Hotel z dużym potencjałem, niestety brudny i zaniedbany. W łazienkach stare żeliwne wanny pomalowane farbą olejną .Jedynie obsługa miła i sympatyczna. Słabe animacje. Jedzenie mono tematyczne na średnim poziomie. Wi fi słabe i niestabilne( w zasadzie prawie go nie było) W jedynych dwóch barach co chwilę czegoś brakowało. Plaża to jeden wielki i śmierdzący syf. Nie jestem wyjątkowo wymagający i pedantyczny ale z wyżej wymienionych kilku powodów nie polecam.

1. W hotelu pokoje były sprzątane codziennie, chyba że ktoś sobie zażyczył inaczej wywieszając kartkę, żeby nie sprzątać. Ręczniki wymieniano przy każdym sprzątaniu. Pokoje w trakcie pobytu sprzątane tak, żeby było ogarnięte. Sam pokój schludny, wyczyszczony nieźle przed przyjazdem. 2. Obsługa hotelu w większości kulturalna, bardzo miła i pomocna. Kelnerzy troszczyli się o to, czy wszystko ok. Przynosili wszelkiej maści napoje, dostępne na terenie „restauracji”. Recepcjoniści raczej mili, słuchali, pomagali. Panowie w barach robili o co człowiek poprosił, co było dostępne. Animatorzy byli dość specyficzni, raczej neutralnie podchodzili do ludzi. W ostatnim dniu pobytu zostałem potraktowany rasistowsko przez Pana z animacji. Sytuacja została zgłoszona do recepcji. Podobno przeprowadzono rozmowę z wyżej wspomnianym Panem. 3. Na plaży niewiele leżaków jak na wielkość hotelu, ale też większość ludzi siedziało na basenie. Plaża raczej schludna, nic specjalnego na niej nie było. Basen wypełniony wodą morską, chlorowaną. 4. Wyżywienie względnie ok. Zgodzić się trzeba, że powtarzały się posiłki, ale nie były one niedobre, więc nie było problemu. Niestety problem był z wegetariańskimi potrawami, ponieważ większość było potraw mięsnych. Natomiast, dało się dobrać tak, żeby zjeść coś, choć jedzenie bardzo mocno się wtedy powtarzało. 5. Na barze można było poprosić o każdego typu drinka, jeśli mieli dostępne tego typu możliwości. Panowie byli przeszkoleni z podstawowych drinków, lecz były one dobrze przygotowywane. 6. Opis dostępny na stronie Itaka nie był zgodny z rzeczywistością. Według opisu, na pobyt przysługiwały dwie kolacje à la carte. W hotelu dowiedziałem się, iż przysługuje mi jedna tylko. Po kontakcie z Panią rezydentką, dowiedziałem się, iż przysługuje mi jedna i mogę napisać maila do Itaki o wyjaśnienie, jeśli chcę, ona nic nie zrobi.

Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane (łącznie z wymianą ręczników). Jedynym minusem była wanna, która nadawałaby się do wymiany ze względu na szorstka warstwę w środku co zmniejszało komfort z używania. Klimatyzacja w pokoju delikatnie wieje, ale jak dla mnie temperatura w pokoju była idealna,natomiast na korytarzach, w holu i na stołówce praktycznie brak klimatyzacji, co było dosyć uciążliwe. Posiłki mogły by być bardziej urozmaicone, ale nie zmienia to faktu, że zawsze wychodziliśmy najedzeni. Obsługa bardzo miła, łącznie z animatorami zachęcającymi do udziału w różnych atrakcjach(Aquafitness, pingpong, water polo itp.) Dużym minusem była też słona woda w basenie. Mimo kilku niedogodności wakacje uważam za udane.

Pokoje eleganckie i dobrze obsługiwane przez personel. Zbyt dużo ludzi na powierzchnię rekraacyjną, basen z miejscem wokół do leżenia był mniejszy niż wiecznie zatłoczona jadalnia. Obsługa posiłków - dramat, kolejki po bardziej atrakcyjne kąski po 100 osób, stoliki wiecznie brudne, sprzątali to nieefektywnie bałaganiarsko zgrywając kelnerów, którzy na prośbę o ły zeczkę, szklankę lub widelec deklarowali, że przyniosą do stołu i przynosili po ..................... 20 minutach. Trzeba było samemu radzić sobie w tej wielkiej pardubickiej po żarcie w pomieszczeniu wielkim jak sala bankietowa bez klimatyzacji. Na zewnątrz prawie nikt nie siedział - nieefektywne parasole. Basen zatłoczony, plaża brudna, w morzu na większej głebokości ale jeszcze z gruntem śmieci na dnie.

Moje doświadczenie dotyczące hotelu to wielka trauma, zmarnowany urlop i stracone pieniądze. Po pierwsze brak klimatyzacji w pokoju, jadalni, lobby hotelowym, w windzie, wszędzie czuliśmy się jak w sunie. Wentylator sprawdził by się lepiej. Pani Katarzyna nasza rezydent poinformowała nas że w hotelu działa centralna klimatyzacja i tyle w temacie klimatyzacji. Odsyłano nas do recepcji żeby coś zrobiono z tą klimatyzacją, ale oni tylko zapisywali numer pokoju i mówili jutro,jutro. W końcu jeden z pracowników obsługi technicznej powiedział że mają popsutą pompę i kompresor. Do ostatniego dnia pobytu tj 15 dni nic nie zrobiono z tą klimatyzacją. W pierwszym dniu pobytu trzeba było prosić o : pilota do telewizora, odepchanie zlewu w którym i tak pozostały kłęby włosów, wymianę bidetki z której lała się ciurkiem woda, na trzy osoby dostawaliśmy 2 ręczniki bo brakowało ich w hotelu. W łazience złapałam karalucha ale pani Katarzyna poinformowała mnie że jestem w Afryce i robactwo to normalna sprawa. Wykładzina dywanowa przed pokojami raz jedyny była zamiatana szczotką bo nie mają odkurzacza. W toaletach w lobby hotelowym ciągły brak papieru toaletowego, ręczników. Na 3 kabiny 2 cały czas były zamknięte. Na stołówce bo tak ją trzeba nazwać sama musiałam przygotować sobie miejsce do spożycia posiłku. Gorąco muchy siadały wszędzie na jedzenie, stoliki, człowieka.Zdarzało się że jak chciałam usiąść na zewnątrz przy stoliku kelnerzy informowali mnie że stolik jest zarezerwowany i muszę wejść do środka. Brakowało serwetek, sztućców i szklanych naczyń do napicia się wody. Wyżywienie monotonne codziennie ten sam zestaw owoców arbuz, melon, brzoskwinie tzw. UFO, ciastka pod wydział wydawała pani z kuchni. Plaża brudna, bardzo dużo wodorostów, odchody wielbłąda na którym można było sobie zrobić zdjęcie, leżaki brudne. Przy basenie znajdował się bar gdzie można było napić się wody, piwa i innych napojów. Niestety nikt tam nie sprzątał smród docierał bardzo daleko. W trzecim dni naszego pobytu posuły się jedyne schody, którymi można był zejść do basenu. Naprawa trwała bardzo długo o czym tez informowałam panią rezydent. Odpisała mi ze nie umie zainstalować schodów w basenie. Zostały wreszcie założone przed naszym wyjazdem.

Lipiec 2021 - hotel przyjemny, pokoje czyste i zadbane (bez robactwa), bardzo miła obsługa; jedzenie smaczne ale troche monotonne, przystawki i desery ładnie podane, woda butelkowana a nie z baniaków; w basenie słona woda; plaża wąska i brudna, przez 7 dni tylko raz sprzatana, zielsko w wodzie i odchody wielbładów :( w weekend robi sie tłum i brak leżaków, ponieważ przyjeżdżaja miejscowi na wypoczynek; hotel jest dobrym punktem wypadowym do zwiedzania, obok jest przystanek autobusowy, mozna dojechac do Monastir (1 dinar za 2os) lub Sousse - zatrzymuja sie na nim rownież prywatne busy.

Sahara Explorer (2 days) — Day 1: visting El Jem with a beautifully preserved Roman amphitheatre, famous for its annual jazz concerts. Then transfer to Matmata of an astonishing lunar landscape. In the houses forged in rocks live the descendants of the Berbers - a visit to one of them. In the afternoon, transfer to Douz - "the gateway to Sahara". Optional camel ride over the dunes of the Sahara. Day 2: an exciting jeep expedition. Tunis - Carthage — Sidi Bou Said - exploring the centre of Tunis: a stroll along the narrow streets of the medina with the characteristic architecture of the old city and local shops. Kairouan -El Jem - Mahdia - Monastir — departure in the morning to Kairouan. Hammamet - Nabeul — transfer to Nabeul, famous for its ceramics. A city with an interesting history, founded in the 5th century BC by the Greeks as a commercial port. A visit to the pottery and ceramics factory. Free time for a stroll and shopping by a boardwalk and the local bazaar. Then a drive to Hammamet, visiting the Medina from the 15th century, free time. Folklore evening - Park Al Zahra — departure to Kalâa Kebira and Park Al Zahra. A trip to on open-air museum, a visit to a typical Tunisian house, tasting of olive oil and traditionally baked bread. Later watching an artistic performance with live music and dinner with Tunisian couscous, starters, salads and drinks, including local wine. At the end, a fantastic multimedia show presenting 3000 years of Tunisian history - from Ancient Carthage to the present day. Return to the hotel in the evening. Price: approx. 39 EUR/person. Cap Bon and Bou argoub — a trip to the most interesting places of the beautifully situated Cap Bon Peninsula. Departure in the morning to Hammamet. Walk along the charming promenade and a visit to medina. A trip to Nabeul, a city with an interesting history, founded in the 5th century BC by the Greeks as a commercial port. Visiting the pottery and ceramics factory, the production of which the city is famous for. The next stop is Kerkouane with ancient Phoenician ruins from the 6th century BC, inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Then lunch in a restaurant in El Haouaria and a visit to the ancient Roman quarries. The last stop is the Baccus vineyards in Bou Argoub, where you can taste the local wines. Return to hotel. Friguia Park — visit to Friguia Park, one of the largest zoos in North Africa. On an area of about 36 hectares, more than 56 species of animals live, including giraffes, monkeys, ostriches, leopards, lions, servals and pink flamingos. The attraction are also seal shows and the possibility of feeding animals (for extra fee). Friguia Park is a perfect place to spend free time among animals and beautiful nature. Half-day trip. Berber day — a trip to Sidi Bou Ali and a visit to an ostrich farm. Opportunity to see many typical local pets, take part in preparation and baking of local bread and tasting of olives and olive oil. Then take a ride to Takrouna - a Berber village on a hill with a view of the coast. Then, the programme includes Zaghouan and Nymphaeum - Water Temple. In Roman times, Zaghouan was an important urban center, providing water supplies from local sources to Carthage. A trip to Sidi Jedidi. Time for dinner and a visit to a traditional Turkish bath with hammam ritual. Then a visit to Hergla - a small town on a cliff with a panoramic view of the harbor and the Gulf of Hammamet.
