Mam mieszane uczucia, hotel p,super pomysł na zrobienie osobnych budynków, natomiast pokój niestety porażka, pierwszy który dostaliśmy mocno było czuć smród grzyba, nawet na materiale od lampy ślady po grzybie. Jeżeli chodzi o sprzątanie to codziennie nie można się niczego przyczepić. Jedzenie monotonne ale pizza i kebaby miejscowe pyszne, niestety brak owoców morza, hotel oferuje płatną kolację w cenie 130 zł za osobę. Plaża szeroka, piękna i piaszczysta, czysta. Ale mało leżaków i niestety zajmowane ręcznikami. Basen w części gdzie jest woda cieplejsza z grzybem na fudze. Czy wrócimy tam kolejny raz myślę, że nie.

Piękny, duży, czysty, obiekt z ładnie zagospodarowaną zielenią. Obsługa bardzo miła, nienarzucająca się. Na wyposażeniu pokoju suszarka, żelazko, szlafroki, zestaw do parzenia herbaty/kawy. Codziennie uzupełniany zapas butelkowanej wody. Nam trafił się pokój na parterze z ładnym widokiem na ogród. Cisza i spokój. Duży wybór smacznego jedzenia. Napoje w większości oryginalne, nalewane z puszek. W barze przy plaży serwowane smaczne przekąski. Piękna piaszczysta plaża z palmami. Łagodne wejście do wody. Zabawy dostarczały spore fale. Można spróbować surfingu. Jeżeli chodzi o podróż nie ma się czego tak bardzo obawiać. Sporo rodzin z dziećmi. Sam lot jest dość długi ale hotel znajduję się stosunkowo blisko lotniska (ok. 30 min). Obsługa hotelu stara się przyśpieszyć i część zameldowania wykonuje już na lotnisku.

Hotel położony w dobrej lokalizacji. 30minut od lotniska więc transfer przebiegł bardzo sprawnie. Pokoje czyste, obsługa codziennie dokładnie sprzątała. Jedzenie mocno urozmaicone. Codziennie każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Obsługa bardzo się starała aby gość został odpowiednio obsłużony więc tutaj duży plus dla obsługi kelnerów. W przypadku pojawienia się problemów Pan na recepcji za każdym razem interweniował ekspresowo. Dla przykładu w momencie awarii prądu, która nastąpiła nieoczekiwanie (pomijam fakt, że o dwóch przerwach zostaliśmy wcześniej poinformowani) po zgłoszeniu problemu w recepcji obsługa zareagowała w sposób błyskawiczny i przed powrotem do pokoju co zajęło nie więcej niż 5minut na miejscu był już Pan, który przybył aby naprawić usterkę. Podoba sytuacja była w przypadku braku wody. Ekspresowo woda została uzupełniona.

Hotel bardzo komfortowy . Duża powierzchnia z niskimi zabudowaniami oraz mnóstwem otwartych korytarzy dawała poczucie przestrzeni. Udogodnieniem są windy mimi niskiej dwupiętrowej zabudowy. Pokoje są czyste i zadbane. W obiekcie znajdziemy wszystko co potrzeba by w spokoju wypocząć , świetne restauracje , basen bardzo duży i plaża dosłownie rzut beretem od pokoju nad morzem arabskim . Mimo dużego obłożenia hotelu nie mieliśmy uczucia tłoku ponieważ powierzchnia hotelu doskonale rozkłada ilośc ludzi . Dodatkową atrakcją jest aqua park do którego dojedziemy busem jakby komuś było mało atrakcji wodnych .

Miłym akcentem były wieczorne występy muzyczne w beach barze. Plaża przepiękna, ładnie utrzymana. Klimatyzacja w pokojach działa bardzo sprawnie.

Podróż samolotem to 7 godzin. Dojazd na miejscu - autokarem z lotniska bardzo sprawny i dobrze zorganizowany około 30 minut. Zameldowanie bardzo sprawne. Hotel w stylu arabskim. Cały kompleks liczy 3 hotele z możliwością przemieszczania i korzystania z atrakcji pozostałych hoteli tj. restauracji, plaży itp. W hotelu jest podział na AI standard i AI premium. Opcja premium daje możliwość użytkowania dedykowanych stref na plaży i restauracji a la carte. Pokoje nie odpowiadają 5* hotelom w Polsce, raczej takie słabe 4* mocne 3*. W naszym pokoju widoczne wyraźne ślady użytkowania, co nieco psuje odbiór całego wypoczynku. Czystość akceptowalna. W wersji AI standard, jedzenie smaczne, głównie kuchnia lokalna z akcentami kuchni europejskich i indyjskich. Śniadania monotonne z małą różnorodnością. Lunch serwowany w restauracji barowej smaczny, zaś w restauracji głównej przeciętny. Kolacje bardzo apetyczne i urozmaicone. Smaczna przede wszystkim kuchnia lokalna (podobna do Tureckiej), z grilla. Alkohole lokalne - akceptowalne. Bardzo ładna plaża z dużą ilością leżaków. Woda bardzo ciepła. Dwa baseny ze słodką wodą do 1,45 m i 1,5 m. Na duży plus obsługa, która zawsze była miła i pomocna. Zdecydowanie obsługa to najmocniejszy punkt hotelu zaraz po pogodzie. Dodatkowo należy podkreślić czystość w resorcie i poza nim oraz bezpieczeństwo w samym kraju jak i na terenie hotelu. Na duży minus w okresie końca marca, ptaki, a w zasadzie kruki które przeszkadzały w wypoczynku, podkradały jedzenie na basenie i jak to ptaki brudziły nawet na leżakach. Jeżeli ktoś chciałby codzienne animacje to ten hotel ma ich bardzo niewiele, a ich jakość jest słabej jakości. Ogólnie wypoczynek odpieram pozytywnie

Hotel piękny i położony w pięknej scenerii, można dużo spacerować zarówno po całym obiekcie jak i deptaku przy Marinie oraz cudownej plaży. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Pokój przestronny i bardzo czysty,,sprzątany codzienne. Jedzenie urozmaicone, kuchnia standardowa i powtarzalna, ale bardzo duży wybór, więc można było codziennie spróbować czegoś nowego. Dużo rodzin z małymi dziećmi, które czasem były zostawione poza kontrolą, zachowując się trochę nie odpowiednio. To samo działo się w samolocie, dość długi lot był bardzo meczący zarówno dla dzieci, ale również dla rodziców i współpasażerów.

Hotel Rotana Salalah - mieszkaliśmy w budynku połączonym z recepcją, są tam pokoje ze starszym wyposażeniem, słabo oświetlone, meble i drzwi wymagałyby renowacji. Jednak pokoje były czyste, pokoje były sprzątane codziennie, łóżka zmieniano 3 razy podczas naszego pobytu. Nawet jeśli chodziliśmy do restauracji w ruchliwej porze, zawsze znaleźliśmy wolny stolik, przy którym mogliśmy usiąść. Do ekspresu do kawy i przy ladzie, gdzie przygotowywano dania z jajek ustawiały się jednak kolejki.Jedzenie było urozmaicone, było go pod dostatkiem, a w ramach all inclusive mogliśmy odwiedzić restaurację w Hotelu Fanar. Obsługa w restauracji była bardzo przyjemna. Przy basenie było mnóstwo leżaków i parasoli, które były bezpłatne. Gimnastyka wodna z animatorami odbyła się tu 3 razy. Plaża jest piaszczysta, szeroka z drobnym piaskiem, morze ciepłe, choć przez cały pobyt były duże fale. Ale znaleźliśmy w pobliżu plażę, która należała do gości hotelu Juweira, ale nikt tam nigdy nie był. Znajdują się tu betonowe bariery, które przełamują fale, dzięki czemu morze jest w tym miejscu bezfalowe. Parasole i leżaki są również bezpłatne, a na plaży znajduje się bar plażowy. Jedyne co bym skrytykował to brak toalet przy basenie i na plaży. Teren w pobliżu hotelu jest zadbany, czysty, porośnięty dużą ilością palm i roślin kwiatowych.

Byliśmy z Rodziną gościami hotelu Rotana od połowy marca 2024. Hotel naprawdę robi pozytywne wrażenie , położony na ogromny terenie połączony w całość z trzema innymi hotelami między innymi Fanar tworzy całość. Można spacerować pieszo lub być przewiezionym meleksem , personel bardzo uprzejmy , uśmiechnięty i pomocny. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane , co prawda nie pierwszej nowości, bo widać już czas który je lekko podniszczył. Byliśmy w Ramadan i jeżeli chodzi o ograniczenia to dopiero alkohol w barze podawany od ok 16. Jedyny minus to trochę monotonne jedzenie , było bardzo smaczne ale wg. za mało zmieniane potrawy i przez to codziennie jadło się to samo , mimo to hotel naprawdę warty polecenia , oceniam go bardzo dobrze.

Hotel czysty. Położenie przy pięknej plaży. Obsługa bardzo miła pomocna. Za mało owoców morza, po godzinie ręczniki oraz rzeczy osobiste są usuwane z leżaków o czym nikt nas nie poinformował.

Eastern and Western Salalah — the main attractions of Eastern and Western Salalah during a day trip! A trip to the east. Visiting the fishing village of Taqah - a place with a fascinating castle, surrounded by watchtowers and stone houses. Drive to Khor Rori Lake, where you will find the ruins of the city of Sumhuram - the ancient capital of the Arab frankincense trade, sightseeing. Then a visit to the Wadi Darbat nature reserve, where you can admire majestic views of waterfalls, lakes, hills, caves and lush green vegetation. Drive to Mirbat, a former fishing village with a rich history and a walk through the city streets. Mirbat is also a port with frankincense trade and an ancient Arabian horse breeding center. Then a drive to Al-Mughsail beach, where sea water is thrown out through openings in the limestone rock. To the west of Salalah there are many beautiful beaches and Al-Mughsail is one of the most popular. Along the entire route there are numerous raw, leafless frankincense trees - incense from the province of Zufar is considered to be the best in the world. Day trip. The next point on the route is Tawi Atayr (Well of the Birds), one of the most beautiful sinkhole, which is crossed by the limestone rocks of the Salalah hills. The depth of the sinkhole is more than 100 meters (330 feet), and with the help of a local guide you can go down the path to the bottom. Continuation of the journey along the Jebel Samhan Upland to the breathtaking plateau at an altitude of almost 1700 metres above the sea level. Then a drive to the Salalah antigravity point to see how cars in neutral gear automatically go uphill. It's a really amazing experience - a car can travel at speeds ranging from 40 to 60 kilometres per hour! Camel farm — a visit to the Salalah Farm, located near the Qara Mountains. The tour will start with a presentation of the cultivated fruit and vegetables, prepared by a guide. Then, a walk around the farm and time for taking photos. A short walk through a coconut plantation and tasting a cool coconut drink with fresh bananas straight from a farm. Walk to the farm of camels, which are the main means of transport for the inhabitants of the desert, as well as a source of milk, meat and wool. The guide will show you how to communicate with camels and will tell you about their history, and a farm worker will show you how to milk camels and how to climb the coconut tree to get fruit. A possibility to take a short ride on a camel for volunteers. At the end, traditional dinner on the farm. Half-day trip. Salalah City Tour — a trip to Salalah, the southern city of gardens, a tropical paradise. The tour starts at the archaeological site of Al-Baleed, where archaeological exhibits from the region are presented (open: from Sunday to Thursday: 8.30-20.00, Friday to Saturday: 15.00-20.00). Then you will visit the gardens with lush groves, where coconuts, bananas, papayas and numerous vegetables grow. Time for taking pictures at the Sultan Qaboos Mosque, where you can find beautiful works of art and painted tiles. Finally, a visit to Al-Husn Souq, where incense and traditional burners are sold. Lost City of Ubar and Rub Al-Khali — visiting the lost city of Ubar, where the remains of ancient buildings were discovered in 1992. It is believed that Ubar was inhabited from approx. 2800 BC to approx. 300 AD and was an important centre of frankincense trade before it was absorbed by the rising dunes. There is a small museum presenting archaeological findings. The Rub Al-Khali Desert stretches from the foot of the mountains, creating a huge sandy plain. The region is known for its archaeological sites. The program also includes Wadi Dawkah, where you can see incense trees, then free time in Thumrait. Day trip. A night in the Rub Al-Khali desert — an unforgettable night in the Rub Al-Khali - the world's largest sandy desert. In the afternoon, depart in Jeeps towards the desert. On the way, a short stop at a camel farm, time for taking photos. Then entering the biggest dunes in the area of Al-Hashman, from where you can admire the beautiful sunset.
