Po przyjeździe do hotelu (ok. godziny 00;00) obsługa hotelowa była bardzo pomocna, dokładnie wszystko wyjaśniła (na duży plus- bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego). Pan z recepcji dodatkowo poinformował nas iż czeka na nas kolacja (nigdy wcześniej się z czymś takim nie spotkaliśmy). Pokój czysty, codziennie sprzqtany, zgodny z opisem podanym na stronie. Jedzienie (śniadanie i obiadokolacje) były bardzo dobre oraz różnorodne. Każdy znalazł coś dla siebie. Ludzie pracujący w hotelu zawsze mili, uśmiechnięci, pomocni, żartobliwi. Na duży plus również świetna lokalizacja hotelu. Bardzo dobrze wspominamy pobyt i jeżeli jeszcze kiedyś polecimy do llorett dr mar to wybierzemy ten sam hotel ;).
