Hotel jest super usytuowany. Na małym wzgórzy, przy zatoce z widokiem na wzgórza i morze.Jest tam co robić, mnóstwo basenów, wspaniała restauracja ala carte z widokiem na morze. piękna i czysta plaża,można również spacerować bez końca. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, duży wybór, bardzo dobre mięsa i sałaty, często dania z owocami morza. Dosyć czysto w pokojach, i czysto wszędzie. Leżaków na basenach i przy plaży wystarczająco . Obsługa w hotelu super, zwłaszcza w restauracjach. Jedyny mały minusik, to brak hotelowej bezplatnej toalety i baru na plaży . Trzeba sobie wszystko przynosić.. ale jest dosyć blisko. I malo animacji w ciagu dnia, za to fajne animacjie z zewnatrz wieczorami, koncerty , czy karaoke przy barze.Polecam serdecznie i dla par i dla rodzin.Hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania.

Hotel w folderze Itaki ma 4.5 gwiazdki, nie odpowiada to absolutnie stanowi faktycznemu. Plusy: bardzo dobre jedzenie i obsługa przy barach oraz w restauracji. Hotel jest ładnie położony i to chyba tyle. Minusy: nad basenami i ogólnie na najniższym poziomie na dworze wszędzie czuć kanalizację. Pierwszego dnia dostaliśmy pokój w skrzydle 5000. Pokój na pierwszy rzut oka wydawał się okej. Potem okazało się się na taras nie da się wyjść bo w pobliżu jest odpowietrznik od kanalizacji i smród czuć 24h na dobę. Grzyb w łazience, rdza na wannie,oraz czerwone mrówki! Zgłosiliśmy powyższe do rezydentki i następnego dnia mieliśmy dostać inny pokój. Przyznanie pokoju zostało przyspieszone bo tego samego dnia zapchała się toaleta w pokoju i obsługa przez ponad 6godzin nie zainteresowała się tematem. Następny pokój był już ok. Podsumowując to nie jest hotel 4.5 gwiazdkowy, może 3. I nie wart ceny którą zapłaciliśmy.

Piękna okolica, hotel zadbany, czysty z wykwalifikowaną kardą pracowników, każdy miły z daleka się uśmiechał i sprawiał, że oboje czuliśmy się swobodnie Pyszne jedzenie, którego nie można było się najeść, drinki umilały czas i zachwycały smakiem. Standard pokoju oceniam na 9, duże wygodne łóżko, balkon z widokiem na morze, regularna wymiana ręczników . Plaża bardzo blisko, łagodne zejście do morza i darmowe leżaki oraz parasole na plaży, morze bardzo cieplutkie Cały tydzień dopisywała nam piękna pogoda, oboje wrócili byśmy tam jeszcze raz!!!

Drinki jak w all inclusive- nie szczególne. Plaża kamienista. Płytki przy basenach popękane, można się skaleczyć.

Jednym z minusów był pokój, który nie był w standardzie tak wysokim jak opisywany, co nie znaczy, że był zły, po prostu oceniam go niżej (i nie tylko ja, bo wskazywali to również inni goście hotelu) oraz parasole, które nie składały się na plaży jak i na najwyżej położonym basenie.

Pokój o bardzo niskim standardzie, przypominający kwatery z lat 70-80.Już na samym wejściu rzucił się w oczy zerwany,zwisający karnisz , przez co okno balkonowe bylo prawie całkowicie odsłonięte. Nadmieniam, że pokój był na niskim poziomie -2 , na wprost basenu ok.10 m.Wokół futryny drzwi wejściowych szpary ok.1 cm ,na dole ok.2,5-3 cm przez co nieustający hałas z korytarza i sąsiadującej z pokojem windy zarówno w dzień jak i w nocy.Najgorsze jednak były karaluchy ok.3 cm,których było całe mnóstwo, nawet w łóżku. Spaliśmy przy włączonym świetle i ciężko to nazwać snem . Średnia czystość pokoju, jedno małe mydełko na 8 dni pobytu,brak uzupełniania wody butelkowej.Woda w kranie słona, czuć to przy myciu zębów, nie mówiąc o napojach typu herbata,kawa-praktycznie nie do picia. Brak polskich programów tv,brak wifi w pokoju. Wyżywienie dość urozmaicone ,ale bez żadnego wow.Drinki bardzo słodkie, napoje na bazie wody pitnej słone.Baseny w miarę ok,wokół basenów niebezpiecznie, bardzo ślisko.Bliskość plaży na plus.Obsluga ok,zwłaszcza kelnerzy,widać,że się starają.

Hotel znajduje się w pięknym miejscu. Jednak mam wrażenie że turyści z Polski traktowani są jako "gorszy sort" pokoje bardzo kiepskie nawet jak na Grecki standard (dziurawe futryny przez które wchodziły mrówki, bardzo dużo kurzu między meblami), w momencie naszego pobyty wysiadł filtr wodny i przez pierwsze 3 dni w hotelu podawali słoną wodę do picia.. (słona kawa, słone soki, słone drinki, słona woda!) To było nie do wytrzymania też hotel się nie spieszył żeby ta sytuacje rozwiązać więc klienci musieli inwestować w wody butelkowe. Zaletą dla tego hotelu jest jedzenie bardzo dobre, zawsze świeże owoce, warzywa, pieczywo. Infrastruktura obiektu poprawna baseny czyste, fajne zjeżdżalnie, dużo palm.
