Korytarze i windy zadbane i czyściutkie . Ilość zjeżdżalni powala na kolana , czystość na basenach perfekcyjna , co chwilkę ktoś z obsługi przechodzi i sprząta na stolikach przy leżakach. Bardzo szeroka gama posiłków , dobrze doprawione , duży wybór rzeczy z grilla, obsługa na jadalni zawsze uśmiechnięta i służą pomocą . Co kilka chwil byliśmy pytani czy wszystko w porządku i czy przynieść coś do picia . Transport na plażę szybko i sprawnie z fajnym panem kierowcą . Na plaży bar bez żadnych zastrzeżeń , zaskoczeniem był pan który przed położeniem na leżak przyszedł i pozamiatał go z piasku .

Aquapark to raj dla dzieci ale również Dorosli mogą się świetnie bawić. Hotel nastawiony na niemieckich turystów i jest ich tam większość. Nam to nie przeszkadzało. Plaża hotelowa czysta i zadbana. Łagodne wejscie do wody i delikatny piasek. Nie ma potrzeby posiadania butów do wody. Bar na plaży w zupełności wystarcza. Hotel godny polecenia zarówno dla par jak i rodzin z dziećmi.

Przestronny hotel z wieloma udogodnieniami dla turystów. Miejsce czyste, zadbane. Przemiła, uśmiechnięta i pomocna obsługa. Hotel stworzony dla rodzin z dziećmi- nie ma nudy. Strefa SPA robi wrażenie. Niezliczone ilości zjeżdżalni. Jedzenie pyszne i różnorodne. Wieczorne eventy godne uwagi. Nie ma się czego doczepić. Plaża jest troszkę dalej, ale busiki jadą co chwilę więc bez problemu można tam się dostać. Jedyny minus to zbyt mała ilość miejsc tzw. "no smoking" szczególnie w miejscach gdzie przebywają dzieci.

Hotel wywarl na nas niesamowite wrażenie i jest godny polecenia. Jedzenie bardzo różnorodne i pyszne w szczególności tacos i tortille z mięsem wołowym i warzywami oraz kotleciki jagnięce. Duży wybór jedzenia ( sałatki, pieczone warzywa, duszone warzywa oraz na parze) dla osób wegetarian. Alkohole lokalne są darmowe do godziny 24, po 24 sa płatne. Jeśli chodzi o alkohole zagraniczne (Jack Daniels, Bacardi, Absolut Vodka) są one za dopłatą. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane, eleganckie i przestronne. Duże baseny i 4 aquaparki z przeróżnymi zjeżdżalniami. Wspaniali animatorzy, z którymi naprawdę było wesoło. Piłka nożna, WaterPolo, siatkówka plażowa, lotki, poranna gimnastyka i wiele jeszcze innych rozrywek. Jeśli chodzi o plażę to busik jeździ w oznaczonych godzinach: przejazd trwa około 4minut. Blisko do bazarków i centra handlowego: wystarczyło wyjść z hotelu, przejść przez skrzyżowanie i za jakies 400m widoczny był już bazar. To już moja druga wizyta w tym hotelu!

Drinki nawet przyzwoite jak na all inclusive. Duży minus za niemieckojęzyczne animacje dla dzieci, co wieczór takie same niestety. Bardzo słaba znajomość angielskiego wśród pracowników.

Dream water world hotel godny polecenia.Położony około 1.5godziny jazdy z lotniska.Pokoje wystarczająco duże,takie jak na zdjęciu (duże łóżko małżeńskie oraz 2 jednoosobowe łóżka). Łóżka bardzo wygodne.Jedzenie dużo każdy napewno znajdzie coś co mu posmakuje,aczkolwiek powtarzają się te same dania,pyszne zupy,swiezowyciskane soki płatne 3 euro za szklankę.Atrakcje -4 baseny ze zjeżdżalniami,4 baseny bez zjeżdżalni.Przy basenach nie ma tłoku,każdy znajdzie miejsce ,leżaki i parasole dostępne.Raj dla dzieciaków i miłośników zjeżdżalni.Na plażę dowozi busik,który kursuję co 15minut,co jest bardzo wygodne i naprawdę nieoplaca się chodzić na piechotę.Jazda na plażę zajmuje około 3minut . Plaża piękna,piaszczysta,łagodne zejście,morze cieplutkie ,byliśmy w 2 tygodniu września temperatura wody wynosiła 25stopni,a powietrza 33.Nie daleko hotelu są sklepy gdzie można poszaleć z zakupami,ale trzeba się przygotować na to ,że sprzedaż u Turków odbywa się w specyficzny sposób. Ogólnie nasza rodzina została bardzo zadowolona z wyjazdu.

Z naszego pokoju widzieliśmy budowę kolejnego hotelu, było też kilka niedociągnięć w pokoju m. in. problem z kartą, słabe ciśnienie wody. W budynku, w którym był pokój na korytarzu było widać wilgoć. Było czysto, czasami problem z porozumieniem się z obsługą w j. angielskim. Za mała część bufetowa, przy śniadaniu i kolacji - gdy nie było otwartego innego baru - były po prostu tłumy na posiłkach. Dużo basenów i zjeżdżalni, nie było problemów ze znalezieniem wolnego leżaka. Plaża od hotelu oddalona ok. 1,5 km, ale był zapewniony darmowy bus hotelowy. Nad morzem była plaża hotelowa gdzie zapewnione były leżaki, bar, w którym oprócz napoi było też serwowane jedzenie.

Hotel warty uwagi ze względu na bardzo dużo atrakcji basenowych zarówno dla dzieci jak i dorosłych. Niestety kilka zjeżdżalni nie działało plus chyba wykończenie było robione na szybko przez co spoiny w zjeżdżalniach są bardzo nierówne i dostają łokcie, kostki itd. Wyżywienie na plus w porównaniu do sieci Crystal. Jest wprawdzie monotonnie i codziennie w większości to samo ale zawsze da się znaleźć coś dobrego lub akceptowalnego. Włoska restauracja a la carte całkiem ok. Do poziomu Mitsis w Grecji sporo brakuje niemniej nie ma zawodu. Hotel i pokój nowy, nie jest jeszcze bardzo zniszczony ale widać że poziom wykończenia użytych materiałów jest mocno średni. W planie ogólnym tego nie widać. Mi to nie przeszkadza bo wystarczy aby pokój był czysty jednak warto to odnotować bo każdy ma różne oczekiwania. Obsługa największy minus hotelu. Wprawdzie wszyscy są serdeczni ale porozumieć się o angielsku bardzo ciężko. Jedynie parę osób z obsługi było w stanie coś porozmawiać po angielsku lub nawet kilka zdań po polsku. Głównie nastawione pod klientów z Niemiec. Serwisowi pokokojowemu codziennie zostawialiśmy karteczkę aby dostać 4 ręczniki kąpielowe zamiast 3 i niestety na osiem dni dostaliśmy tylko dwa razy. Mieliśmy też wagę bagażową która zniknęła z pokoju... Plaża daleko, jeździ busik. Jeśli ktoś lubi to warto. Jest bar i jakieś przekąski.
