Urządzenia w jadalni przy turnusie w połowie września zupełnie przestawało funkcjonować a obsługę zupełnie to nie interesowało. Może uważali, że dla mniejszej ilości gości już nie warto a przecież to też klienci.

Szafa odkryta tylko na wieszaki. Łazienka warta krytyki. Stara wanna pomalowana białą farbą żeby czysto wyglądała. . Po kąpieli ta farba przyklejona do stóp, którą ciężko było odkleić. Poza tym spływająca po wannie ciągle rdza i ta farba, o której wcześnie piszę. I w części hotelowej brak klimy. j . Wentylator sprawy nie załatwi ze względu na temperatury tam panujące. Ogólnie polecam.

Hotel skromny , ale czysty. Po przybyciu do hotelu z lotniska w nocy, napotkaliśmy na problemy z zakwaterowaniem, gdyż pani w recepcji mówiła tylko w języku hiszpańskim, nie można było się porozumieć w j. angielskim. Dopiero telefon do Polski do syna , który biegle mówi po hiszpańsku pozwolił nam pozytywnie załatwić zakwaterowanie. Następnym bardzo przykrym problemem była pani rezydent, z którą nie mieliśmy żadnego kontaktu, nie zostaliśmy zaproszeni nawet na spotkanie organizacyjne, które odbywało się w innym hotelu, Nieprzyjemna sytuacja była też z transferem na lotnisko , pani rezydent nie poinformowała , ze samochód czeka przed innym hotelem. Bardzo chciałabym wyjaśnić sprawę pani rezydent, ponieważ, jak inni wczasowicze zapłaciliśmy za usługę pani rezydent z którą nie było żadnego kontaktu Po za tym polecam ten hotel. Jedzenie dobre, pokoje czyste sprzątane codziennie, lub co drugi dzień. Widoki przepiękne. Wypożyczyliśmy samochód, dzięki temu mogliśmy zwiedzić przepiękne jaskinie , jak również część malowniczego wybrzeża.

Pokój był sprzątany codziennie . Wyżywienie świetne urozmaicone -warzywa,obłożenie sery mięso, frytki,makaron ,pieczywo ciasteczka do woli. Owoce arbuzy ,pomarańcza , gruszki jabłka do woli. Napoje zimne z automatu -soki owocowe,Pepsi i podobne ,piwo i cieple rożne kawy , wieczorem LODY do woli duże pojemniki do samoobsługi . Serwowane dania były zawsze donoszone z zaplecza .

Tour of the island — the route of the tour leads through farm villages and cities of the fertile Es Pla plains in the direction of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains. Further on mountainous hairpin roads to the Marian Sanctuary in Lluc - visiting the church of the Black Madonna. Then a drive with an impressive winding road with turns achieving even 180 degrees to Sa Calobra port on the west coast. The bay is also an estuary of the longest gorge on the island - Torrent de Pareis. During free time, walk through the rock tunnel to the picturesquely situated small beach called the Gates of Paradise. Boat cruise along the cliffs on the north coast of Majorca to the port Puerto de Soller. Ride on an historic, wooden tram to the charming town of Soller. Next, on the historic train through the famous Valley of the Oranges, mountain tunnels and groves of citrus trees to Palma, and on the way back to the hotel. The order of the tour may be changed. Palma and Valdemossa — drive to the south, towards the beautiful and cosmopolitan capital of Majorca located by the extensive Bahía de Palma Bay. A visit in Palma includes a stroll around the old city: La Seu Cathedral, Parc del Mar, the royal gardens of the Almudaina Palace, narrow streets and patios of merchant houses, the Town Hall, the vantage point at Castillo de Bellver Castle. The Dragon Caves — drive through the picturesque tourist towns on the east coast of Majorca.
