1. DAY. Meeting of participants at the airport. Flight to Bilbao. Transfer to the hotel. Depending on the time of arrival: free time, dinner, overnight.
2. DAY. BILBAO - SAN JUAN DE GAZTELUGATXE - ZUMAIA (route: approx. 170 km) Breakfast. Checking out. Visiting BILBAO, the largest and most modern city of the Basque Country, enchanting with original structures created by prestigious architects. Walk through Casco Viejo, the old quarter full of lively bars and charming corners with the famous "seven streets". There are characteristic buildings here, including: the cathedral, inspired by the Paris Opera, the elegant Arriaga theater and various shops and cafes. Passageway to the Guggenheim Museum, one of the most amazing examples of 20th century architecture. The building by Frank Gehry that houses the museum has become a symbol of Bilbao. Drive and explore the small island of SAN JUAN DE GAZTELUGATXE, which has gained popularity as the scenery of the "Game of Thrones". It is connected to the mainland by a bridge, and over 200 steps of stone stairs lead to its top along a winding path. There is a small chapel here and there are spectacular views all around. Transfer and stop on the beach in ZUMAIA, where you can admire unique rock formations called flysch, which occur only in a few places in the world. Transfer to the hotel. 3. DAY. SAN SEBASTIAN - BIARRITZ (route: approx. 180 km) Breakfast. Checking out. Transfer to SAN SEBASTIAN - a Basque resort, picturesquely situated by the ocean, which is on the list of culinary capitals of the world. A walk through the Old Town, in the heart of which is the Basilica of Santa Maria del Coro, considered to be the oldest church in the city. Walk along the boulevard along la Concha beach considered to be one of the most beautiful in Spain and in the fishing district. Transfer to BIARRITZ in France, a seaside resort located on the Atlantic coast. The city is known for its high waves that attract surfers. Walk: the Rock of Our Lady rising out of the sea, to which an iron footbridge designed by Gustav Eiffel leads, beautiful villas with belle époque, the Church of St. Eugenia, Hotel du Palais and the Church of St. Alexander Nevsky. 4. DAY. PAMPELUNA - LA RIOJA (route: approx. 260 km) Breakfast. Checking out. Transfer to PAMPELUNA, walk through the streets of the city known all over the world for its famous bull races, taking place during the celebration of San Fermín. Passageway to Plaza de Castillo and Plaza Consistorial with the baroque town hall. A visit to one of the many vineyards in the LA RIOJA region combined with a tasting. This part of Spain is the most important wine growing region in the country, famous for its excellent wine and enchanting landscapes. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation, dinner, overnight.
5. DAY. BURGOS - LEÓN (route: approx. 310 km) Breakfast. Checking out. Transfer to BURGOS, the former capital of the united kingdom of two lands, Castile and León. Sightseeing: the UNESCO-listed cathedral - one of the best examples of Gothic art in Spain, the Royal Monastery of Las Huelgas Reales with a unique collection of medieval fabrics, embroidery and lace. Transfer to LEÓN, which is the main center of the Reconquista and the capital of the kingdom until reunification with Castile. Sightseeing: the early Gothic cathedral of Santa Maria de Regla with great examples of Spanish sacred art, the Romanesque collegiate church of St. Isidore with the royal mausoleum known as the Sistine Gothic Chapel. 6. DAY. OVIEDO - CUDILLERO - GIJÓN (route: approx. 230 km) Breakfast. Checking out. Transfer to OVIEDO located on the green plain, immortalized in the film "Vicky Cristina Barcelona" by Woody Allen. The historic city complex has been entered on the UNESCO list. Walk: the 14th-century cathedral of San Salvador, one of the most beautiful in all of Spain, La Foncalada - an exceptional achievement of water engineering, palaces and numerous pre-Romanesque buildings. Transfer to CUDILLERO, a picturesque port town. Colorful houses situated on a mountain slope around the fishing port create a kind of natural amphitheater here. Cudillero is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Spain due to its postcard landscapes. A walk around the town. Free time. Possibility to visit one of the local taverns that offer a large selection of fish and seafood dishes. Transfer to GIJÓN, on the coast of the Cantabrian Sea, a city where maritime traditions are intertwined with its modern face. Walk through the old town, which includes Santa Catalina Hill and the fishing district. The surrounding landscape is created by beautiful views of the sea, Roman remains, magnificent mansions and old fishermen's houses. A visit to the impressive aquarium, where you can admire the fauna and flora of fresh and saltwater waters around the world. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation, dinner, overnight.
7. DAY. SANTANDER (route: approx. 160 km) Breakfast. Checking out. Transfer and sightseeing of SANTANDER - the capital of Cantabria, lying on a beautiful bay with wonderful beaches. This city, called the "bride of the sea", was considered one of the most beautiful in the world for a reason. Santander has a lot of attractions: spectacular views, numerous architectural pearls, atmospheric corners of the fishing district. A walk around the Old Town, including the cathedral, Pereda passage, and the gardens of de Piquío. Free time for sunbathing. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation, dinner, overnight.
