Hotel cudowny. Bardzo czysty i pięknie zadbany pod każdym względem. Obsługa bardzo miła, od portierów, poprzez recepcję, kończąc na animatorach i osobach sprzątających. Pierwszy raz spotkałem się z osobami sprzątającymi, które rozmawiają po: arabsku, francusku i angielsku. To słyszałem i sam rozmawiałem, a z tego co się dowiedziałem to jeszcze po berberyjsku. Szok. Dwie specjalne kolacje tematyczne w oddzielnych restauracjach - bajka. Baseny zewnętrzne, basen wewnętrzny, plaża niemalże jak w Polsce (piaszczysta, szeroka). Poczucie bezpieczeństwa zapewnione w 100 %. Pokój na 6. Restauracje i ilość potraw oraz ich jakość na najwyższym poziomie. Ogólnie chciałbym zawsze trafiać do tak zorganizowanego hotelu.

Podstawowy mankament to karta do pokoju która nie otwierała drzwi więc po kilkunastu minutach spędzonych pod drzwiami trzeba wrócić do budynku głównego do którego nie było zbyt blisko i ponownie zakodować kartę, kolejnym małym defektem było brak łyżeczek do mieszania kawy i herbaty i brudne stoły których nie miał kto sprzątnąć takie niby nic a jednak pozostawia niesmak. Hotel położony na obrzeżu "części" turystycznej Agadiru w pobliżu terenów pałacowych należących do króla Maroka. Hotel o bardzo przejrzystej topografii, bez ukrytych opłat (sejf w pokoju hotelowym bezpłatny). Obsługa profesjonalna, miła i uprzejma. Teren hotelu na zewnątrz jak i wewnątrz monitorowany przez milczących ale pogodnych Panów w czapeczkach firmy ochroniarskiej. Pokoje oraz teren wokół hotelu (trawniki, ścieżki, baseny)codziennie sprzątane. Co prawda byliśmy w listopadzie i zajęcia animacyjne były dostosowane do dorosłych wczasowiczów (było kilka małżeństw z dziećmi do 2 lat) ale na terenie hotelu jest specjalny domek i przylegający teren wyłącznie dla dzieci (mimo, że byli sami dorośli codziennie informowano, że część dla dzieci jest otwarta i jest zapewniany nadzór ANIMKA (animatora). Co ważne na terenie hotelu personel rygorystycznie przestrzega aby osoby niepełnoletnie (poniżej 18 roku życia) nie miały dostępu do alkoholu (podczas prezentacji przyrządzania i degustacji Sangrii gdy prowadzący zorientował się, że po kubek z alkoholem sięgnął młody Anglik, bezceremonialnie zabrał mu napój). Na terenie hotelu są baseny (dwa odkryte do 1,6 m głębokości) i jeden kryty z podgrzewaną wodą). Każdy z basenów ma swojego ratownika. Jeżeli chodzi o wyżywienie to poprzez kuchnię włoską (pizza, makarony, panini) niemiecko-angielską (boczki, jajka, kiełbaski, fasola w sosie pomidorowym), francuską (sałaty, cruasanty) bogatą ofertę mięs (wołowina, wieprzowina, jagnięcina, drób i indyk), ryb i owoców morza (codziennie 2-3 rodzaje ryb były też grilowane ośmiornice, krewetki) do kuchni kuchni lokalnej. Codziennie były też potrawy wegetariańskie i owoce (egzotyczne śliwki, gruszki, jabłka, winogrona jak i zwyczajne ananasy, papaje, melony, daktyle, banany. Na ocenę wakacji ma wpływ nie tylko sam pobyt ale i czas podróży i powrotu. Co ważne wylot z lotniska w Warszawie odbył się punktualnie tak jak to było zaplanowane. Po przylocie i przejściu kontroli przy wyjściu było OZNAKOWANE logiem ITAKi stoisko z rezydentem który kierował do odpowiedniego autokaru i wręczał pakiet startowy - w tym formularze meldunkowe do hotelu wraz ze wzorem ich wypełnienia. Na miejscu rezydent był dostępny w określonych terminach. Co ważne sympatyczna Pani Jagoda perfekcyjnie znała język arabski i miejscowe realia (cenne wskazówki z cyklu co.., gdzie.., jak...) co było miłym zaskoczeniem. Powrót również odbył się planowo ( 20 minutowe opóźnienie w wylocie spowodowane było arabskim luzem podczas odprawy).

Najwięcej zastrzeżeń mam do wyposażenia i czystości pokoi. Stare meble, pokryte grubą warstwą brudu, którego nie usunie przetarcie suchą ściereczką, insekty w pokoju, brudne zasłony, wypłowiałe narzuty na łózka - itp. Przydałaby się renowacja wnętrza. Podobne zastrzeżenia do większości wyposażenia hotelowego (restauracja, bary, leżaki i parasole na plaży). Bardzo brakowało polskojęzycznych animatorów dla dzieci. Na najwyższym poziomie za to jakość obsługi hotelowej - wielkie wyrazy uznania dla menedżerów restauracji i barów - personel niezwykle przyjazny, uśmiechnięty, sympatyczny. Nieco gorzej z pracownikami recepcji.

Ogólne dobre wrażenie, hotel starszego typu, pokoje z podstawowym wyposażeniem nie robią specjalnego wrażenia, hotel nadrabia doskonałą kuchnią, bardzo dobrą obsługą i rewelacyjnym zespołem animacyjnym. Położenie hotelu bardzo dobre, przy głównej promenadzie przy plaży, sama plaża zanieczyszczona jak i w całym Agadirze i innych miastach nabrzeżnych Maroka.

Drive via coach up to the hill where the only historical monument of the city is built - the 16th-century kasbah, from where there is a wonderful view of Agadir and surroundings. Transfer through a beautiful villa district City Suisse. A stroll on the souk with countless shops and stalls. Approx. 3-hour trip. Marrakesh for those who like comfort — depart after early breakfast, travel through the agricultural valley Sus and High Atlas, the highest mountain ridge of north Africa. Camel rides — transfer from the hotel approx. half an hour and change-over to camels: ride approx. 2 hours, 2 people on a camel. The exotic excursion leads through small Berber villages and the valley of the Sus river, the place of Greater Flamingos. Price - approx. 25 EUR.
Massa Jeep from Agadir — Jeep trip around the Sus-Massa National Park, which is located south of Agadir, in the river basin of the Sus and Massa rivers that flow into the Atlantic Ocean. The region is varied in landscapes, there are sand dunes here, cliffs, steppe terrains and forests. The park is famous for its many species of birds, among others, Greater Flamingos and Southern Bald Ibis. The program also includes an hour-long rest on the beach and lunch in the Berber village of Lgrara, a stop at the water dam and a stop at the banana plantation, as well as a ride through the Paris - Dakar Rally route.
