Spędziliśmy w hotelu wyjątkowe dwa tygodnie. Okolica jest przepiękna. Klify są rzeczywiście tak pomarańczowe a niebo tak niebieskie jak na najpiękniejszych zdjęciach w katalogu. Dojście do plaży po drewnianych ścieżkach i schodach stanowi malowniczy spacer wśród piniowego lasu, w którym zlokalizowany jest też sam hotel. Polecam odpoczynek i spacery po plaży, ciepły ocean (we wrześniu) zachęca do orzeźwiających morskich kąpieli. Epic Sana to doskonały hotel dla osób, które chcą się popławić w odrobinie luksusu, pracownicy są profesjonalni i niezwykle uprzejmi, ale nie nachalni czy uniżeni, jak w niektórych hotelach 5*, co daje poczucie relaksu i całkowitej beztroski. Nowoczesne przestronne pokoje z dużymi balkonami z widokiem na ogród lub na część basenową. Kilka basenów z chłodną lub podgrzewaną wodą. Wokół cichutko, ewentualnie jakaś delikatna muzyka w tle. Wysokiej jakości posiłki, elegancko wyeksponowane w bufecie. Doskonałe desery - jedliśmy codziennie, mimo, że nie jesteśmy fanami słodyczy. Kilka restauracji w pobliżu, jeśli ktoś ma ochotę skosztować lokalnego jedzenia. Polecamy wynająć samochód za pośrednictwem rezydenta Itaki, z pełnym ubezpieczeniem, bezproblemowo z dostawą do hotelu. Z pobliskich miejscowości rekomendujemy przede wszystkim Faro (stare miasto) oraz Lagos (urokliwe z typowymi portugalskimi akcentami) oraz Carvoeiro (z piękną drewnianą promenadą zawieszoną nad skałami, wśród których można zrobić niesamowite zdjęcia oraz fantastycznymi restauracjami). Warto pojechać też do Lizbony i stanowczo do Sintry. Dalej, ale dojazd jest bardzo wygodny. Nie chciałam wracać! Pierwszy raz miałam takie uczucie pod koniec wakacji!

Free time on Rossio Square, from where you can take a trip by a yellow tram (approx. 3 EUR/person) or Santa Justa Lift (approx. 5 EUR/person). Passage through the modern Vasco da Gama bridge.
