony w przyzwoitym standardzie. Czystość hotelu nie jest górnolotna ale nie ma tragedii, pokoje sprzątane codziennie, pachnące, ze świeżymi ręcznikami. Minus za brak darmowego wi-fi, trzeba zapłacić min. 3 euro od urządzenia za 90 min. korzystania z sieci. Jedzenie w hotelu samczne ale nie oczekujcie urozmaiconego menu. Na pewno jest w czym wybierać. Obsługa bardzo pomocna ale brakuje im trochę uśmiechu na twarzy- taki mały detal. W opcji all inclusive nie oczekujcie wymyślnych drinków. Alkohole na dość niskim poziomie jakości. Przez cały pobyt jedyne co przechodziło przez gardło to białe wino i piwo. Jakieś lepsze drinki płatne dodatkowo ok.6-8 euro Nie jest to na pewno hotel dla osób z dziećmi. Ogolnie - mocna 4

W naszym przypadku dotarliśmy do hotelu około godziny 22.30 miała być kolacja w postaci" zimnej płyty" a po zameldowaniu się w recepcji dostaliśmy po jednej kanapce z żółty serem i wodę mineralną. Trochę słabo....

Jak każdy hotel posiada swoje plusy i minusy. Na plus na pewno widok z hotelu, piękna i czystą plaża prawie przy hotelu. Na minus zdecydowanie było to, że w naszym pokoju nie było nawet zasięgu, więc nie było możliwości korzystania nawet z własnego internetu. Jeżeli chodzi o pokój sam w sobie to był czysty, klimatyzacja super działała, moskitiera w oknie też na plus. Widok na góry niestety pozostawia wiele do życzenia a za widok na może dopłatą 60Euro. Natomiast jeżeli ktoś nie potrzebuje widoku to jest okej. Jedzenie w większości smaczne, śniadania po kilku dniach jedynie lekko nudne bo prawie nic się nie zmienia natomiast w obiadach i kolacjach zawsze było coś nowego. Jedynie szkoda, że jeżeli chodzi o mięsa to w większości wieprzowina i kurczak. Rybki mega smaczne, lasagagne ze szpinakiem sztos,łosoś również był super. Piwko mega słabe ale dobre. Obsługa miła i szybka jeżeli chodzi o sprzątanie talerzy ze stołów. Cały wyjazd mimo wszystko na plus.

Hotel czysty, zadbany. Pokoje zawierają klimatyzację co jest plusem. Naprzeciwko hotelu jest przystanek autobusowy i niedaleko znajduję się wypożyczalnia samochodów. Blisko do czystej piaszczystej plaży. Niestety jedzenie pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Niektóre dania które powinny być podawane na ciepło były zimne, woda z cytryną z dystrybutora zmieniana jest co dłuższy czas gdyż czuć to w smaku.

Widoki z hotelu przepiękne jak z obrazka. Dobre miejsce na odpoczynek nie na nocne imprezy ponieważ w hotelu ani w okolicy nie ma takich rozrywek. Plaża po ok. 175 schodach więc nie polecam osobom mającym problemy z poruszaniem. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, codziennie świeże ręczniki, pościel. Jedna sprawa budzi pewne kontrowersje: All inclusive- więc cały pobyt jedzenie napoje bez limitu, jednak w ostatni dzień wymeldowanie o 12.00, voucher na obiad i kawę- ale tylko do 15, o 15.30 za kawę już płać! i to tak dość arogancko powiedziane przez barmana, wielu osobom się to nie podobało a wyjazd z hotelu mieliśmy dopiero 18.10.

Pokoje były czyste, sprzątane codziennie, a ręczniki wymieniane na bieżąco. Opcja all inclusive pozostawia wiele do życzenia, ponieważ w ciągu dnia są godziny kiedy nie ma co zjeść ani się napić. Drinki tylko podstawowe, np. wódka+ cola, za lepsze trzeba zapłacić minimum 8 euro. W ramach przekąsek są tosty i hot dogi. Hot dogi odradzam, ponieważ parówki są niesmaczne. Jedzenie serwowane w barze było dobre, ale bardzo podstawowe. Codziennie prawie to samo. Nie ma mowy o żadnych owocach morza itp. Godziny posiłków oraz przekąsek są bardzo przestrzegane i jeżeli bar z przekąskami jest czynny do 17 to o 17:01 już nic nie zostanie wydane. Basen ogólnodostępny (ten na górze hotelu) był bardzo mały i było bardzo mało leżaków. My byliśmy w dodatkowo płatnej strefie „Golden wings” i tam był prywatny basen oraz leżaki (na szczęście, bo byłaby szansa na brak leżaków przy głównym basenie). Widoki z hotelu były piękne i to rekompensowało niedogodności, ale nie wybrałabym drugi raz tego hotelu.

Zadziwiające jest, że trzeba zapłacić za wifi i to nie za pokój, na czas pobytu, a za każde urządzenie za dzień pobytu. Dodatkowo pokoje są sprzątane niedokładnie, co ma szczególnie znaczenie w łazience, która po prostu była niedomyta. Folder przełamuje wielość basenu, obydwa baseny są bardzo małe, bardzie jak brodziki dla dzieci. To co kompensuje to piękny widok z okna, warto dopłacić za taki pokój. Posiłki są bardzo różnorodne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

W mojej opinii największym atutem tego hotelu jest jego niesamowite położenie, ponieważ każde miejsce w tym hotelu oferuje widok na morze w pełnej krasie co jest niesamowite o poranku oraz wieczorami. Dodatkowo hotel może poszczycić się cudownym przejściem pod drogą prowadzącym do piaszczystej plaży, gdzie możemy podziwiać piękno morskich istot :-)

Bardzo złe traktowanie gości po wymeldowaniu . Sytuacja kiedy ściagają ci opaskę o 10 rano a wyjazd z hotelu się ma o 19:00 i za filiżankę herbaty trzeba płacić !! Pokoje były nie za czyste .

Po przyjeździe do hotelu o 9 musieliśmy czekać na pokój do godziny 15, opaski dostaliśmy o 12, natomiast około 13 w recepcji powiedziano nam że możemy dopłacić 60euro aby dostać pokój wcześniej… był to rzekomy upgrade z widokiem na morze. Z plusów przyjazdu pozwolono nam skorzystać z basenu mimo braku opasek. Pani blondynka na recepcji średnio przyjemna przynajmniej w naszym odczuciu. Obsługa hotelu w szczególności starsi Panowie pracujący w obu barach umilili pobyt. Jedzenie było ok chociaż raczej mało przyprawione. Ogromnym minusem tego miejsca jest fakt że za wszystko trzeba dopłacać, bilard czy tenis stołowy bo w tym hotelu nie ma innych rozrywek, czy też za lepszy drink. Basen mały, leżaki z brudnymi materacami. Na plaże nie polecamy schodzić schodami przy wyjsciu z hotelu raz że można wypluć płuca przy powrocie to jest ona bardzo zatłoczona. Polecamy iść na lewo i wejść na plaże przy beach barze Macramo, mniej ludzi. Fajnie jest wybrać się do Agios Nikolaos autobusem na własną rękę zamiast płacić 50euro za wycieczke fakultatywna. Must have to zakup lokalnych produktów do pielęgnacji. Nie nastawiajcie się na imprezy chyba że możecie zapłacić miliony za powrót taksówka z miasta. Goście hotelu z reguły starsi. Ale nie polecamy dla rodzin z dziećmi ponieważ dla najmłodszych nie ma tu ciekawych atrakcji. Ogólna ocena na plus miło i spokojnie spędzone wakacje z małymi niedociągnięciami.
